Poor service. Door and kine both state accepts walk ins. We walked in at 645lm and they did not accept them. Said next available is in 2 days! First time going here and wont be back!

The lady who gave my haircut knew what I wanted, fast and friendly. She made it my experience an awesome one!! The prices are awesome too n I definitely would recommend this Barbershop!!

Its a hit and miss. And the miss this time was another barber stepped in to alter my kids cut and SNAFUs it. Meanwhile the same barber took too much off the teens hair, totally not how I requested. My youngest kids hair turned out ok. They all need to learn to use clippers and stay away from scissors.

Just got my haircut today with Andrea. She did a great job and got it exactly right again! We always have a good conversation while she gives me a trim and I appreciate that. Thanks again!

The haircut experience was unacceptable. Felt pain when gouging took place when trimming. Nothing was done or any compensation when I called to report incident. Haircut was done at 10am at the Sheboygan location. Very disappointing.

Ashly cut my hair and did a wonderful job. Very talkative but not invasive. Very knowledgeable about hair styling. Left me with a perfect cut, and a phenomenal massage.

Been here a few times and even though Im a lady with a mans hair cut they take care of me 110% super friendly and definitely care about the work they are doing. Ask for Andrea she really helped me understand my hair and how to take care of it.

Excellent hair cut however it took ridiculously long!!!!

Ive never had a bad experience here. Employees are always friendly and easy to chat with. Their prices have gone up considerably in 2020, but they claim to be paying employees more for the associated risk of being in public during challenging times so Im ok with it.

They go very quick to get you over and done with, with not much care on how it turns out. My neck lining is very crooked, I have to let a part of my hair grow back to be how I want it. Feels like they cut how they want it and not how you desire it. There are some lady’s there that actually do care and put the time and effort into your cut so you look good but most of them have an attitude and cut your hair like they don’t wanna be there. Very disappointed have been going there for awhile but cannot do it anymore because my haircut keeps gettin messed up and has been gettin worse for the past 3 times I went.

I changed my review from a 2 star to 4 star review after they took care of my original issue. I went in for a haircut and the stylist did a rather poor job. After writing a 2 star review detailing the issues, the Barbershop called me the next day to apologize and asked me to come back in for them to fix it for me. Gretchen was my hair stylist this time to fix it and she did a wonderful job. She is a true artist and you can tell she is passionate about her profession. It was nice that she took the time to explain why she was cutting my hair the way she did, gave me recommendations, and asked multiple times if I liked how it was looking. Im only giving a 4 out of 5 because I shouldnt have had to come back in but I am impressed with how they wanted to make it right.

I used to love coming here for a good inexpensive haircut tailored to men. But the prices have gone up so much higher now that I definitely cant justify coming here anymore. Same quality, same atmosphere, for 30% more. Was $14 now $20.

Service is great as it always has been, but they have raised their prices yet again to $20 for a basic cut. Just a few years ago it was only $13. It may be time to find a lower cost alternative for a basic mens cut.

Husband went in for a haircut and beard and mustache trimming. Had to cut hairs at home sticking straight out, beard cut so bad went home and cut off his beard. Mustache was cut bad too. More worried about the tv and phone and getting me rushed out . Been there many times before now looking for a new spot

Wanted an inch off took 2 or more off the back and left the top long, so now l have to get the top redun shorter and let it all grow out.,.

This place has a nice atmosphere. I enjoy the manly feel. The employees are nice, knowledgeable, and will help you understand your cut (if you want).

Nikki is a beard master. My former barber retired, and Id seen 8 different Barbers without anything I really loved. Gave this place a shot and was really happy with the work she did.One time they accidentally booked me for a different lady with a similar name and I was reminded how much I preferred Nikkis cuts. Ask for her if youve got a beard you love, you wont be disappointed!

The girl that cut my was more interested in watching the Zombie program on the TV that I believe is for customer intertainment than cutting my hair. The receptionist was rude to my wife. At $20.00 for a haircut, I will not go back.

I have been taking my now 8 year old little guy here since his first haircut. We moved from Green Bay a few years ago and were relieved to find they had a Barbershop here. He refuses to go anywhere else. He loves the back massage and even gets the warm towel wrapped around his face. I love it there because he has never had a bad haircut! I also adore how they all treat him just like the adult clients. I highly recommend The Barbershop to anyone looking for a great haircut experience.

I’ve been doing hair for going on 11 years and have worked for several different companies. The Barbershop A Hair Salon for men is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. They care about their stylists and we aren’t over worked! There are so many benefits to working here. I absolutely love it! One of my favorite things about working here is that it’s affordable and you get the extras (shampoo and massage) for free with every cut! It’s a fun atmosphere too, if you haven’t been here come in and check us out :)

Amazing experience bringing my three kids (7 and under) in for a special haircut before a wedding. Cartoons, friendly staff, and they didnt skip the fun stuff like a special shampoo/condition, hot towel and massage thats offered to adults. Well definitely be back!

I just went in for my very first time, walk-in, was told it would be about a 20 minute wait so I decided to just wait there. About 10 minutes later I was in the back getting my hair cut by Denise. She did a great job and was pleasant, not too gabby. I will definitely be going there again.

Your haircut quality will depend on the stylist you get. The service is great but i feel like some of them do not know how to fade or blend lines. They do not know how to clean up a beard at all so do not pay for that service. For haircuts i recommend Vicki or Nicki.Thanks,

I walked an hour before my actual appointment, (they were busy, considering its Manitowoc) left then came back. Sitting there waiting for my cut and this kid walked in they asked for his info and said it will be a little bit for him. Ok, so I must be up next right? Nope, appointment was over 11 minutes late.My concern? Why Im upset? I have a life just as you reading this does and a schedule as any busy person does. If you cant do the appointment on time its not a problem. I can find a barbershop that can. But when you as a business tell me that you can cut my hair at a specific time please keep your word. I will not come back because first impressions are everything.Other than that my hair cut was decent.Service 1/10Hair cut 7/10Styling 5/10
