If you want your nails done well then this is the place! Ive always gotten my nails done and never really felt they were up to my expectations and I just went there and LOVE them. 10/10 recommend. Lynn did mine and she was very meticulous and took her time to do them right. a little pricey but so worth it.

This is my go to nail shop! This review has been a long time coming. I did not realize how amazing this place was until I experienced horrible customer service at another nail shop with even better reviews. This place accommodated me and a friend yesterday evening at the last minute for two pedicures knowing that they would have to stay late, past closing to finish us up. They did not rush, they served us with the same great service as always. They were polite and respectful and catered to our requests. Thank you for the great work!

Customer service is low on their list. Nails not bad for price paid. Being new to the area, I gave this place 3 chances and each have been inconsistent. They can’t even look at you and say hi before sitting down and rushing through your nails. I need to find a new place.

The wait was appropriate, as I did not have an appointment for my daughter and I. I feel confident, with an appointment, my time would be honored. They served every person with an appointment before us. When it was our time for service, they were quick and not pushy at all. The result for both my daughter and I was excellent. When we are on this side of town and we have time, we will return.

We use to love this place and the owners especially the husband was always kind and on top of customer service. Last two times have been horrible, nails completely uneven, nail techs seem always in bad mood, rushing so much they keep messing up and dont listen to what youd like. I had to tell the tech 4x my nails were not even and so thick. Before the techs were kind, talkative, great customer service. We would drive 25 mins just for this location and spend easy $150 plus. But well have to find a new place because doesnt seem like this is going to change anytime soon.

I went with my sister, my tech started my pedicure about 15 minutes late and finished prior to my sister being done. She drew blood on my big toe and didn’t disinfect the area. A different tech did my manicure, and was rude and also rushed through the gel nail. It looks like I did it blindfolded.I consulted with a separate nail salon technician and was told my toe will probably get infected and to expect pus! My toe has already begun to swell. I do not recommend this salon.

By far one of the best nail salons I have ever gone to! The atmosphere is relaxing, the salon is always clean, and it is always well staffed so no long waits. The owners are good people and always make sure customers are well taken care of.

Go here if for anything else but to sit in the pedicure chair for the massage. The chair & foot massage and pedicure is worth the wait.

Daughter came in two days ago for nails for prom. The technician tore her cuticles up and just kept saying Im sorry. Now they are red and enflamed. Never had this happen before. Then charged her $60 for only one nail on each hand getting a design. Not only did she walk out injured she was overcharged as well. Unfortunately she was with a friend and did not complain.

I felt very rushed when choosing my colors and soaking my nails. The actual service on my nails was very good!!!

Owner was friendly and very apologetic while being particularly understaffed during the snowpocalypse. Great job, very attentive to detail. Would recommend!

Wasted $55 (including tip). Went in on a Friday afternoon and didnt have to wait. Sat down and the technician told me she has an appointment soon so another technician would do my other hand at the same time. Had powder dip nail service and was out faster than expected. By SUNDAY two of my nails popped off EASILY. I only visited this salon because its near my hair salon. So I drove 12 miles to go back to have them fixed. They were nice and apologized and fixed the 2 nails. The very next day three more nails came off. This has NEVER happened with dip nails this fast and honestly they didnt even give me a proper manicure because my nails should not look like this after ONE WEEK. Im a stay at home mom and I rarely take the time to treat myself to stuff like this. Will NOT return. Photo shown is how awesome my nails looked for Easter weekend (of course didnt have time to get them fixed again).

It was very relaxing in this establishment! Even the other ladies who were getting services done were nice! I think I have found my new nail salon. I have driven by it several times and kept saying I was going to give it a try. Glad I did! I thought that coming in at about 6:15pm they would turn me away because they close at 7:30. Nope they took me right back to a bowl and offered me a beverage. They also welcomed in customers who came way after I did! I will be back

Today was the first time Nail Salons were allowed to open. I had an appointment with a competitor salon across the street - and I’ve been a loyal customer to the other salon for a long time. I showed up and was refused because they were “busy” & to “come back tomorrow” even though I had an appointment and confirmed the appointment 2 days after I made it with the owner on FB. Panicking I called Hawaii Nailspa and explained the situation to the nice gentleman on the phone. He seemed like a manager/owner. He told me that they had an opening - because someone had just not shown up - and asked how close I was to the salon. I told him I was across the street and that I could be right there! I LOVED everything about this salon. Wearing masks, everyone washing hands, using Lysol, and hand sanitizer. All Nail Techs were wearing masks and a clear large mask over their faces. They also had clear glass in-between us and the Nail Techs. The owner checked on me several times asking if everything was okay, and would check in with other customers - as well as having a full conversation with me! They are 100% professional and my dip nails are THE BEST set I have ever received. I am so beyond pleased and happy an unfortunate event led me to Hawaii!!!! You have made a new loyal customer. See you guys in 2 weeks!😊

Nika and Helen are always on point! I have been getting my nails done here from the time they opened in October 2015. The service is always consistent. Even with all this Covid-19 going on, they have face shields, plastic guards, and masks to minimize the risk. I love it.

My go-to nail salon! I get my nails done for special occasions and they never disappoint! Nika, the owner, is a pure genius and extremely talented lady! Plus they have really yummy beverages too :)

Went in for a basic manicure, they sat me right away without telling me it would be a 25 minute wait. In the meantime 6 different people asked me what service I wanted. When I finally asked how much longer the wait would be they said 3 minutes. 15 minutes later I finally get a tech. The soaking bowel had something in it, when I mentioned it she walked over, grabbed a used bowel, dumped it in the sink and refilled it with water for me. When I said something about that she proceeded to “wash” it out with her fingers. At that point I finally walked and and I will NEVER be back. Completely unprofessional. Dirty. Rude.

