I found this place about a year ago and I wont go anywhere else. They always do a great job with my nails - dip and pedicures. Their service is great and they offer complimentary drinks.Also, very important, my nails last a long time and they NEVER lift.

I get my dipped nails by Macy everytime. I always love her coffin shape because its so snatched and on point but this time I wanted to try almond shape and lets just say.. theyre amazing. I love the shape and I never thought it would be so flattering on my fingers. I love her work! A very adorable woman and service is very sweet. Macy’s perfect 💛🥺

I love everything about this nail salon. From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted and served quickly. I really enjoy Tee for my pedicure and just yesterday had my dip nails done by Loanny and she did an amazing job! They will be my team! And youre in and out in great time!

My pedicure wasnt bad although none of us were offered beverages. My wifes manicure was a disaster with them soaking 1/2 her hand in acetone rather then just tips causing discoloration and pain so she ended up stopping them there. Not sure why they dont just do the cotton balls and aluminum foil like everyone else rather then Ziploc bag of acetone that also leaked all over her shirt.

Customer service was good. Prices are a little higher than other places. Im giving it 3 stars because I did get a cut and my nails are not even, some of them are very thick and some others look weird from the sides. They were supposed to be round squared.

My daughter has taken me to almost every nail salon in Mansfield, until I gave up because my finger nails would be uneven, or my cuticles would get torn and start peeling back. Until we found Amaris Nail Salon, and I am beyond satisfied all of the times I have gone! I go to Lisa for my manicures, she is so patient, she listens to what Im wanting and helps me come up with creative ideas. Shes very attentive to detail which is what I look for in a nail artist because I am also a perfectionist.I go to Hannah for my pedicures, she also does such a good job, Im always feeling relaxed and taken care of! Love this place!

My sister & I have just discovered this place & we fell in love!! This is the most peaceful nail salon we’ve ever been too. The workers have great personalities & it seems they actually enjoy their jobs. We’ve been there twice now, this last trip we decided to spoil ourselves & get the best pedicure they offered. Wow, it was amazing!! They used essential oils to produce a calming aroma, the massages were long & good, & the finished product was great. We also got the dip nails, both of us love them!

The prices are comparable i guess but what I dont like is how theyre not transparent about the charges. It is $20 extra fee (ontop of manicure fee) for gel which I thought was strange they also charge for shaping the nail ($5-10 i cant recall) which I find strange because they would have to do that anyway in the process of doing them.i could see if the shape was stiletto (THAT requires alot of effort but not regular shape) Id give more stars if they informed of the additional charges to patrons coerced into add ons after clearly explaining what they came in for. Its unethical and leaves a poor customer experience. Other than that my service was friendly & relatively fast. I havent decided if I will return ... its been a challenge to find an reasonable salon that does good workUpdate! I gave them another try and they did it again. Charging $6 to remove dip from another salon. Without informing me and trying to say it was acrylic IT WASNT. Never again. Unethical af.

I had heard such wonderful things about this salon that I decided to give it a chance. The front staff were helpful and prompt, but my pedicure left much to be desired. I hardly get the chance to get “me time” because I have littles at home that I am with everyday, so this was a treat for me. Unfortunately, my pedicure was way too quick when I was really hoping to have time to relax. It felt rushed and as if I was just another number to push through the system. My nail polish looked unprofessional upon completion and I had to trim my toenails when I got home because they were not clipped and were hardly filed at all.

The customer service is no longer what it used to be. I no longer see Selena or the other male manager. People at the front give me an attitude when I ask questions and rush me to make my selection.they never apologize when they hurt my fingers or cant keep their answers straight - two people talking at me at the counter. They also went up in proces, and they say it is because of Covid, but their prices nearly doubled while their customer service went downhill, it is mo longer worth it. Now I have to find a new place to get my nails done.

Amy was awesome!!! I’ve been looking for a nail salon since November...I’m used to scheduling my appointments online, and Amaris allowed me to do so...I think I’m going to be a permanent client!!!

I will start by saying we have not had a pedicure since the Pandemic started. We were pretty hesitant to go but we are so glad we did! They have Covid Safety Protocols in place that made me feel comfortable. They require customers to wash their hands upon entry. They had sanitized stylus pens to use to sign in. The pedicure chairs were spaced far enough apart where we were not near any other customers. They have touchless payment option too!The only downfall was there were a couple women who had their masks down the whole time when they were seated in their chair. I wish the staff would have requested them to keep the masks on unless they were taking a drink, mainly just for the safety of the technicians since the technicians work so close to the customers. Everything else was great! My pedicure was so relaxing. I did not feel rushed at all! The technicians were super friendly and very professional. My technician really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and my polish looks beautiful!We live in Waxahachie and it is definitely worth the driveWe will be coming back!

