This was my 3rd visit. This time the young girl that sat on the left side was the one that did them. I had a different person every time. They were mishaped & I noticed later on in the day that my cuticles were getting red & puffy. The gel polish was already chipped too. 2 days later I bumped my right ring fingernail on the dryer door & it broke. A few days after that my right pinky fingernail broke. I have no idea how. I just looked down & it was broke. $40 for a fill-in you would think you would get better quality. I had heard such good things too. Some things you can over look to bad luck but when it comes to red puffy cuticles thats a hygiene issue & no one should overlook that. Dont take the risk! Go elsewhere!!

My wife loves this place and I have to admit they are excellent and I shes happy Im happy.

I dont know how this place has four stars. This was my second and last time coming here. The first time was a couple of years ago--thought Id give it another try. Service was poor. Customer service just as bad. I watched one guy clean a pedicure bowl. If I had seen that before getting my feet done, I would have gone somewhere else. They are behind in new procedures/standards for safety and sanitation. My advice,... go anywhere else.

Service is good. Friendly service. Only thing I think is really high is a acrylic fill - in. $40. Place is very clean, employees wear masks and stations are clean after each customer. They also disinfect/sterilize all files, etc after each customer. Now if just could give a break on a fill in would be fantastic 🙂

I went in the day before my wedding the guy who did my nails even knew said oh Ill make your nails look pretty. I got TRASH! The gel is TOO thick, nails are filed unevenly, and fingers are no where near the same length. I went here because it was late, Ive been going to Tammy nails as of recent and recommend everyone else does too!

I had been coming to posh for a while, and hadnt had bad or exceptional experience. But the last two times I went were just awful. Hopefully if I decide to come back the service will be better.Definitely dont bother asking them to remove acrylic nails for you cause youll pay $30 and have to go home and do it yourself anyway. If you get a pedicure ask for all of their opinions because some of the employees wont tell you there are any other packages.They DO NOT care about customer service at all, after a bad experience with them, I explained how I was upset and would have liked to have been informed of the other services, and the man laughed at me, rolled his eyes and proceeded to charge more than the original quoted price.Absolutely do not let Ken assist you, he is awful.

I’ve been getting my nails done since 15+ years. The work done is decent! Unfortunately it’s being ruined by unfriendly employees. I’m a very friendly person myself and always worked in costumer service. It’s a shame. I still tipped well after but if I don’t have to, I will not come back.

Went in to get a set of acrylics done with my daughter and waited over an hour and a half- only to not get my nails done. I waited patiently and when it was my turn I had a picture of what I would like that I was going to repeat from getting the same thing as a previous time. The man told me he could not do it. I said “ok we’ll what about this one?” And showed him another simple picture. He told me “no, you’ll have to ask her” and pointed to a lady in the back doing pedicures who had about 6 or 7 people sitting in chairs. I said well I still need a set done…so when I went to check on my daughter thinking he was going to sit me down and do them, he pulled another customer over to his table and started doing their nails. At this point I was ticked. Waited an hour and a half with my 5 year old, came in before the rush of people after me and this man takes another customer before he made sure that I was good. I got my daughter and walked up to the front to pay, only to wait another 10 minutes for the man to come and check us out. He then proceeds to tell me “I can put your set on and then she can do your design.” What the actual F!?*#+¥£!!!!!!!!! Umm helloooooo I’ve been sitting here for an hour and a half, actually longer than that and I had requested a set of nails so uh….. you didn’t say this 10 minutes ago?! IM SORRY this is just bad business. I understand certain ones can’t do designs or they have their specialties. But for a paying customer that’s waited this long, you’d think he would’ve taken care of what I needed it wanted. I didn’t come in there to just sit in a chair and watch people get their nails done! I came to get mine done!!! Needless to say? He let business just walk right out the door because I won’t be back. I felt it was disrespectful and I should’ve been taken care of before any of the other people that came in after me! Posh nails will not have my business anymore and it’s a shame they do their customers this way. Not to mention the last time they did my nails I got the coffin shape and a few of them were crooked when I got looking at them at home. Im giving one star on this review because they should be way more professional and take care of the people that wait forever before moving on to another person. Completely ridiculous.

What can I say about Posh nails. One of my friends went lately to get some longer nails, just for them to be uneven, crooked, and the wrong color. As a personal experience, the staff refused to serve me as a man, although I just wanted a simple manicure for the holiday season to look as fierce as I can. HIGHLY recommend that you do not give this business your money. Dollar Tree Acrylics covered in coffee grounds would be just as good.

From the moment I walked in the door the customer service representative was very short with me. Refused to answer questions about specific processes. It felt as if I was a nuissance just for wanting to use this establishment. I will never go back. I do not recommend using this establishment.

Way over priced. Was charged$40 for fill in and color. I pay less than that for full nails at Happy Nails so Ill be going back there. Also they only had a hand full of gel colors. Definitely not worth the extra money.

The Worst Mani/pedi I’ve ever had but did get a free show. Two employees went out the back door fighting and several employees followed trying to break it up. I have not had a mani pedi in 1.5 years and I walk barefoot all the time. I was in and out in 30minutes with little attention spent on my rough feet and horrible cuticles. One coat of polish and I was done. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO USE THIS PLACE!!

