I have been going to this place for around 5 years. Since they reopened after the pandemic it has went downhill. Its a clean environment and they do a good job. However if you call to make an appointment they say its walk INS only. However every time you go theres an hour plus wait even if youre only 3rd in line. And each time Im waiting people have came in with appointments and got in before me. Even though I cant schedule an appointment. Ive left before being seen and went across the street the last 3 times after waiting an hour and then only calling one person back. The service has went down bug time.

So I used to go to aqua nails all the time and I asked for a design that they have done before which the guy said they couldn’t do,so I chose this the guy did not ask me what color I wanted just did his own thing. He was not rude or anything I’m just mad because they over priced me I paid 77 dollars and sum for these nails which are not worth the price. I will not be going back

After an hour wait I felt hushed to even talk to the nail artist. He filed one nail crooked at too short to fix and the other nail just looks so unprofessional.So why didnt say anything? He made me feel so uncomfortable about even having my nails done! Well Im done, unless they will correct it.

I went to get almond shaped nails, my nails turned out crooked, lumpy, and they looked grown out even though I had just gotten them done. The man who did my nails clipped my natural nails and said I was making him nervous during the clipping process, even though I wasn’t moving or tense. He used the drill piece to get my cuticles off and it burned a few times because it got very hot. Also, when I was getting my nails painted, I had to put my hand into the light and it had stopped working and he was getting frustrated with me and blaming me, saying I wasn’t putting my hand in the machine all the way. It wasn’t until he had gotten up and put his own hand in that he realized it wasn’t working. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Just wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly and cracking jokes. And my granddaughter loves the Princess chairs.

This was my 1st time here. They were nice and friendly but they rush. They were trying to go to Cleveland casino and as a ex nail tech I had to constantly tell they tech Danny that the shapes of my nails were all different, he filed my real nails down too low after I clearly and plainly told him DONT CUT MY NATURAL NAILS. I had to file and fix my own nail because he kept making them square and I like oval square.. The polish wasnt what I wanted and they wouldnt change. I paid $139 for a mess. I was getting mad but had such a good day I didnt want to make a deal and cause a scene. It is a beautiful salon but go early. Late service may always be bad. I can assure spending that amount of money I WILL NEVER RETURN.. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE I AM.

Calm, quiet, serene. A very nice relaxing place with a small hometown feel. All the techs are friendly and do a wonderful job!

Went their to get my nails done just a fill -in a every time I went its a different price they over charge there customers anywhere from 38.00 to 56.00 dollars. I had fungus on my nails from Aqua Nails and the manager almost took my entire finger nail off. No sympathy for me at all when l told him l was in pain he yelled at me. All the care about is getting your money. And l also dont like 2 to 3 hour wait you can never make an appointment because they wont accept them. Difitnitely wont be going back there.

Really depends who you get to do your nails if they turn out good or not. The only two good nail techs are always booked up and hard to get. I’ve had amazing nails from here and also terrible ones.. prices are a little extreme also.

They always do good work but from the time you get there til the time you leave can be several hours.

I have never in my life paid 55.00 for a full set with gel all one color. 35.00 is appropriate. I would even easily pay 40.00. For 55.00... I should have gotten art or some complimentary gem stones. I have never seen such ridiculous prices. I dont even want to know what a pedi is.

Very cute to take a child to. The pedicure area for kids is great, my daughter loved it. They do not honor appointments, though and the pedicures there were just ok.

Very unprofessional and judgemental of people who arent vaccinated.The staff talk amongst each other in a different language which I found rude.The person who did my nails went to eat breakfast and brushed his teeth while my nails were soaking.

I do not recommend going here at all. Me and my sister went here for a full acrylic set and they were horrible. None of them were even. I showed them a picture of what I wanted was medium length and rounded and somehow I got short almond. One of the worst manicures i’ve ever gotten.

I went to go get a french manicure and it was horrible. The technician was nice, but his the polish work was sloppy and inconsistent per nail, the nails themselves were bulgy and uneven, and all but 3 of my nails were broken by the end of the week after going in. I wouldn’t spend $65 there again, let alone $5. Other places offer much cleaner manicures.