Fine.. showed up on time.. sit with my feet in water for 30 minutes!I finally asked for Amy to do my pedi.. otherwise it would have been 50 minutes before Mia could start.This isn’t the technician’s fault.. it’s scheduling..C’mon guys.. you’re better than this...

Got my nails done yesterday with a good friend and I was so disappointed that my took off my nails the next day. I got dip nails and they were lumpy and shaped weird. And usually I do not mind but to pay $70 was pretty pricy for some lumpy nails. It seems that where ever I go no one wants to do acrylics anymore and they hear me to dip nails. Will never go here again! The staff was super friendly tho and very nice.

LOVE this salon!!! The owner is doing a wonderful job on taking care of her clients. I love how her staffs are well trained and very politely and friendly. They are taking their time, and listen to what you want to make the nails right. The place is always clean and atmosphere is very relax. I have tried several other salons near by but had really bad experiences. AMARIS will be my only to go to and I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Nice selection of colors to pick from. Does nails and toes at the same time, which gets you in and out faster.

I really wanted to love this place because it is so convenient but this last visit was the last straw! I tried Amaris about 9 months ago and it was just okay. They rush through your services and are overpriced. So I thought I would just communicate that with them and let them fix the issue since sometimes I do just like to go in and get a mani/pedi and get out. But for the most part I would like to have a relaxing spa day after a long week at work. They seemed genuinely apologetic when I expressed my disappointments but the next visit was still very rushed. So I started going somewhere else for awhile until I got a text from Amaris with a promo they were running and ended up with a young lady that was not at all in a hurry and very pleasant so scheduled my next couple of appointments with her. So today I walk in and the owner says he tried to text me to let me know she wasn’t there today and he tried to let me know but texted the wrong number. That’s fine but I expressed to him my previous unpleasant experiences and he made an effort to get someone “good”. She rushed through my nails and could tell I was not happy so I told the owner that again I am paying for a rushed service and most people want to relax at the nail spa. Then the young lady walked over to another employee there and obviously she expressed how mad she was at me because the person looked right at me when she walked away. I told the owner I would save him the trouble and go somewhere else because there are TONS of other places that will appreciate my business and just treat me with respect like I do them. I also feel like he added money to my tab instead of comping anything for my troubles. If you’re looking for a rushed, unpleasant and overpriced experience, this is your place.

This place was very clean and great services for your feet and nails. This was my first time and I even had my husband get his feet done. So relaxing and the massage chair to the massage on your neck and shoulders was great. I had Tammy do my nails and they came out Fabulous. We will continue to go there.

Best nail salon there is in Mansfield! I will say not everyone that works there can do nails though. I pick Mia for my nails and Tee for my pedicures! They are always quick to give you a snack and a drink and always have smiles on their faces. I have a 2 month old and the employees are always willing to hold him and rock him while I get my nails done. Definitely worth my money!

One of the best pampering experiences that I ever received.I got dip and their luxury organic pedicure today. The staffs are friendly and very well-trained. The salon is clean and the music is very relaxing.As soon as I come in, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist.The nail tech, Kyle, took great care for my dip nails, as well as the my cuticle trims! Every salon I go, they tend to nip my skin and make me bleed. But Kyle didn’t! He was gentle and professionally executed my mani.The lady who did my toes gave the best massage ever! I love the way how she hitting those pressure points to levitate my stressed legs.I will definitely will come back and refer this nail salon to my friends and family.

First time trying dip and I am impressed with the product. No chipping, very strong. The first nail tech was a little rough and i came home with minor cuts all over. But when I called they didnt hesitate to make another appointment the following Saturday because I didnt have time right away. Just finished the redo with Nina and its perfect! She was friendly, gentle and precise. I plan to return.

Been several times to get my eyebrows done, not the best I’ve had but looked much better. Went one time to get a pedicure with my girlfriend and they cut me.

I had my nails done 6 days ago and day 3 the gel polish started chipping which never happens on top of acrylic. I went in today and they were so nice and fixed it for me without a problem! I have never had an issue at this nail spa. They are absolutely the best! Amazing customer service!

