Celebrity prices, 5th grade work!!!! Overpriced for mediocre service. $100 for this pink acrylic set! No apex, the lines weren’t even straight, cleaned up or even, there are bubbles in each nail; this isn’t even 24hrs after my service. $50 anywhere else. The brown set was $95 with way more detail & you can see the messiness on the fingers with the French tip at the top. The money isn’t the problem, trying to get over on customers is. Will not be returning. (Danny did the work)

I recently moved to Mansfield and visited several salons in the area. Upscale Nails has done a great job every time. I recently had Andy do my nails and she did such an amazing job. I was that annoying customer who came in with an inspiration pic from Pinterest and Andy did an awesome job making it happen and was so patient and detailed. I also bring my daughter with me on occasion and they are also so sweet to her as well. Highly recommend! 💖💖💖

Where do I start??? This place is AMAZING!!! Not a long wait at all and the salon is very sanitary. My nails look great! When you go -ask for Ivy or Danny. The manager, Tammy is awesome too! She goes around to each station to make sure that everyone is satisfied with the services they are receiving.

I originally came her for Mother’s Day. I been coming every since. John gives me the BEST pedicure I have ever had. His customer service is A1 and that is most important. Mi does my nails and let’s say she understands the assignment. I never have to tell her twice. I love it here

I am in love with John… My feet feel brand new. He was so sweet in communicating which pedicure would be best after a quick assessment of my feet. He took his time and was very detailed with problem areas (heels, etc). I highly recommend John

If you are wanting tips I would suggest going somewhere else!!!! The lady who did my pedicure did really good but my nails they were nice however after 1 day my nail broke smooth off where the tip was placed I got it fixed of course being talked about in my face then 4 days later I had 3 nails break smooth off where the tips were placed and a 4th nail cracked in the middle cracking my real nail in half and it’s only been a week at this point!!!! I’m not rough on nails, I was doing simply things like opening a box cereal or opening my door and I get them done faithfully since I was in high school even playing volleyball with them this is the worst set by far I’ve ever had and seeing as I paid $85 for my set to break not even a full week later is pretty upsetting for me.

And overlooked paying customers until she decided she will acknowledge customers, Not very attentive and not aware of her customers! Consider other spas here in Mansfield.

I don’t usually do reviews but please save your time and DO NOT GO HERE. The ladies here are very rude and unprofessional, minus a few. Had an appointment with Ann or Annie for pink and white. Upon arrival, I was told she had to leave. Long story short, she never left and continued to walk around helping others. She never once greeted me. The manager told me I was too picky and the nail techs tend to shy away for this reason. One tech did my nails with a horrible attitude. Snatching my hands and talking about me in my face to her coworkers. I have a been a customer here for some time and spend my hard earned money on these overpriced services. I believe I have every right to be “picky” about my nails.Although, this salon is convenient and close to home; I will gladly drive to Dallas going forward. Manager upholds the foolery with nail techs. She informed me, all of the techs prefer to do “dip powder” only and advised that I go to another salon close by. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Not just once but every visit. Never again. I wish I could leave 0 stars.The only benefit here is those watered down margaritas.

Every time I go to this location the lady that usually works the front has good hospitality and I have not had a bad experience yet.

I absolutely love the ladies here, from the time you walk in youll be greeted by the beautiful Jenny & shell get you seated & offer you something to drink. Kelly is my favorite hands down! It took my months of visiting & several techs that I knew Kelly is the one for me. Kelly is consistent & careful on how she works on my nails & shes a total sweetheart.

Do not go here. They charge you $60.00 for a nail fill.This is the price for a new full set. The work is is definitely not worth it. Got the receipt to prove it. Business must be horrible to charge double the price. Nowadays you can go to jail for not paying. I will never go back ever. Some of the nail techs are wearing the mask below the nose and on the chin. I was not feeling super safe during this time of year.

Once a month I go here for the best dipped nails ever! They last exactly 1 month for me!

Went in for a pedicure, paid $60... left with dry feet and heels from an incomplete pedicure. The man never put ANY lotion or oils on my feet. I was working on my phone while receiving the pedicure, so I wasn’t paying attention, but when I got home, my feet looked VERY dry. When I called to tell them about it, they said it was because of his “hot towels” .. when he clearly he completely missed a step in the the pedicure process MOISTURIZER! On top of that, they did not try to rectify the situation at all when I called and complained. Eventually, Someone did try to call back, but at this point, I’ll lotion my own feet and take my business elsewhere.

The powder dipped nail color is divine.

Its always a delight to relax and enjoy a cocktail along with being pampered!

This salon is the best in Mansfield! Clean, modern decor and the techs are great! No one rushes you, they provide a relaxing, pampering environment. I won’t go anywhere else - Kelly is a master at any kind of nail treatment and Anna gives a pedicure that makes you feel like you are walking on clouds when you leave!

Very accommodating and professional! Had a lovely mother daughter spa day! Great job on dip nails and pedicures. Massage chairs better because the control is actually in the arm rest and you aren’t fighting the cord! Pretty decor as well! Many drinks on the menu all complimentary!

I’m not even sure how to take this place. I had a regular mani/pedi and pedi over $60. The ambiance is nice, but to be honest I don’t care for ambiance if I’m being overcharged for last minute items and then being forced to tip. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Won’t be patronizing them again.

The atmosphere is good as its well lit with plenty of manicure and pedicure stations. They promptly offered a drink from the full bar and immediately began to work on my Mani pedi. Mindy was amazing in ensuring I had no dead skin anywhere. I will definitely be back.