Went in for a full set and asked for a ombre. Very sloppy nail job and none of my nails are even ombre. It looks like a messy french tip. Chemicals burnt my fingers and nails are uneven. Super pricy. Costed $75 for just me. Will not be going back

Eh. This was my first time getting a full set of gel nails. It was very expensive. $120 for 2 people, including me. They are very pretty. The nail tech I got was nice, but cut the skin around my nails on 4 different fingers, 6 times. I was sitting still the whole time. I really hope they last at least 2 weeks for the price. I will probably be finding a cheaper nail salon. The salon itself was okay looking. If I ever go back here, I will definitely make sure to get a price upfront.

I went to sonny for a little birthday Splurge and it was a phenomenal job! My experience was great, and sonny is very sweet! I love aqua nails, and honestly they are one of the most affordable nail places around!

Went in to get a fill on my daughters acrylic nails. Paid $54.00 and by the evening 2-3 of her nails were losing the gel polish...smeared and bumpy with polish coming off onto everything. Going to go in tomorrow to have them fix and hopefully all will be better. Will update after tomorrow. FYI this was our first time coming here, so praying they make things right.

I love going to Auqa Nails. The staff treat you well and do a great job. The pedicures are so relaxing. My fingernails look great and last a long time. When I walk out I feel like a new person. Have some pep in my step, and a positive attitude.

I hope you like waiting. They do good work but even with an appointment you will wait 20-30 min and without an appointment it’s an hour minimum. If you ask what the wait is, it’s always “15 min”

My nails have never been so blocky/ugly in my entire life. It took 2 hours to get my dip done & it was absolutely not done right. I do not recommend going here for anything more than a pedicure.

I have always had good experiences at this particular location. I went yesterday and got my nails done for Easter and Tommy did an amazing job and was extemely friendly!! I will be going back for a fill once these grow out and I will be requesting him! 😄

I was suppose to get a fill-in and a pedi but in up getting a pedi because the guy that suppose to do my fill-in just left and nobody came and told me it was time to get my fill-in. I am a regular at this so, not anymore.

Daughter had her nails filled... did not file under the nail and left them very thick. The gel polish came off in 9 days. The area for pedicures and manicures for little girls is adorable. Great selection of colors and a lot of manicure tables and pedicure chairs.

The man that did my nails half did the job my gel polish started to chip 3 days after getting it done, Also my nails are shapes and length. Called in two get my nails fixed and they made him do it, now I have two different color nails because he did not take the time to redo all my nails! So yeah I probably wont go back unless I can get someone that wants to do there job! Also his attitude sucks!

Horrible. My first experience here wasnt bad but I had a younger girl today and she was making fun of how poorly my toes were done when I came in (in front of everyone) then she completely stopped working on me and went to the client next to me and worked on her for a good 20-30 minutes while the other tech just sat there and watched. She also kept nipping me and she didnt apologize except after the first one. I wanted to get up and walk out multiple times. Not happy at all, I wasted $60 and I definitely wont be going back.

Was absolutely disgusting. Walked into the place and saw dirt all over the place. Then went to the nail station and there were nails and dried polish all over the place. I got Acrylics on and they cut my cuticles so badly that I had to go and scrub my hands to get the dried blood off. They didn’t clean up the bleeding cuticle either. Then they put the top coat on (which is 100% chemicals) and it burned so I tensed up and he only got more aggressive. The nail tech also didn’t talk to me for the whole appointment. Very dissatisfied with this place.

The man who did my nails was very rude. When I was looking at my right hand, he told me if I have questions, just ask him. I said the one nail looked different. He raised his voice and told me to just let him do his job, he knows what he is doing. I laughed but realized he wasnt laughing so I said are you serious? He told me I drive him crazy because I keep looking at my nails and to just leave him alone. We didnt speak after that. He put my hands under the dryer but told me I was done before they were completely dry so my nails have indents in them from my coat. I did quietly tell him that his words were mean and that I would not be back to Aqua Nails.

Unprofessional 2 employee sitting on couches w shoes off eating. Didnt seem concerned about customers Did acrylics edges jagged not smooth . Polish off on edges . person that did my nail had me do final step and sit under dryer .I sat there for 30 min he didnt come back to tell me when I was done. Finally I asked other employee walk by and she said u are good after 15 min .who knows how long I would of been sitting there

Loved the initial look; however, after 12 days the gel was falling off my nails. I have never had this happened. For the price I paid totally not worth it. Very expensive.