Since moving to this area 6 years ago I just havent found the perfect fit because I will admit I am really picky.What I love about the salon is first it is very clean. Then the interior is lovely and an excellent place to relax. The staff is friendly and very skilled. Amaris offers a wide variety of services which is fantastic, because then that saves me time. I dont have to find one place for nails, another for facials, another for a massage and on and on.Highly, highly recommend. I have had my nails done here previously. I had just had a pedicure but wanted a new polish change. I paid 12.00 for a polish change. When I got home and examined my toes, the gal had not even painted to my cuticle. I called the salon. I was told to come in and they would make it right.I drove to the salon and stated that I had called about my polish change and was told to come in. The gal stated oh someone else just came in that had called also. She chatted with the owner in another language. She then told me I would have to repay for the service to have it done correctly. I promptly left and will not be back.With a nail salon on every corner you would think they would havebetter customer service!

This place is the only place you need to go to. The staff is top notch, friendly, and make you feel loved. 3 of us went tonight last minute mind you, yet they took extra time to show love to my grandmas hands. We will be back for sure.

As a big burly guy (62 310) im ashamed to admit i am tenderfooted and a complete whimp when it comes to having my feet cared for.. BUT i didnt even wince once and the seats scoot back and recline for a guy my size to be comfy and the drink was nice and STOUT lol

Went here to get a fill with gel color with my friend...Within ONE DAY both our nails started cracking and chipping badly. They did fix the chipped nails for me but over the weekend (48 hours later), more nails cracked (including the ones they fixed) and one literally chipped in half! I dont think I can recommend this place at all for those who prefer their nails done right the first time :(

I love the service and experience I get at Amaris, but I think you need more dipping powder colors. Half of your pallette is metallics, glow in the dark, and mood changing colors, none of which interest me. There arent enough normal colors to choose from, especially bright or bold pinks and purples.

As always, we had another great experience at Amaris. Hannah outdid herself again by doing a great job on my wife’s toes. Sophia took great care of me as well.

When I paid I questioned why it was so much more given the services I had. The cashier said she charged me incorrectly and I then paid the corrected price. The lady who did my manicure starts literally screaming and shouting at me and the cashier! She kept screaming you not charge her enough. You need to pay more. The cashier tries to ignore the irate manicurist. She keeps shouting at me you need to pay more. So the manicurist starts throwing things and pushing chairs around! I was beyond disgusted by her behavior! Worse yet, my cuticle was still bleeding where she cut it. Another lady did my pedicure and it was great and I love the choices for gel nail polish. But no customer should ever be treated and talked to the way I was! Absolutely Despicable!

Don’t go here, seriously. i asked for dip powder with holographic flakes on top, and the lady BUTCHERED my nails and hands. the powder was lumpy, i asked for regular holo and she gave me blue, the shape was wrong, nails weren’t even. this place sucks AND i paid $80 for a messed up manicure!!

Selena DID MY NAILS TERRIBLY - and she charged me $16 for it! My nails are still dirty and some of the nails were not fully covered with the nail polish! I didn’t have time to have it fix because I was late for my business meeting. Also, I had my eye lashes done because I was told by a friend that Selena just charges (her) $60 for just lash lift and $65 for lash lift and tint. Omg, I wish I could post a photo here! POOR LASH JOB! My lash looks like it’s just a lash lift (and there is not much difference between before and after) but she charged me $75! I was recommended to go back to this place and fix the issue, but I would NEVER WASTE TIME (AND MONEY) again in this place!

It’s unprofessional and ridiculous to call a customer 20 minutes after they left the salon saying they “miscalculated the cost of service” and they need to charge them “$14 more dollars” on their card. I will not be going back. Also, watching the salon close with NOBODY completely any cleaning tasks is disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

I went to this place a few days ago to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails said her name was “Mary”, she did a HORRIBLE service!!! She left my nails round and so thick that they look disgusting, they didn’t look natural and/or pretty at all. She took 2 hrs to finish my nails that when she was finally done I just wanted to get the hell out of there. It was my first time there and for sure it was my last. I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your money here.

Ive been to this place for over a year and each time hoping that I would not be treated poorly because I choose to not spend over a certain amount.I like to not over due the wear and tear from all the toxic chemicals that damages my natural nails soooo, the most I may have done on occasions is a regular pedicure and bbbooooyyyy they dont like that, especially the owners or whom ever that man is in there! That would mean no drink offer, forget the snacks, all the way up to the nail techs being ordered to rush through their service (they think I dont understand their language which is the best part) You may be asking why Ive been going thus far... I will no more! Absolutely GREEDY. Do not underestimate people and my total spent so far, it does not matter! OH not to mention they are a bit racist too!

We have been going here for a few years and were pleased with our mani and pedi experience. However, my last two pedis have not been up to my expectations. My heel was rubbed raw and small toe was cut on previous pedi and my nails were cut too short and not filed on pedi yesterday. My wife was cut on her manicure and no apology or antiseptic. Techs are hurried and curt with responses. Will be looking for another salon that wants my $130.00.