This place is very clean honestly the cleanest salon Ive been to. Christi does a wonderful job on acrylics 👏 and they hold up very nicely! But.... I have a very hard time deciding if I want to go back... due to them pushing the gel sooo muchand acting like regular polish should dry for 2 or 3 days... they put a quick dry coat over your freshly painted polish that is NOT dry yet therefore the top coat dryes before the under coat.. meaning it is very easy to dent and smudge. But to the touch will feel dry. I tried to explain this to the man that checks you out he got rude and said it is not what I think and I need to know how to care for my nails... I have been getting my nails done regularly for 12 years im not new to this. I realize they are trying to make an extra 20 bucks off of the gel. 😒

My nails are not even. My toe nails are the same and some were cut too short and I was bleeding. My polish is uneven and spotty. I watched him with gloved hands that he had been using on my feet, dip those same gloved hands into a community scrub without changing gloves

They up charge for everything and the service was garbage will not reuse. First and last time.

Had a standard manicure done on Tuesday night. On Thursday morning I was sitting at my desk when the polish on my nails began falling off! This was not chipping, but the entire sheet of polish just fell off cleanly. I went back that afternoon to have them repaint my nails and they were closed til Saturday. Saturday afternoon I went in and explained the situation and they said polish will only stay on for 2 days. I explained again that this was not chipping, but the polish not sticking to the nail. They refused to repaint my nails or give any service. I simply said okay and left and will NEVER return. Their prices are high and their services are rushed. The only reason I used them is because they are the only salon that is open late enough to fit into my schedule. It isnt worth it now... I will go to Tammys and you should too!BTW, the free drinks are old cheap box wine that taste HORRIBLE.

Long nails, I usually get them done there whenever I’m in town. Last couple of times staff have been lying saying they don’t do long nails. Very unprofessional and you can definitely tell the difference in between the black and white clientele. Will not be getting another dime of my money!

Just recently got a pedicure and loved it, but I’ve also gotten manicures and gel nails done here and they’ve always done a great job.

I was in town to visit family and needed my nails done. This was the only local salon open on Sunday, so I decided to give them a try against the recommendation of family. I went in for a simple gel polish change on my hands and feet, NOT A FULL MANICURE/PEDICURE SERVICE. To begin, the paint job was subpar (paint on my cuticles and he glued a cracked natural nail), but they also changed the price from the start of service to the end of service. I specifically asked the price before service began and even repeated the price to which the man doing my nails agreed. At the end of my service, I repeated the price and paid the money.As I was walking to the parking lot, the man chased me outside and very rudely advised I hadnt paid the full price. After arguing with him over the price quoted and the price he requested to charge, I went back inside to speak with a manager who was also very rude. Needless to say, I ended up paying $60 just for a polish change. Now, a little over a week later, the glued natural nail has cracked and broken and the gel polish has lifted off of multiple nails. Certainly NOT $60 worth of service!

I am new to Tennessee and I needed a good salon.. I asked around the neighbours and they suggested me Posh Nails, so I give it a try and wow… it’s done, I found my place lol! The nail techs here are so kind and they go out of there way to provide top of the line quality! They make sure your 100% happy with your nails! I highly recommend

I was in town for a conference and needed my nails done, so I walked to this place. The very nice woman and so sweet. Every time I leave, I leave highly satisfied. I still havent thought about trying anywhere else. I was very happy with my experience today.

This isn’t the salon I normally go to but I wasn’t able to get to my normal place. I thought I would give this place a try. Was not happy with my nails at all. Most of them lifted the very next day. They were full of bumps, lumps and black dots. Several nails were way too wide. They just looked horrible. I mentioned this to the manager and he said oh well and hung up the phone. First and last visit there.

I paid $60 for unfinished, uneven nails. They were super rushed (which I totally understand because it was packed) and I also could have asked him to fix them but I didn’t have time. He was super sweet but rushed!

Even though they were very crowded, it didnt take too long to work me in. I was given a bit of attention but attention to detail wasnt given as I had hoped and a couple of steps were overlooked for the service I purchased but I assume it was because of the over crowding. This is the cause for oneless star. Still I received a nice relaxing pedicure. Would go again.

Okay.. so I’ve been going here for over two years, I did have ONE bad experience. But I went back because I wasn’t going to turn away because of one bad experience. I can tell you if you want acrylics, I’d highly recommend Tommy. He’s the best.

I was quoted one price, then charged another, the time it takes here is always too long, and they done a horrible job on my daughters nails. This review is after giving them a try four times, I hate to review badly from one experience so this came from multiple times.

Great service and friendly people

We paid full price for half way service. My daughters and I waited a very long time and while waiting they painted my youngest daughters nails in the waiting chair in 5 seconds. No hand massage no special treatment no apology. This was two of my foster kids first times and it wasnt special at all. We were all sad and disappointed. I will not go back.

Every time I go the prices get higher and higher I cant go back I get it during seasonal events but just a random day for them to price gouge me I am over it theyre charging me so much I cant even tip anymore $55 I used to get the extreme pink and white for 45 just over it

I went on a busy Saturday and sat on my pedicure chair for an hour and a half until someone could get to me. I think if you go here, make an appt. They seemed to be short staffed. But when they actually got to doing my nails, the service was great.