Ive been wanting to get a pedicure and never had time to schedule so had put it off for ages. Saw Aqua Nails sign and walked in on a spur of the moment impulse walked in and was happy to find they welcome busy women who dont call ahead 😉 Great service (thanks Mariah!) and clean pleasant setting = a nice break in a hectic day.

Very nice establishment however friendly staff However... I asked the price of my full set coffin nails with gel polish 55.00. Ok. I thought that was very pricey considering.. So when I was finished the total was 60.63 without the tip.. I dont mind paying to have my nails done. I enjoy doing it as a self care action. However I have NEVER paid over 48.00 for a full set with gel same shape. I have been getting my nails done for 15 yrs. I wont be revisiting and I hope products are quality and last the 2wks. I just moved here and I am highly disappointed that on my first and final visit I was unhappy. I would also like to mention the shape could have been not so coffiney. I showed a picture of coffin ballerina shape.. Many blessings to you guys.

I’ve had several horrible experiences there and today was my last time going. The first time my polish lasted a week, decided to try it again, same thing happened. My 3 year old daughter loves the pedicure chairs there so we made an appointment a week in advance for her birthday, got there at 10 & heard a girl say out loud “They will just have to come back” they were under staffed. Two hours later we finally left, the girls who helped us ended up being really nice. A time before that, I got there and signed in, 30 minutes passed and not one person acknowledged me or my daughter so we left, today I thought I’d give it one last try, I was in a hurry and had both my kids, so I called and asked specifically if I could get right in and she assured me I could so I hurried and was there within 10 min, got there and no one wasn’t available, I waited 25 minutes and had to leave. I’ve never been more irritated with a nail salon. Their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I went super early and got fast service. But my nail tech and another were fighting over how to do my nails and made it pretty awkward. I ended up having to go back a few hours later to have my gel polish repaired. I felt like it was too expensive, I paid more than when I lived in Powell.

The young man who previous worked at city nails now works here, he is very rude. The order Cindy would rather blame the customers for their mistakes by saying The customers dont listen for their name being called, so we just skip them. Be careful of the pricing, they tell you 1 price until you check out! Will never return to Aqua nails, they are very unorganized & rude!!!!

Went for a gel mani and regular pedi. My pedicure was awesome but my manicure was the worst one I have ever received. It looked like a child painted my nails. In less than a week it is already chipping. The wait was short but there is no AC in the salon. I’m assuming manicures are just not this guy’s specialty, but they should have someone else do the manicure then.

Worst salon Ive ever been to, spent $150 there for my acrylic gel nails and toes and my daughters gel toes done and for what I spent I would expect my nails to stay on longer then a 4 days smh not only are they falling off the skin around my toes was clipped way to much and they hurt and was bleeding. Was way over priced for a 3yr olds toes thats smaller then my pinky nail... they did well with her Ill give them that but I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone other then for the kids spa.

Took my granddaughter here for her 13th bday. We both got regular Mani/Pedis. Was charged $145 for the 2 of us. The girl who did mine was so distracted using her phone facing timing, she called her daughter, ordered pizza etc..all while working on my nails. I didnt even get a hand massage or anything that comes with the manicure. Very disappointed! The only good thing was the man who did my Granddaughters nails paid attention to her and did a good job on her. Thats the only reason for the 1 star. Will not go back or recommend this salon.

My young daughter and I treated ourselves to pedicures today. We waited 2 hours before our pedis began and there was absolutely no customer service interaction to apologize for our wait or reassure us that it would soon be our turn. By the time we were seated in the spa chairs, there was a little over an hour until they closed and quite a few people behind us in line. I feel that our services were rushed to accommodate this situation. I paid full price, so I should have received the full service (I’d been here one time before, so I knew what the full service should be). The technician doing my pedi frequently paused to watch tv. Aqua Nails is overpriced and lacks good customer service.

I have had awesome experiences here and I have had a few that I wasn’t happy with. I’ve NEVER been disappointed with the pedicures but I have gone back in the day after to get a nail fixed because I wasn’t happy with it or it broke already.

They were very busy so I couldnt get all the services I wanted. Overall they are very good.