Stellar service as always. I just had to share that they are doing the absolute most to ensure everyones safety during this pandemic. They have santizer available, everyone wears a mask customer and employee both. And they have a partition which provides a barrier .

I was treated so poorly at this nail salon, I will never go back there again. The lady that was assigned to me had to business doing nails. She was probably just having a bad day but that is no excuse for how rude she was. She it such a quick, messy clean up job and when I asked her to clean my cuticles she got made. I could not complete the service. I paid for the clean up and left. I will definitely never go back to this location.

Their methods are rarely consistent. (1) Some technicians rinse your legs after removing them from the dirty water...others do not. (2) Some technicians put cuticle softener on before cutting cuticles, others do not. Whatever y’all are SUPPOSED to do, please do it each & every time. I usually visit the Camp Wisdom and 360 location. This location was also friendly but my accrued points didnt carry over from one location to another, was a bit disappointed in that but an overall job well done.

Went there for my birthday nails and a pedicure! Lucy did my nails, she was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted! Vee did my pedicure, she was also amazing. It was so relaxing! Good, clean environment! Polite staff! Pricy (what I got done) but well worth it!

Terrible experience this evening. The assigned technician kept hurting my nails and when I complained I was told to relax. I must applaud the technician that came to my rescue. I didnt get the names but I was the last customer today.( Jan 3rd)A big thank you to the technician that finally came to my rescue.To the technician that did my daughters nails, you are A plus and you did a great job!

Complete spa experience at this salon! They pamper you with a warm neck wrap, they have the BEST massage chairs and they play calming spa music. They take their time with you. My daughters and I feel so pampered! (ask for Tina, she’s THE BEST!)

Started bleeding pretty bad after I had my cuticle cut at this nail salon. Had to stop my manicure and asked her if I can get a free manicure when this cut heals in a couple of days. And the owner, was like I dont know what happened earlyer and we are not going to charge you for today. Rudeee! I tell here how are you gonna charge me, I am not able to get anything finished because I got cut here and I am bleeding. I thought to myself, how dare she put this on me, and she does not care about the clients? owner is defensive and way cheap. Lastly, there nail files are nasty from customers nail residue. Thats how you fungus and other infections. Do not recommend and will not be coming back! Trying to post pics and not able. :(

Kim is awesome! I am always trying something new and she is always up for the challenge. Tina gives the best pedicures! I knew she was tired after a long day but she still gave it her all! It was the best pedicure I have ever had! Thank you Tina!

I am truly disappointed. I had an appointment with Helen for 5pm. I arrived 19 minutes early which I acknowledged and had no issue at that point with waiting. Only to be told I would have to wait 40 minutes until she finish with the person she was working on. I asked, since I have an appointment for 5pm why would I have to wait, well no answer was given, so I decided to take my money elsewhere, because evidently my time and money doesn’t matter to them. Granted I have been going there for awhile, but never experienced that type of service. I called to speak with the owner, only to be told he wasn’t there.Truly Disappointed!

I had an appointment at 2:00 with Helen and its 2:25, finally the manager decides to come over and address me. I was told shes on her way and my response was why would you schedule an appointment for 2:00 if she was not going to be at the salon. Her excuse was the person that set my appointment didnt know she was leaving and my answer was anyone scheduling appointments should know the techs schedule or they should not answer the phone. I told the manager that was a poor excuse and poor customer service on the manager of the salon. I wasted 25 minutes of my time and no pedicure. #4788

Great place and staff. I come here for pedicures. I wish the callus removal woud be included in the $25 price though. However, I really like that their cutting tools are sterilized and sealed in a plastice bag, then opened in front of you.

Never had a negative experience. They are a bit pricey, but for the mani/pedi I get its worth every penny! Plus the rewards program they have lets you save up some points for money off.

Got my nails done here and it is no good when it comes to finger nails they don’t know what “ coffin” shape is yet are willing to charge extra for it and send you out the door with square nails which I don’t even think my grandma wears they don’t know what. “ ombré” is and will send you out with a harsh blend then charge you a extra $5 for Matte finish coat which I’ve never heard of in my life and I’ve been getting my nails done for about 12 years so that’s a first the pedicure was fine but they deff upcharge and don’t even the skills to do so.

I went to get my prom nails done saturday and i told my nail lady i wanted acrylic with dip on my fingers and my cuticles looked terrible after and she put my acrylics on and they were all going different directions and didn’t look even! and once it got down to my toes i told her don’t cut out any ingrown nails or dig into my toes really and she said okay i won’t dig into your toes or cut them in there but then she did !! and here we are a few days later i have an infection from where she cut and my toe is all swollen and red and it’s very painful. I don’t know what happened usually they have OK turn outs but this time it really went down hill!!!

Came here from out of town based upon a recommendation from a local. They did just an okay job on my nails. the nail techs get mad when they try to add extras and you refuse. They talk about you in their language without realizing some of us know the language. Wont return next time Im in town.

Great customer service and job on nails

Girlfriend went in for a basic pedicure. It was below average for the $45 that was charged. Whoever did it rushed, and horribly painted her nails. Along with that, she developed an infection, or fungus on 2 of her toe nails. As a result, a $45 lackluster pedi turned into a $250 podiatry bill.

Always very attentive and especially good at their craft.

Although its busy, I love coming here to relax.
