I called Red Persimmon in a moment of desperation on a Sunday when most places were closing. I had gone to Glossy Nails and they totally butchered my nails and did not listen to my requests whatsoever. I was able to get it and have my nails reshaped and painted over with a color that actually matched my skin tone. I have pictures to show you before/after and what I requested. I wanted mauve/taupe nails and a glitter nail with the same base color. What I got from other place was a white glitter nail with tan nails. Didn’t match my skin tone either. Luckily Red Persimmon saved the day! They had me work with two people, one of which is stronger at shaping. The color was more in line with what I like. I’m so happy!!! Thank you!!

The salon is very dirty and not organized. The staff rushed me and my sister through the services. I got manicure and pedicure. I just wanted to clean them up and I wanted to get red nail polish on my nails. My nails came out and got ruined the same day! Also my sisters dip powder came out horrible. Her nails are not straight and they look clumsy. We were rushed through everything and feel like we didn’t get good service for the price.

I wouldve gave this place 5 stars but they had limited supplies for the nail design.

I came here for a pedicure, first one of the season and of course was told the $45 pedicure is the best 1 hour pedicure. I felt like it was rushed and 39 mins later the 1 HOUR pedi was done!! When I questioned it I was told those are estimates.....I felt scammed and rushed and not the 1 hour relaxing pedi I paid for and was expecting!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is notmy first time going to Red Persimmon but this is my first really bad experience there. i got acrylics to replicate a picture, they were really simple just white one one hand black on the other with a smiley face and on one of the fingers and a frown on another, they looked great when they were done except she was extremely aggressive and kept hurting me, she was going over my skin with the nail drill and did it multiple times, after i left the salon i noticed my nails looked way darker just a few hours after they were white, i didn’t think much of it but i washed my hands went to bed and woke up to my nails almost completely brown i’m disgusted and confused this has never happened before but i paid $48 for brown nails when they are supposed to be white. it looks like she burnt my nails.

My first time coming here I fell in love with this salon. My nails looked amazing and the price was very good as well! I came back today hoping for the same experience. Again I paid a very good price! However the nail tech I had rushed and I had to ask her to correct some things. This is a good salon, it’s just not consistent:( I suggest you request one of the male nail techs there (not sure of his name) because he was the one who did my nails very nicely the last time! Took his time and everything and always made sure I liked everything. However my experience today was different, but when I asked her to fix things she was very polite!

Every time I have come has been a positive experience. The most recent visit I came in about 30 minutes prior to close for a manicure— I asked if there was enough time since they would be closing soon or if I should come back, and they said they’d take me. Instead of rushing through, my manicurist took his time to give me a beautiful end-result even though it kept him past store hours. Not once did I feel rushed. Thank you for amazing service and gorgeous nails every time!

Told the lady I was getting married the next day. She said congrats and then proceeded to give me 10+ hang nails and scabs around my ring and pinky nail on my LEFT HAND. Lady also filed down my nice long nails to nubs without asking first, which is upsetting because my job does not permit me to have fake nails, so they will be removed after my honeymoon and everyone will see short nubby nails. My nails were in excruciating pain for 48 hrs. I will not be coming back or recommending.

I came into this nail salon with my sister and myself. I got a full set of acrylics done and not only did she do square nails when i wanted oval, but she filed around my nails so hard and rough that they bled a little and have been sore since. Then overcharged both my sister and i.

I have been going to this salon for over three years specifically to get my eyebrows waxed. However, the woman that did my eyebrows this time was rude, and gave a lot of attitude towards me. I maintained to stay polite because I love getting my eyebrows done at this salon, and they look good. Yet it just ruined my day to see how careless this woman was towards me, it seemed like I was a nuisance to her day, which I don’t understand how when I only said like three words to her. In addition, when I was signing my receipt she was so quick to take it from me while I was still signing it. I don’t know it just really shocked me. To the point where I made the decision to never go there again.

This is the only place I go for my nails. The staff is excellent and are always coming up with new and creative designs.

I got my Acrylics done by Andy. I usually have a good experience with him. I was not only overcharged but he rushed like crazy & was pretty rough with me. They came out looking awful. I was charged more than a full set when I was just getting a fill. So to be overcharged for nails that came out bad, was really disappointing. It seemed like maybe he was having a bad day, but you shouldn’t be taking your anger out on your clients, period.

Went there today, they hard sell the gel and the regular polish is so old and clumpy that 2 hrs later it still smudged. I came home took their polish off, fixed the shape into the rounded square tip that I had asked for and repolished my nails with new polish. Guess well have to find a new spot.

Insanely rude group of people. Very rough around the edges and have zero personality while doing your services. My French manicure turned yellow due to old products and they couldn’t even apologize when I went in two days later. I wouldn’t waste my money and I will never go back to such a horrible establishment.

