During COVID, I was giving myself trims and haircuts and I finally had a mishap that was so bad, I was almost too embarrassed to be in public (LOL…). I called them this morning and they were able to squeeze me in the late afternoon on the same day! I had no idea what was fitting for my hair type and lifestyle and the experienced stylist, Jonie, helped guide me through that process. I’m also not a very chatty person and I loved that she did not force conversation and it didn’t feel awkward with the silence that we had — instead, I felt completely relaxed and let her do her thing! Thank you LIV Aveda and Jonie for the awesome experience back in the salon!!

My very first experience at a Spa was an absolute dream. Everyone was so helpful and their demeanor was both relax and professional. The whole experience since crossing the door was like walking into a cloud of good vibes. From the soothing music, to the scents of oils and the salt lamps it was all conducive to letting go of stress. I could see that efforts were being made to have areas sanitized and to keep people 6 feet apart from each other in accordance to safety and health guidance. Speaking to staff I found out how much they love working there and its nicely to know you are being taken care of by people who both love what they do and where they work, these are the people to give it their best to give you the best experience and I felt that in the way I was treated by the staff here. They have such a variety of services and products that there is really something for everyone and I will definitely be back in the future. I live the whole experience.

This was my first experience at Liv Aveda and I am definitely impressed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and by name. Emily did my airbrush tan. She was phenomenal, professional, and made the process very easy. I wanted to do a trial for my wedding day. The tan is so even and natural looking especially with my very fair skin. I will definitely be returning for more!

I stopped at the UPS store to make a return and was told I needed a box. So I headed to Liv Aveda two doors down and they kindly found a box for me to put my return in. I went back to the UPS store thinking that they would be kind enough to give me some tape to tape the box shut. However they would not. So I walked back over to Liv Aveda who kindly gave me some tape to tape the box shut so I could finish my return. Very courteous and thoughtful people at the desk.

My stylist is Allison and I think shes amazing. Shes so on top of problems with my color issues and style. I cant thank her enough for the above and beyond care she gives me. I feel beautiful when I leave the salon. So happy she is on Liv Avedas team!!!!

I love everything about Aveda, the smell of the product upon entering. The first class treatments. Ive had many facials & massages through the years, never a bad experience, always excellent! Started having my hair cut by Johanna. She is amazing, personable, talented, kind & knowledgeable. You have some awesome staff, keeps me coming back for the rejuvenating time to myself!

My massage therapist is simply the best there is!! She is cognizant of my trouble areas and continuously uses different methods to make sure that every time I walk out the door that those areas have been addressed. She is genuinely concerned about me as a client and personalizes her sessions based on my current needs. I have been going to her for many many years and will continue for many years to come!

I went to Melissa in the middle of growing out a pixie cut. My hair was in a very awkward place. She knew right away what to do to make it look much better while it grows out. While I dont normally enjoy hair cuts because I dont enjoy being touched by people - her touch was gentle and non-invasive. It was actually very relaxing. I also dont enjoy being forced into conversation at salons but with her it was an enjoyable conversation about things we have in common. The scalp massage, shampoo and conditioner and blow dry all were so relaxing I felt as if Id just come out of a massage. 10/10 recommend Melissa and the salon.

Completely unimpressed with the woman who answered the phone here; rude, unhelpful, and they book up ridiculously far in advance which makes no sense. Oh, and no services on Sundays, but the website doesn’t tell you that. Definitely not worth the wait for the prices. I only wish I didn’t have to use my gift certificate at this location. Ugh.

Hair was cut shorter than wanted. Nothing like the picture I showed stylist and explaining to her my hair in front needs to be long enough to tuck behind my ear not just the hair around my ears. Liked the way she cut the back of my head.

Amy did a great job getting just the right toner mixer for brown rose gold. She is a personable and friendly stylist. I appreciated how she consulted with another stylist to mix-up this brown rose gold color. It was not an easy color to achieve. I have one question, I sweat when I sleep and a bit of the toner colors bled into my pillowcase. When should I wash my hair? In 24 or 48 hrs.? Have other customers experienced the same thing with this product?

I had a 60 minute massage that was wonderfully relaxing! My massage therapist is so professional and always uses the right amount of pressure!

The professional that performed my service was professional, kind, asked me great questions on how I wanted the results to look and I will totally go back to her.The front desk staff members were loud, condescending and need to be trained to be respectful and listen. Liv Aveda needs to up their game on this end as it is a huge distraction and not necessary.

When you walk in and just smell that signature fragrance you know your going to be pampered. They do everything well. I bought a gift card for my sister who’s retiring. They offer so many choices. I’ll let her pick. I know she will love the experience!

This was my first time and I will not go back. I had an 8x10 picture of the way I wanted my hair cut to look. She never even came close. My hair was to my shoulder when I got there. When I left it came to the bottom of my ear!I wanted it shorter But not as short as she cut it. I kept telling her not to cut too short but she payed no attention to doing as I asked. My hair is now as short as a mans hair cut. She kept saying I would be able to use a curlylling iron on it. Well that is a laugh.. Way to short.for even the skinyist one.

I received a 60 minute pregnancy massage with Aapril. Being pregnant, my body has a lot of discomfort. Aapril gave me the most fabulous massage, while keeping me comfortable with great positioning of my body. I’ll be back in 6 weeks for another one!

I am always very nervous when I get my hair trimmed since I worry about loosing too much length. My stylist was Haley and she did AMAZING! I also did face framing pieces which I did not have before and she checked with me to make sure they were the right length and that I was happy with my cut. She was kind and able to keep conversation going but focused on the service as well. I highly recommend her and even booked a color with her next month since I was so impressed with her 🙂

I usually dont like to leave reviews but honestly they are not good for hair color! I dont normally like to try new places for this reason! I went in for the first time because I book wrong with my hair stylist and needed something done before a party I was going to. I had multiple confusions with them scheduling wrong and have me wait an hour just to tell me they booked wrong and I had to wait 2 extra days so I did wait and came back got a full foil done I asked for Silver and my hair ended up nothing like that at all I got different shades of blonde and an ugly tone of orange I paid and rescheduled to have it done again then I had to wait some time because the stylist left home sick so I had to go with someone new she was very friendly but AGAIN she only did piece that she felt needed color and didnt go through everything that needed to be done so I left with some ugly color all over my hair and have to wait to get my hair done because of all the chemicals already put into my hair I cannot even begin to Express how mad I was because normally my stylist can achieve the color I want with one session and doesnt leave my hair with a bunch of different colors Im extremely disappointed that I had to do it twice and it still turned out nasty! This completely damaged my hair only to leave it looking horrible and Im the one who has to walk around with my hair looking awful!!!
