Cleanly, professional staff. A bit of miscommunication for pricing on services and I wish they had a website with their services and prices. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will continue coming to this salon for my manicure and pedicure needs.

This is the ONLY place I’ve been to get my nails done and not walked out disappointed! Everyone here is so kind, and friendly. The salon is extremely clean and comfortable. The pedicures here are mind blowing and my nail tech Katie is so creative, fun, honest and great at what she does! I won’t go anywhere else! I have never had a broken nail, any lifting, or lumpy nails. And I’m very rough on my nails! If you haven’t been here, you should call and make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment.This was my first time here and the only reason I am giving them 4 / 5 is because I asked for an extension tip for my dip manicure. I mentioned it 3 times while Sarah, my technician, was doing my nails and asked her when she would add the extension and she kept saying “later” and “after” which I thought was odd, but figured maybe that’s just how they do it here? When she was about to finish, I said again, “are you going to add the extension now?” And then the manager stepped in and said, that Sarah didn’t understand me and that I should of asked for a “full set dip” and said, “longer nail”.The manager could see I was disappointed so she offered to redo them, they would just need another hour, or could offer a discount this time. I appreciated the gesture.Overall, I’ll be back, and next time I’ll make sure to use their terminology or over explain what I want.Update:I’ve been back twice now and the quality of work and quality of service definitely makes this place a true 5 star. Highly recommend.

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! Service is amazing- I had Kayla but everyone seems like they know what they’re doing for sure. **If it’s your 1st time visiting, MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE** - There is another salon with a similar name very close by, and its nowhere near the same quality (trust me, you don’t want to make the same mistake I did).Passion nails is my new go to & it’s right behind Cibo Matto!

Ask for Tracey...I had a spa pedicure today... I got CBD oil and mint put in the cream for my legs and feet she did massaging she did shiatsu she did Hot rocks, paraffin on the heels, painted the nails it was over an hour she is an amazing nail Tech!! I tipped her well -she deserved it!! I definitely will be going back!!

I am new to Mansfield, super impressed with the covid procedures and cleanliness. All the staff i encountered was super friendly. Lynn gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had and Ann did an amazing job on my brows.

Finally found my go-to place for a pedicure. I can quickly assess sanitation and cleanliness and this place ticked off all the boxes within my first 2 visits. I love Lynn, she is a thorough, talented and non chatting quiet young woman that I really appreciated. There is no blaring music or interruptions. The spacious massage chairs will keep you entertained if you are so inclined ! Prices are great and there are lots of interesting shopping and restaurant venues close by after you have your happy feet .

The lady who painted my daughters nails ignored my daughter as my daughter tryed to make conversations with her as she did her nails. The paint on toe nails came off the next day and chipped off. The finger nail paint stayed on the longest.

Best place to get yours nails done in town. I get full leg waxes as well... it is hard to do because my hair follicles all grow in different directions. The girls do awesome work! I only have to come back every 3-4 weeks to do it... which definitely beats shaving every 2 days!

Ladies are very pleasant areas are clean, gets over booked at times now and sometimes I feel a little rushed as they try to get as many as possible in.

Took my daughter to get a pedi yesterday they were very sweet, her toes came out great. they have the cutest chairs for kids to get their pedies done, and the price was really amazing.safe to.say we will be returning here

Ive been going to this wonderful nail salon since the doors opened and I am extremely impressed on how welcoming the woman who work there. They are clean, professional and do AMAZING WORK! Take it from a woman whos been going to spa nail salons since she was 13, Ive never had this type of care when getting a mani, pedi. Try them I know you will love them as all who try it.
