I’ve been coming to Zen nails for the last 6 months. One of my girlfriends and I were looking for a spot to start coming to and after reading the reviews, We decided on Zen. And we have not been disappointed. I’ve had the pleasure of working with most of the techs and I absolutely adore them all. I’ve been seeing Viden regularly for my pedicures and acrylic manicures and I cannot get over how well my nails always come out. The prices are good, it’s clean, and the staff is so friendly. If you’re looking for a new nail spot, I cannot recommend Zen enough!

I went in with really high expectations from the good reviews but was sadly disappointed. It may have been because I came in late but that doesn’t excuse I subpar job on a paying customer. I got dip powder with extensions and my nails are chunky, lumpy and overall not pleasing. While I did ask for slightly square nails I ended up with nails that looked like melted gum pieces. Along with all this my fingers were cut in multiple places to the point were they bled and were painful. I also seem to be developing a infection on the cuts because they are red and puffy. I am having them removed just one day after getting them which is such a waste of money but I simply can’t keep them on. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because they were able to reschedule my appointment and my nail technician did stay late to finish. To conclude this I will not be returning to this nail place when I can go to my local nail place which is less expensive and will do a way better job. Sorry for the long review but I was really disappointed.

Good service, really nice and polite staff, but the quality of my nails is less than satisfactory. The color is milky and patchy (the pictures dont do the horrible quality justice) she also didnt push my cuticles back to put the acrylic on correctly. I can say I will definitely not be returning in the future I am very disappointed.

The picture on the left is what I asked for and the other two pictures is what I received. The acrylic was NOT marbled at all. I came back into the spa the next day and only got half my money back. Along with excuses as to why my nails looked the way they did. I was trying to be nice to the lady and was willing to reach a solution the calm way but she wasn’t cooperative at all.

My friend and I each got manis and pedis here today. Very happy with the service. Very friendly staff and clean space. I live 30 minutes away, but I will definitely make the drive here again in the future!

Dina was amazing. She was so kind and made me feel so welcome. My pedicure was so incredibly relaxing, I was offered coke or water to enjoy as it happened! She also did an amazing job with my dip manicure. I will definitely be coming back here!!!

This is a hidden gem! I never have any issues being seen on time. I like that you can book appointments online so I definitely suggest doing that. Also, if possible try to go during the day when it’s less busy. I’m pretty simple when it comes to nails (basic set and gel color) so I can’t speak to more complex art but I’m always happy when I leave. They’re also quick but not rushed. I would also say the prices are reasonable for the area. This is the only place I go to since I discovered it a year ago.I also have health issues that cause me to have brittle short natural nails. I’ve been to some salons that were rude/judgemental so it made me feel insecure. The people here have always been nice and made me feel comfortable which I appreciate.

Looks like I did it myself at home and the ends were rugged. But hey it was $15 and the staff was nice

Positive atmosphere, staff very friendly, relaxing. Positive attitudes the whole entire time. Most definitely would recommend. Very clean!!

I choose this nail salon because the reviews looked good, but I walked out less than satisfied with my dip manicure. You can see the layer line at the top of my nail, some of the tops are lumpy, he left residue under my nails, and the guy kept touching the tops before they were dry and had to keep applying a new top coat. They do not massage your hands with lotion afterwards either and the overall experience felt rushed.

I love getting my nails done at Zen nails and spa. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. As soon as the restrictions were lift from Covid I started going back.

New to the area and was looking for a place that does hard liquid gel. Valarie did great along with my design.

I decided to stop by Zen nails after reading several positive reviews and I am now adding to the many positive reviews. I am new to the area and I took a chance that I dont regret. My nail technician was BeBe and she was great! Its hard to find someone that can do a great French Manicure using sns powder gel instead of liquid! I will definitely return, I have received so many compliments and inquiries. I have sent them all to Zen. Pleasant staff, I had a complimentary water while I waited. I will definitely be going back.------ UPDATE-------------I went back today 1/27/2020 and got the same great service, maybe even better. My Technician today was Kaitlin and she was too was terriffic. I like my coatings thin and she delivered!! I have definitely found my nail spa of choice with Zen nails😊. Thanks for another great experience

This is for my wife who went with our daughter.I dont know where this place is 4 stars. For me, all employees should be 4 stars, I went there because of rating. Had my nails done by a male, he didnt do it right, some nails were crooked, he tried to fix it 2 times and still couldnt, he painted my nails incorrectly with several mistakes, my nails are catching on my clothes. Horrible work! Will never return.

