So my opinion of this salon is that it is amazing and the nail techs that work there are amazing. Im 36 years old and Ive gone to numerous different nail salons and they are the only one that brought up dip powder its a life-changer if you dont know anything about it I would highly suggest into looking into it Ive gone my whole life with no nails and they have given me my nails back

I have been going to VIP nails for years to get my eyebrows done. They do a great job I just really wish they would change the towel on the bed they have you lay down on while getting your eyebrows done. Last time I went I could clearly see hair on the towel from the person that was there before me and they just had me lay down without even changing it. Next time I will ask for it to be changed in front of me or I will just probably be going somewhere to get my brows down

Today I went to get a pedicure and the woman thought I was not paying attention and on my phone while she was slacking and not giving it a 100% good work. Very lazy and then over priced her horrible work. Do not reccomend going there, waste of time and money.

Horrible. Been going there for years and starting showing their true colors. Always put my nails on crocked, refused to fix smudging, always rushed. Overpriced for low quality work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Easy appointment for 3 of us, excellent service, quick and beautiful gel manicure and acrylic sets. Fair prices, clean & friendly environment.

Came in to do my nails here for the first time after reading the reviews online. When I walked through the door I was greeted and asked to take a seat at one of their stations. Took about 40min for them to be done. I am so in love with my nails.They did an amazing job!Highly recommend this salon. It is very clean and very affordable.

This is the only place I will go. I only see Alan he is the best. He does fantastic work. I broke a nail and completely lost the nail. It was ugly he fixed it up and made it possible to have a nail again. Its shorter than the rest but its nail and it doesnt bother me anymore. They are all friendly but he is by far my favorite. Just check out his work.

Awesome place to go to i went in to get a pedicure and fill in and they had me out in about an hour. The staff is friendly and makes sure that youre okay. I get the gel set and have yet to break a nail. Extremely satisfied every time.

I definitely will be going back, my nail technician Allen was so sociable and kind. He listened so well to what I wanted as far shape and length and asked several times to ensure I got what I liked! It was also quick and affordable. I was impressed.

I have been a customer since August and I love my nails every time I have them done. They are very friendly and Helen does an amazing job.

Got busy with life and didn’t have any time to do nails. This shellac done by Sculpture Nails looks as it did on the day it was done, after 4-weeks. No nicks, chips, or flakes. If my nails didn’t grow out so long I could wear it even longer.

They were wonderful. able to squeeze me in last minute for my wedding nails and did a beautiful job. Exactly as I had asked/wanted them to be, and fair prices.

I am so disappointed with my experience. I went a couple weeks ago and my nails came out great, this time was a disaster. I had to wait for over an hour. She did two dip coats instead of three which I almost said something about, but just wanted to get out of there. I had to point out which nails were uneven and explained that they were too wide which she didn’t seem to understand. She had to re-do three of my nails, two of them several times because white kept showing through (I get black dip). There is an indent in every single nail. I was excited to get them refreshed with new tips and I fully regret it. They look terrible. I was then charged full price after being there for two hours and hating my nails. Terrible customer service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE... I called friday afternoon for a party of 15 on Saturday morning, they got us in. When we got here they didnt rush, they took their time to make sure we all got the same care! Best pedicure I ever had.

If i could give this place 0 star i would. They made my nails all different shapes, completely lumpy, nail polish all over my fingers. I didn’t notice until after i paid and asked them to remove them and please refund my money. The staff and the owner Helen were completely rude and refused my refund and then tried to make me pay to remove the nails. I will not be going there again or recommending them to anyone. Completely awful

I moved here from Florida and have had a really hard time finding a good nail salon that I like. This place did an amazing job on my nails. Better then the 3 other places Ive tried! Thank you VIP for your amazing work!!

Columbus Nails is one of the best nail salons I have ever been in. Clean, friendly, professional, & expertise define the salon and the staff!

You have to know who to go to!!! And stick with that person.. everyone is hospitable.. they are good with sanitation and disinfecting tools etc... I’m pleased every time I get a service done to a pedicure or a refil or a color change... I have no complaints...

This is in my opinion the best nail salon around. I get stunning French manicures every two weeks. Complimentary beverages and exceptional work.

I wish I did not even have to give them one star. I have been a customer of theirs for years. I recently received a gift certificate for my birthday and went and got my nails done 4 days ago. If you read through the reviews on Facebook and anywhere else you will see that all of their recent reviews are terrible and the same issues I’m having. I contacted the salon and the owner are you at with me and told me that I took them off myself. I told him that I did not and I wanted my nails done and I expected they would’ve lasted at least two weeks but that for days was ridiculous again he are you with me and told me he would rather me go to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back then have them fix it. This place is terrible do you not go here they may have been good at one point but they are terrible now

Needs to remember its about the customer and their service is how they get their tips, so its best if they make sure its the way the customer wants their nails.

When I called to make pedicure appointment I asked if they did ingrown nails. Oh yes we do. NO they don’t have a clue. I was upset and asked for the manager but she was busy chatting wi5another nail tech. I got my feet out dried them off and went up to the counter then the manager was concerned. Not coming back here at all.

New owners so much better then a year ago.

I did love this place till management changed and everything else changed. My pedi was sub-par and the regular nail polish that normally lasts 3 weeks on my toes lasted 2 days and was falling off in the shower. Not to happy right about no because I now have to find another place to go.

This is my second time coming to this place and and leave without my nails done. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend it at allThe worse nail salon in Manchester! 👎👎

My favorite spot for nails and toes. I havent found a nail salon that offers as many services and styles as they do! Always greeted with a smile, offered a beverage of choice including beer and wine. Upon payment you are reminded of their guarantee so if you break a nail or smudge your polish you can call or return during business hours and they will fix them for you at no cost. They are a bit pricey but if you are looking for quality and cleanliness, this is the place for you!!! Ive never waited more than 10 mins on a walk in and they are on time for appointments. Went in to get a fill on Sunday. Found some really cute chrome polish I fell in love with, I asked how much it would be with the chrome and the full. I was told $18 for the fill and $15 for the polish..so I said ok, so $33? They said yes. So ok, not too bad and I was sold. Sat down, my nails we’re done nicely, no complaints there. When I went to pay they told me $43...$43!? WHY!? They charged an additional $10 for a polish they put under the chrome. I specifically asked the price for a reason...but ok, I guess I didn’t have a choice. Now, it’s Thursday and I look at my nails (because honestly, the color is amazing...) BUT THE POLISH IS CHIPPING!! And not just a slight chip because of work. I’m talking the entire top layer of polish is coming off!! It hasn’t even been a week!! Normally I wouldn’t mind as much, especially if it was regular polish. But I spent $43 on these!! Needless to say, I won’t be back. Like I said, the nails were done nicely but the hidden fees and the expensive polish I paid for that’s now chipping, isn’t worth a trip back.

I always feel rushed here. My last pedi and mani were horrible. The one before that was shellac and peeled off in 3 days.

Went to go get a full set after they put the acrylic on filled them down unevenly shaped them wrong painted them and everything the paint was horrible I got gel there were bubbles I wanted matte parts were still shinny and it looked like I already needed a fill. Never coming back

Andy is my go to. But last couple times my nails have been too thin and break off doing everyday things. Been coming here for almost 6 years.
