Nancy and her staff always do an amazing job, don’t let the reviews discourage you from trying them out . Me and my mom have been going here since I was 16, I am now 25 lol . They have really great customer service and THE BEST PEDICURES IN DFW ! I’ve never had a problem with the service I’ve received from them but I’m almost POSITIVE if I did they would correct it so please give them a try you won’t regret it !! Thanks exxcel nail spa ❤️

Ive been going here for about 5 years and absolutely love this place. I switched from acrylics to the dip process and am pleased with the results. They use a solar powder that doesnt turn color or go yellow and I can usually go about 3-4 weeks between fills. Their pedicures are truly amazing and I adore the entire staff. The place is clean, well managed and easy to get to. I highly recommend this nail spa!

If I could give it a 0.5 I would. Nails are ok, I can still see the sides of my nails. I went in to get a powdered dip... by the the time I left, the top coat wasn’t fully painted on. I went back the next day to get that corrected and to get 2 designs. The are cute, but seriously? Why are the top coats coming off and the design??? It hasnt even been a full week and my nails are already becoming loose. Definitely do not recommend. Especially when people just want to get paid.. knowing you worked hard to even get your nails done.

They did really good on my design. they took their time. there’s no crooked ones. the nails look great.

I went in there today to get dip done. Service was okay. He fast which I appreciated on one hand but on the other it caused for my nails to not look like they should. I

Had an excellent experience! The Manager was super nice. I got a great pedicure, she paid attention to every detail! I also got a nail dip by Jimmy, he did it just the way I asked. I would definitely recommend Excell!

I used to love this place but a lot of people left and they replaced them with people who don’t seem to know what they are doing. Today I got a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and a full set with the powder (dip). The pedicure was fine but the woman who did my eyebrows took a chunk out of one brow. Like my eyebrows weren’t even at all! Then for my nails the nails she put on were crooked and didn’t fit the bedding of my finger so you could see my real finger name. With the powder it was caked on and uneven. Then she put hot wax on my hands to help with rough skin I guess and when I got to the counter to check out I was shocked at the price! Sadly I paid and I went somewhere else right after to get the nails taken off and put new ones on and I had to get my eyebrows fixed. I’ve been going here for years. Sadly y’all have lost my business to paradise nails.

Got a manicure and it was excellent. They are also trustworthy, I left something expensive and they kept it for me until I arrived.

My nail tech was nice but unsanitary. She was a bit sniffly and she not only blew her nose twice but wiped it with the back of her hand. The minute I could get up to wash my hands thoroughly I did. She also dropped one of her tools on the floor and was about to use it until I said something.

3.5 because the lady was kind of rough with the nail clippers on my feet

Had a gel pedicure and some came off the next morning. I went back to get my nails fixed and it happened again within 48 hours my polish was off. They only applied two coats maybe thats why. Ive been to places that apply 3 coats.
