This place use to have great customer service but now they have falling down completely. Went in to for a daughter- mommy pedicure and they never even made it to my baby girl but they had techs work on other people who came in after us. I asked who was going to work on her and they claimed someone was coming. I truly don’t appreciate the lack of attention or the overlooking on my child. Won’t come back here again.

I have been continuously impressed by this salon, although it may be a bit higher than other salons it is nothing substantial with only maybe a $5 difference. They are very quick when it comes to getting me seated and started, considering i never make appointments they do an amazing job at never making me wait. I originally came to fix a broken nail, the woman who fixed my nail is JULIE, she did amazing and it actually persuaded me to leave my previous salon and tech that i had been using for over a year. Julie is amazing and very quick with my dip manicure, i usually stop in on my lunch break at work and julie has me back at work on time with a fresh mani. Because julie is not always available when i walk in, i was told by the receptionist to try AMY because she did nails similar to julie. AND WOW was i shocked! AMY is outstanding at her job, my nails are the definition of perfect!! No ridges or lines or uneven nails. As a very picky person i am sometimes hard to please at a nail salon but i have nothing bad to say about AMY. My nail shape is ON POINT which is not normal considering i have my natural nails so they can be a bit harder to shape perfectly with the coffin shape. She was perfect, even after she finished she sat there with me and let me look over my nails and tell her anything that i didnt like. Honestly i am in awe at the customer service and product that AMY provided me. She is outstanding. If you are looking for a nail tech in Mansfield check out JULIE OR AMY at LUXX in the new shopping center in Mansfield. Just make sure not to book her full, i still want to have an opening for myself :)

Came here for the first time and will never be coming again, The lady who came to do my pedicure did not greet me which was very rude and when she started cleaning my nails she ripped a peice of my toenail which was super painful and when I told her she just said sorry in a rude way and continued, was not relaxing in any way also did not seam sanitary. Then the lady who did my manicure had to do it over 10 times because she couldnt get it right and even after as you can see it looked like it was not even done at a nail salon. And when I was done I went to tell the manager and they started to talk about me in their language and said the only thing she can do is offer 5 dollars off she was very unprofessional and I will not be coming here again. A waste of money and a unpleasant experience . Take your money somewhere else you will not leave happy here.

Ive been a frequent visitor so far (5 trips so far!) and I felt like finally leaving a review. My bestie and I usually go together and we have a pretty decent time and always come out with bomb looking nails (she gets dipped and I get acrylic). Wine is nice and the receptionist is pretty good at coming to check throughout the appointment. Only thing I wanted to comment on is that it is fairly obvious that a majority of the nail techs do not know English well. This is fine of course though it might be a little difficult. However, I do want to point out that 3/5 of the times Ive come, there have been really.. RUDE customers lol. Like ones that seem to purposely complain to try to get their nails done free (which makes me HIGHLY upset because Im paying my own money and there are people trying to cheat their way out). Ive even witnessed one trying to say that the reason her nails were bad was because of her skin color and then prompted to record the establishment on her phone?? Like I really like the place but some of the people that come here... def need help...

This was my first visit. When I called in the appointment I received zero customer service over the phone, which is fine. I walked in and did not receive a warm welcoming or a smile at minimum, which again does not dictate how awesome the nail technicians can be.The pedicure was okay. Literally no interaction between the nail tech and myself, which made it extra awkward. My nail polish was not cleaned properly and looks like I did them myself.I really wanted to love this place . Unfortunately, will not return.

Julie was great. My nails are dipped but appear natural. She was super informative and knowledgeable about nails and made me feel comfortable going short. This place is very clean and they are social distancing the correct way. Cant wait to go back. Finally found my new nail tech.

I don’t leave negative comments but I got dip and then gel design on top and the gel started coming off on same day.

Been here a couple of times. Last time I had an appointment and was seen 20 min after my appointment. After more than a handful of walk ins were cared for before me. Nails and pedicure done well. Love the clean environment. However, at my last checkout I asked why I was up charged for a service, even though it was only $5 more I’d like to know why. She admitted she added gel on my nails and didn’t tell me there was an up charge. She said it was better for my nails and walked away. The cashier/greeter just said that was the price. I had to pay for it then. I wouldn’t of mind if they had told me beforehand then adding it to my bill without telling me.

Great every time! Location is great and plenty of parking. The building is new and the salon is very well taken care of, from the amount of machines to the cleanliness. They always serve free drinks and the multiple water fountains allow for a great calming environment. Every time I have went they always have some sort of discount or promotion going on to help take a % off the final bill. The upgraded pedicures are well worth the price, from the hot stones to the foot and calve rubs, true relaxation every time. I only get gel on my toes and it always lasts me at least 6 weeks, even in the summer when I’m in my pool daily. Great quality work and materials. I don’t bother going anywhere else.

I went in today for the 1st time and Tina did my nails. She did an AMAZING job and my pedicure was great as well!! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here twice,the first time was amazing but the second time,one of the manicurists refused to do the color i had asked for and instead brought out a dark green instead of black,not to mention she also had messed it up a lot,such as smudging and making a mess of the nails. I will not return again for a while.

The best place in Mansfield for nails & toes! The staff treats you like a favorite family member because theyre so nice & appreciate your business wholeheartedly. They dont upcharge you due to covid, and their services are exceptional. Very clean, classy, and professional. Their pedicures are amazingly out of this world worth every penny! A day of pampering you deserve to enjoy their quality services.

They are the best place that I’ve gone too, to get my nails. They get you in sit you down and offer a drink then get straight to work! The ladies are so nice and make you comfortable like you are at home! I will forever make this my nail salon! My dipped nails are so hard to get off and I haven’t had a problem with them breaking unless they are over grown. Good job ladies keep up the awesome work!

This place is super classy and the owner is super nice. The address on google maps was wrong and I had to work hard to find it. But it’s right by the At Home store in Mansfield,Texas.

Unfortunately, I will never be back. I decided to give this place a try. I got dip with tips, as I usually do. 3 of my nails have fallen completely off. I also requested gel polish on my toenails. That didn’t last long either. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. $128 gone down the drain.

This place is seriously the BEST! They listen to what you want and do it; such good quality... I always ask for Julie for nails and Van for toes, they’re AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could lol so sweet, funny, fast and just overall great.

I love this nail salon. Ive been twice since theyve opened and their customer service is better than any nail salon Ive been too. They go to great lengths to make you happy. They get you seated quickly with something to drink and they get to work. They are so polite! Usually, nail salons get annoyed at me because I show them Pinterest pictures and ask them to copy it. Not this place. Ive showed them 2 different designs and they were able to do both. Both times Ive been, they have worked pedi and Mani at the same time, which is a real time saver. No one wants to spend half the day at the salon. The owner is a really nice man who checks in with his employees to make sure everyone is having a good experience. I gotta say, Im really impressed and this will be my go-to place from now on. The prices are affordable, especially with the current grand opening 10% off. They actually remembered me from the first time I went, which is nice. You arent just another face. Check this place out, they are super nice hard working folks who want you to be happy walking out the door.

Lena was so sweet! The sweetest nail tech I’ve ever been to. Luxx is so clean, I watched one of the employees constantly wipe things that anyone touched. You can tell that the customers love it here because the employees make sure to create a friendly relationship with their customers. I will for sure be coming back!

I went there a couple of times I got my nails done and they are bumpy and the guy that did my nails didn’t paint them right and they are cricked and one of my nail it has a hair.
