I didn’t realize how bad my eyebrows looked till I walked out. They are not the shaped and they look completely different. The lady was very sweet but she did not do a good job on my brows at all.

Price was good for a deluxe spa pedi. Salon was clean. I almost fell asleep. My toes look pretty again! My niece had a pedi too and is very happy also.

Hello, i had a very bad experience with your place . One week ago i did powder manicure, and with in a week i had 2 nails chipped ( i paid $50 +10 tip ) i think it should last me at list couple weeks, i am very genial on my nails i work in office . When i got back to fix it they could not find color, was very unpleasant . Do not recommend this place !!!

Honestly I am not one to leave a review but I just waisted 60 dollar on a terrible job for my acrylics. I chose to have them a try and I don’t know if my nail tech was having a bad day but she was rough she was holding my finger tips so tight to the point that my finger would fall asleep. I was going to go with a black color but I just left them clear so I would try and fix them at home.I do not recommend this place for acrylics. Just save your money

I was able to get in without an appointment, which was great considering with the pandemic I wasn’t sure how things were operating. The salon is beautiful and well decorated. I was seen immediately, no wait. My pedicure was wonderful, I did opt for the spa pedicure at $46 but I wish I had seen a price list before-hand as it didn’t seem any different than a normal one. My technician did a fabulous job. My stars are mainly to their covid protocols. The callus remover was not autoclaved, it was in a random drawer. Who knows how it was sanitized. Also there were many customers not wearing masks.

I like this place despite the reviews. I go to Tom and they are great.

My mom and I will always drive 20 minutes to come to this location. This is our favorite place to go to and has the friendliest staff. They are very popular and so they can become very busy so an appointment will be helpful if you do not have a lot of time to wait. Their prices are also very reasonable and some of the best I have seen for the service they give. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new place to get their nails done.

My friend and I were weary after reading reviews but since we were in the area and new to town, we decided to just go for it. We both had pedicures. Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in, the place is very clean and well kept, and the pedicure was so relaxing. The price was also very affordable compared to some other places weve been to. Definitely recommend!

The people in this salon are so RUDE!! They act like they’re the only salon in town. Rusher and poor quality in product. NEVER AGAIN.

I have had my nails done many times at Devine Nails, I have always used Nancy Ho and she’s been great. Today I went in and had my nails done, and when it was time to pay, she said “it’s going to be a little more expensive this time” I asked how much and she said $80.00 I have never payed that much just for my nails, I want to know why this wasn’t told to me before the service? I would not have done it if it was going to be that much, I can’t afford to put that much into my nails, and it wasn’t in my opinion worth that much!

Then going there for 13 years and I love it its always clean manager amazing. Theres usually no wait I really enjoy it there.

I really wanted to like this salon. Nice big space with nice decor. However, I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The gel manicure chipped two days later. I did return to have it fixed which they did with no charge but that then chipped too. It truthfully didnt last a week! I paid extra for a gel manicure for it to last which it didnt. Pedicure was ok. Fast and nothing special. Definitely disappointed.

Although I have been going to this spa for several years, I will not go back again! I asked for the Divine Spa pedicure and Gel Manicure as usual but she did not do the Divine Spa pedicure. She was busy talking to another technician and only used lotion on my legs not the Lavender that I asked for and didn’t massage my legs. I just shrugged it off and she did my manicure. When I went to pay she charged me for the Divine Spa and I reminded her that she didn’t do it but she insisted she did. The manager then tried to tell me that she saw her do it- but she was no where near us at the time. I said just charge me what you want but I won’t be back! She wanted to keep arguing about it and said she could check the cameras- I told her I wish she would because she would see that I am right. I paid and then had to try to find my coat so I could leave. Looking for a new place because I certainly don’t like being accused of “lying” so I don’t have to pay for something- that’s not me!!!

This nail place is HORRIBLE! my daughter and I first called and they said it would be $26 however after the services provided it turned out to be $34. The nails are awful, they don’t know how to do coffin nails, the shapes look a mess. I couldn’t get in to Tokyo nails which is 5 star place. Her nails are just disgusting and I’ll never come here again.

Maybe instead of looking at your phone every five seconds you could actually do my nails with quality. My nails are now nasty looking and chunky. There is also hair stuck in the polish. Not to mention nail polish all over my hands. I’ve been coming here for the past several years and I’m throughly disappointed. My nails have never looked this disgusting.

I went the first time, nails were stunning! second time, she made the nails way too short and had to wait 15 minutes. and i picked out yellow, and she went and got some orange color that looked really bad. would not recommend

I visited this nail salon for a fill in on 06/09/19 around 12pm. The manicurist was rude, dismissive, uncaring, not personable. She also said she couldnt do a simple nail technique without using gel. I could have done this technique at home with normal nail polish, and this woman is a professional. It was obviously a money issue. She left stuff all over my fingers and left very sharp corners on my nails. I would not recommend Divine Nail Spa.

I come in every two weeks faithfully to get my nails filled and my eyebrows and lip waxed. I spend almost 200 a month here. The past couple times I had to have a nail fixed, no big deal HOWEVER, the customer service of the last one was horrible. Rude and very rough. I loved this place but I definitely am going elsewhere.

DO NOT COME HERE! Asked for coffin shaped nails. I don’t know what the hell they were. They were like almond shaped with a little square. She was upset that I asked her to shape them differently. She had to call another nail tech over. Such an awful experience for $70.