The place is great. The customer service is awesome. I was a little leery at first when the wife said they had a full bar. I was thinking wine and margarita’s . But I kid you not I can get whisky and a nice foot rub and that’s alright with me.

Even with 2 techs I paid more than I shouldve. I advised my nail tech that multiple nails were crooked and she didnt even attempt or offer to fix them. She actually blew me off so I will not go back unless I am in dire straights for a pedicure.

FANTASTIC. nothing short of an amazing experience. I didnt catch the nice ladys name that took care of me. But I got a manicure, pedicure, and had my eyebrows waxed. She took care of EVERYTHING. So nice. She made me a drink that was so tasty also. I will definitely be returning to this place ONLY. 10/10 would recommend.

Just moved here from Florida, person doing pedi did not understand ANY English. I had to point to get nasty stuff from under big toe which she then wiped on the side of my foot rather than the towel. I have bubbles from polish where she put the coat on too thick. I wont be back....horrible quality and cant communicate.

Love this place! It is clean, the employees are friendly and professional, and I can always rely on anyone at upscale to give me quality work! I never feel rushed or pressured to pay for an extra service. Also if they make a mistake or you dont like the color it is no problem for them to fix whatever the issue is. On top of that, the atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing and clean cut.

This is my go to place but after today I am not so sure. I was charged $40.00 when I should have been charged $35.00. The guy that did my nails didn’t do a good job, he also told me that I should keep my nails longer. Usually a cuticle clean and hand massage comes with it, and I did not get that. I asked for gel white nails and then he proceeded to hustle me on getting marbled nails. I eventually said okay to the marbled nails until I asked him if it was extra and he said it was, so then I stayed with what I had originally planned. I was so upset I didn’t tip and id also like my money back for the poor job and rudeness. Instead though, I’m just going to write this honest review.

Yesterday was my first visit and it was absolutely awesome. I usually only go to places based on referrals or posted reviews. If I had done that this time I would haven missed a jewel. Mai did my nails and she is incredible. I have been having my nails dipped for over a year, but they have never been done this good before. Additionally, the ambience is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.👏🏽👍🏾😜❤️

Um.... this last experience.....idk....I feel some type of way.I had the worst pedicure EVER!!!!! My nails were cut so freaking short they hurt when walking the first day & evening. Im SO EMBARRASSED that I will have to keep my feet covered for weeks until the nails grow back.Uggghhh and my nails arent smooth but lumpy and misshapen. Both services were over $50 each, might I add.My toe nails look every bit of TERRIBLE. Ive never seen anything like this. Anywhere. Ever.

While the decorative aspect of Upscale Nails Bar is on point that is pretty much the only thing I liked about the place. Sure, the staff was friendly and helpful but the reason I went there was to get my nails filled. It was my first time coming here and I am incredibly disappointed. It is only 1 day since I have had my nails done, and they already look bad. The dip nails are uneven on every single nail, the french tip was not done properly, and they missed at least 3 steps from what I am used to at other nail places. Yes, I saved 40% but I would have rather paid full price at another place to get my nails done properly like I am used too than come back here.

Canh, is the absolute worst. When asked to dip 4 times and add the smooth coat, she got mad and threw a tantrum. Quit doing my nails after 1 hand. And now Kelly is getting me together, but she is filing my cuticles, repeatedly!!! Im over it! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Skyla gave me an American Ombre that is simply beautiful. Her artistic skills and knowledge are remarkable. She kept are conversation engaging and light-witted. I did not experience any drilling on my bare nail bed. I am wearing dipped powder and it is stunning.

I always come to this place . I got my nail done today and the color was nothing like what I picked . When I came back to ask them fix it they said they don’t guarantee colors and it is what is . The worst thing about it is they all have attitude. It’s like they are doing me favor by doing my nail .This is a first time I hear this . Very rude service. asked the lady for french tip solar nails she said ok i can do. she was doing it and i saw the lines of my real nail uder it and i said can you please cover up to the line she pushed my hand away and slammed her stuff and walked away. she went to go tell the manger and the manger came the lady came back grabbed my hand hard and said look and they manger said thats hows its down i been getting french time since i was 16 years old i know what french suppose to be down . she said you didnt want it think i said i dont want it thick she layed so much product on my name i said no thick . she was very rude and didnt even apologize to me when i am a 17 years old i respect everyone . no adult to should disrespect and young adult just anyone. i was there at 10am left the place 3pm when a young man fixed my nails and did it how it was suppoesed to be done very nice young man. . thats crazy some nail techs are just straight up rude and unprofessional

Went here for the first time last Sunday, less than a week later one nail was broken and the other cracked! Went in today to have the nails fixed and get a polish change on my toe nails. The fixed nails look horrible and the toe polish change is equally shameful. Quality prices calls for quality work!

Today was my first time at this nail salon, and I was not impressed. The lady at the reception desk was rude. Lisa, the nail tech I had a scheduled appointment with wasnt there, and no one bother to tell me. I had to tell the receptionist twice I had an appointment with Lisa before I was told she wasnt there. She said I could wait and just see someone else. What was the point of scheduling an appointment...total waste of my time. Will never go here again.

Service was not great at all. First of my pedicure wasnt done properly didnt remove the dead skin of my foot. So disappointed.

I have given this place several tries but ultimately I cant deal. I feel rushed, customer service is not good and my nails are mediocre. Customer service used to be good but not so much anymore. And although they call themselves a nail bar they may or may not offer you a drink and if you get one that will be your only one. Now that is not a huge deal, but I wanted to mention.