It started with picking a color a week before the appt. The pedicure by Lori was wonderful. Very attentive, friendly & polished my nails the color I picked.The manicure by a different associate insisted on a gel polish on the acrylic nails that was not a match to my chosen color.She even had an other manicurist tell me it was.Don’t let them push you or talk you out of your choice.

My nails look nice but the man kept yanking my hands then left the salon at the end while i sat there in front of a fan. Not bad but not the best.

They didnt even cover my whole nail and didnt even cut my cuticle witch very obviously needed to be pushed and cut

I went to Red Persimmon for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicurist was attentive and professional, and the result looked great. The manicurist, however, did not soften my cuticles enough and instead kept digging into them with her tools, catching my skin near the nail bed. I asked for my nails to be buffed as opposed to polished, as I prefer that look; the manicurist seemed puzzled by my request and used a grinding stone to grind down my cuticles.As my nails have grown out, the grooves are still apparent and make my nails look horrible - there are semi-circular grooves near the tips of my nails as its been about 2 months since I got the manicure. A very bizarre experience - painful, damaging, and not at all what I asked for.

Very poor experience, went there to get a fill was charged $50 they came out looking like they were done by a child! Went back a few days later to have them fixed and was charged $22 for them to fix them . Most corrupt place in the world DONT GO THERE

I go here every time I want to get a full acrylic set on my nails. Ive only ever had a problem once and it was a long time ago! Ive never been made to get more expensive services as a lot of these reviews state. Yes, they can be a little rushed at some times but they have never made me feel like an inconvenience. My nails have always come out looking great whether it be a french tip or regular polish with no designs. Every step of the way I am always asked if what they are doing is what I want and when it hasnt been they have readjusted and fixed what I didnt like right away no bad attitudes about it.

Had my nails done by Kevin and theyre fabulous. You may have to wait a few minutes or so but its well worth it for the excellent service 😊

Went here to get my nails done for New years, manicurist seemed nice but she kept trying to talk me out of the color and nail shape I chose. She they proceeded to rush my nails, being kind of rough and making the experience unpleasant. She didnt soften my cuticles enough or really do any work on them. She rushed shaping them so theyre uneven and overall my naols are very thick and not what Id expect for $40. Just seemed really rushed, probably wont be coming back.

Not impressed was charged 106 for me and my daughter I got a rushed pedicure with a horrible french nail job and got my nails done with diamonds and the diamonds were crooked and when I asked them to fix they were getting ready to close so they told me it was fine and that it looked nice... Will not be returning.

They rushed while doing my nails. While the lady was doing my nails she kept looking in the mirror at herself and not paying attention to what she was doing also made me bleed on 3 of my nails. I will never go back.

Ive been here a few times. I go every time Im desperate or in the mall. First off they are all rude in there. They will make you wait more than 30minutes even though they tell you 15 minutes. Each time Ive gone in they give me a different price on whatever I want to do and ask you a dozen times if you want something more expensive than what you asked for. Today I got charged 10$ to take off my gel, and got told I wouldnt be charged for it if I got gel again although I said I did not want gel. I had no time so I paid 10$ to remove it and 10$ to put a normal color on. The guy did it so fast and it was not a nice job. I had a very sweet lady fix his job then left. I will not be returning here again.

They did a great job on my nails & are reasonably priced.

They had me waiting for a half and hour when they said it was a 10 minute wait. Then the first girl was blatantly trying to avoid doing my nails and she kept getting up and walking around and talking to coworkers. The second girl who took over and did my nails insulted me basically by giving me a weird look and asking if I was getting my eyebrows done and tried to get me to pay extra for them. I said no but she kept pushing it on me. This place isn’t really that great and I’m definitely not going again. Poor service and a long unnecessary wait. I had an appointment too.

Ive only been here once and Ill never go back. I went with one of my friends and paid for both of our nails. The lady that was doing mine refused to take no for an answer when we said no gel (because its more expensive) and put a flower on my nails when I didnt ask for it and the flower they did on my friends nails wasnt at all what she asked for. She did my nails so fast that my cuticles started bleeding. She also kept insisting that she do my eyebrows and then got mad when I didnt want to tip her after she made me spend an extra $30 on things I didnt ask for. Dont waste your time or your money here.

They came out great. However, when I got home 3 nails had cracked and were broke by the next day.

This was the worst expierence of my life. I first sat down for a pedi and the lady doing my nails started laughing at me and I felt like I was being made fun of. Then she tried to make me pay for the most expensive kind of manicure and kept asking if I was sure if I wanted the cheaper one. She also dug her knuckles into my bones in my foot when messesing which wasnt nice at all. She painted only half of my actual nail and got a ton of polish on my skin. I wish I demanded my money back, this was the worst place Ive ever gone to.

They did a very rushed service with both my spa pedicure and my acrylic manicure. They didnt create a good experience and I would really love to see all the licences displayed because the young man who did my pedicure seemed very inexperienced. I wont go back here.