I came in after calling and asking if they can see me they said yes come !! Once I get there it takes a while to be acknowledged then she said to go back with her and have my feet soaked just to walk away and not come back. If you are busy and unable to see me just say that. Just say it will be a wait or sorry we can’t see you but don’t have someone waiting around forever !!!

A week after receiving full set acrylic nails, 8…yes 8 nails have broken within 2 weeks. I went to 2 different nail shops to get my nails repaired. I will never go there again. The nail quality is very poor. And my nail designs are old and outdated.

I came here on Labor Day 9/7/20. I just want to say outstanding service, just wow! The place is very beautiful as well, and the pedicure seats are very great quality. I’ve been to many salons where the seat shook way too hard that you’d have to turn it off in order for them to do your toes.. The lady who did my toes was very sweet, she offered me a drink(they offer soda and water by the way), continued to start a conversation with me, and she took great care of my nails as well as gently placing my feet lol. They did a great job on my nails. 2 weeks and they still look great. Only thing is, is they are a bit pricy for doing very basic manicures and pedicures and being such a tiny salon.

I went today and it was my time there. The staff was absolutely amazing! Professional, friendly and extremely pleasant. Everything was nice and clean and they did an amazing job on my nails & toes. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again ladies! 🥰

This is my first ever review for anyone. I called at 9:30a, scheduled for 10:30a. Although I was 5 minutes late, my tech was Ms.Dina. She is pleasant and when I tell you she did my manicure, deluxe pedicure, and eyebrows EXACTLY how I asked. I got tips with gel polish. She took her time and she was very gentle and sweet. I couldnt have asked for anything more. I have absolutely no complaints. I am extremely grateful for my first experience here. I will come again and honestly I only want her to paint my nails. She has gained my trust and the price was exactly what I expected. I really appreciate ZEN Nails and Spa. The enviornment was calming, soothing, and clean. Came in today with my niece and sister to do our nails for my nieces birthday. When we came in they all sang happy birthday to her which was so sweet. I had a refill done by the manager and she too was very sweet. I usually go to a place in Centreville but I really enjoyed coming here. The place is clean and elegant. Let’s just say this will not be the last time I come.

Great local business to get your nails done. I had Sophia give me a pedicure and gel manicure. She was personable and kind. My 88 year old mother also had a gel manicure. It is in a strip mall by the Burlington Store. Small shop but nice massage chairs!!!

The treatment was amazing! I loved my experience there! The manicure and pedicure were perfect! I loved the Dina’s hands, soooo soft. And the pedicure was amazing, I relaxed a lot! Other point that I liked: she explained the packages and prices before. I’ll go back, for sure!

Came in for a mani pedi yesterday and I am so happy with the service. The ladies here really took their time. The salon was very clean, and I could see that they really sanitize everything. You can tell some salons rush through the process but not this one. I felt truly pampered and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

This is a really pretty and clean salon. The pedicure stations are located in a separate area, which they keep dark, and very quiet(soft music) for that “Zen” experience:) they give you a complimentary drink of your choice too. They do an exceptional pedicure. When it comes to manicures...Just make sure to ask them to get as close as possible to the cuticle. Otherwise, you walk out of there looking like it’s a week old manicure:/

Had to find a new nail salon as the one I was going to just wasn’t as sanitary as I thought. So passing by Manassas due to attending nursing school near by I saw Zan nails on yelp. Thought I would give it a try and I am so glad that I made my appointment. The salon is clean,relaxing, and beautiful. However the best part of it all my nail technician DINA that did my pedicure. I upgraded to the runners pedicure which was literally only $35 for Callus treatment,dry skin exfoliator, massage, hot towel,and lemon sea salt scrub. Coming in with rough feet she took her time to make sure I was feeling better and was very determined to make sure I left here happy which I definitely was. The pedicure room is separated from the manicures and it’s so relaxing and modern as well. I definitely left so happy with the results of this pedicure. If you’re looking for a relaxing pedicure don’t hesitate to come see Dina at Zen nails!

Zen nail salon is very clean, professional, friendly, and has met my expectations every time I visit. Since they have been open, they are the only nail salon I have been to. Their pedicure chairs are separate and private from the manicure area and their chairs offer a fantastic back massage while you get your feet pampered. I have also had artificial lashes done there several times and I absolutely loved them,they are very convenient for women who dont always have the time to dedicate to applying makeup but still want to look pretty,their artificial lashes are a highly recommended as an easy shortcut to looking beautiful without the hassle of applying mascara daily. Zen nail salon is my go to shop!

Clean stations, nicely set up. The staff that I spoke with an dealt with were pleasant. Dina did a very nice job on my brows and backfill.

We introduced ourselves by saying we had an appointment. They had us wait, then put us in the pedicure chairs, then brought us drinks...all with lwait times because they were overbooked or understaffed. It took 30 minutes to begin. Then, they rushed through the pedicures and manicures to make up for it. They left parts out entirely. At the end, they told us we should have made an appointment. We reminded them that we introduced ourselves by saying we had an appointment. We made it several days out. They werent even apologetic. They wanted to pretend we did something wrong. We will not be back.

Just passing by and saw this salon so I stopped in. Very nice and the service was really good. Ill be back to use my $10.00 voucher!!

I am writing this review for my mom, who I accompanied to this place last weekend. She got the best manicure and spoke of the best massage shed had in a long time. Kudos, people.

Have had great service on one occasion, however, received a gift certificate for birthday they would not honor even though it says - 2018. 2018 Is not over. Will never go there again. Do not care about customers.

I have been to this salon a few times and have never experienced an issue. When I have received acryllic or dip from other places I always have an issue with my nails breaking, peeling, etc. The last place I went to cut me twice. This salon is very professional and give quality service. I have been to all the nail places in Manassas and this is by far the best. I highly recommend this place.

Got a full acrylic set and they lasted 3 weeks+ without a fill-in. Sometimes its hard getting back for touch-ups with a 1 year old. So it really helps that you get quality for the money.

Everytime I have visited I have had a great experience. I have brought friends with me and they have all loved it.

Made an appointment for mani-pedi before going on vacation. They gave a great pedicure spa treatment. It did not feel rushed and was overall a very relaxing experience. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job and did some beautiful designs and actually mirrored the designs, which some places dont do.

Zen nails is a great place, but, if you buy a gift certificate from them, they have a time limit as to when they can be used. So we wasted $44, and they lost over $250 of business because we went somewhere else

Horrible! I left this place crying how they did my eyebrows. My mom and I have been coming here a long time and they’ve had some other screw-ups in the past but we kept coming back. After this time I think they’ve lost both of our business. So upset!!!

I just went and got my eye brows waxed there, Ive been there numerous times and this time Ive left extrememly unsatisfied and un happy. I showed the lady what I wanted my eyebrows to look like as Ive had them done there (not by her) numerous times before. She didnt listen, now I have 2 people who worked on me after this to try to fix it and it cant be. I am getting married on Saturday. These people tried to convince me that its okay my eyebrows look good. I have one that is almost a quarter of inch higher then my other and straight across my face, when the other is perfectly arched... Where in the world does that even look close. Secondly they tell me to have my makeup artist draw it in. What about days I dont go to the make up artist. Totaly unprofessional and Seriously never had this happen before.

I came here for the first time and got a runners pedi and a regular mani. The nail salon is very clean and its really nice inside. Lots of light. These women are so nice and friendly. I cant wait to go back because they are thorough and did such an amazing job. The massage chairs are great (while getting a pedi). I walked in and didnt have to wait. Very relaxing low playing music. It is also dim where you get your pedis done and then each station has a light overhead that the women can turn on to see when they paint your nails. These prices are average. Its definitely not more expensive than what I am used to paying. Definitely give this shop a try. You wont be sorry!

I spent $20 for gel polish and the girl didnt even put a double layer of base coat when I told her my nail was thin. It broke the next day. Bad experience. You pay for them not to give you what you want.