I had the best manicure I have ever had! Kayla did my nail design and she had incredible attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Wow. Pedicure was great!! Got the divine spa pedicure. Women who did it was awesome. Only reason for 4 stars is when the women who did the great pedicure couldnt do a design she had someone else come do it. It wasnt a good design at all. I said I didnt really like it and she didnt seem to care. Besides that, the actual pedicure was wonderful.

It was a horrible experience. I went to get a massage and the lady was rough and moved very fast. Instead of leaving relaxed I felt miserable. When I called and asked for my money back they only offered 10% and said she did a great job and had been there 10 years. Terrible customer service.

This used to be an awesome salon but for the last year it’s really gone down hill. You can see dead skin & pieces of nails from prior clients on towels & on the floor in the pedicure area.Also I’ve been cut the last times due to the conversations going on between the ladies doing pedicures 😞

My first time here, I felt the nail job was good but she did cut my toe and it bled all around.. 3 hours later still in pain.

The nail polish is old I presume since on two occasions it has chipped on the third day after the pedicure. As mentioned in other reviews I have been cut and left with a painful toe for a few days. I will not return, I gave them three chances and they struck out.

The owner is so rude i had my 10month old with me while getting a full set, and she was in such a hurry to get me out of there, I am never going back, I like to pay and tip well for the services i am getting, i was going to get my legs waxed, eyebrows but she was so rude and the lady that did my nails was so lost all the time, she kept asking me questions about my daughter and if i was the mom. Like really!?I agree the salon is very nice and looks great but the service, not once somebody smiled and said HI to a customer coming in, as soon as you walk in the door What would you like? no greeting or anything, but they do want to get a good tip off of you.

My nails look ok, but thats the extent of the positive I have to say about them.They only talked amongst themselves and ignored my questions. Before I went I looked up the process and they seemed fair enough. According to their website a mani/pedi is $29 a junior mani/pedi for my daughter was $25 and a gel manicure was $20 (only I got the gel) so I dont understand how I walked out spending over $100... the one and only question I had answered was why the pricing was off and their response was the website is old. No explanation of the new prices, no quote at the beginning of the services, and they didnt seem to care that they advertised one price and charged another. I will not be going back. There are plenty of other places in the area that Im sure are at least honest and upfront about what they charge with better customer service.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I gave my sister a gift card and they did her nails and they were ugly and thick, she got acrylics. I called to ask them if they could fix it and she said yes no problem. My sister went back the same day and they said well make them thinner but we guarantee they will fall off tomorrow. She didnt ask for them to be paper thin...just thinner! When I asked to talked to the manager she said they would do it but they werent responsible for them being messed up....save your money and go somewhere else. They rush and they do an awful job. Very rude too.

I went once and will never go again! Nail tech was rude and rushing and did a horrible job on my nails. I mentioned to her I also wanted an eyebrow wax and she said okay. But after rushing my working on my nails and cutting my cuticles too short so they bled she rushed me up to the front to pay. When I reminded her I wanted brows as well, she seemed annoyed (I should have just said never mind) since she ofcourse rushed that too and did a horrible job. While I was getting my nails done another tech was making fun of her customer to another tech. Rude and poor rushed service, not surprised there are so many negative reviews, only surprised that they are still in business!

Im not a nail salon snob but this place was awful. It was a completely rushed experience. The nail tech cut my cuticles so bad it was bleeding at one point. I chose a color that evidently was empty and when I asked if she could help me find a similar color she said no. The clear top coat is binding my nails to my fingers and the entire staff was rude. Do not go here.

After the 1st nail tech ruined my nails, the salon owner took over and did the same exact thing. No skills whatsoever.

The have terrible customer service, they are pushy and when you say no, you can tell they are talking about you in another language. I was in the middle of getting my nails removed and all of a sudden the tech got up, started getting organize the space right next to me and then started on another persons nails and I had to wait 10 minutes until another tech to finish to come over and fix my nails. Worst part, they werent even that busy.I almost walked out without paying, I could not believe they thought it was acceptable to treat a paying customer that way. I will NEVER go back to this salon or even fathom the idea of recommending it to another person.

I asked for both a pedicure and manicure. I felt very rushed the whole time. My pedicure lasted maybe about 15 minutes (28$), the manicure lasted probably about the same time only because I asked the tech to re-do a nail that she smudged (15$). Neither paint jobs were very good (uneven, polish left on the skin around my nails). I spent 40$ on a less than pleasant experience. Ive been there before, for just a manicure, and felt very rushed then too.

This is where I usually get my nails done. Theyre open later than the other establishments in the Bristow area. Never too long of a wait. Clean.

The lady burned my skin from the lotion she was applying on my leg after a pedicure and tried blaming it on a scab I have; you can clearly see the burn mark. I was also on a time limit so I didn’t get a full manicure due to this but she still charged me $60 for the burn on my leg and a half done manicure. I usually like going here, but this past time was not an enjoyable experience. The woman was rude to me, they were all unorganized when it came to the waiting list, and the woman who did my nails was rushing through it and was complaining.

My first experience was good however, my second experience the lady cut me in three places and I was bleeding. During my Pedicure she cut me on one of my toes and then put it in the water; and it stung, bad! Then during my Manicure while trimming my cuticles, she cut my on two different fingers and then put some clear stuff on it too stop the bleeding and just kept going. I heard another employee say that the price for a mani, pedi was $34 but the lady charged me $39, so I think she gave her self a $5 tip and did not tell me. I will Not be going back there again.

My mother and I have been going to Devine Nail Spa for years! And WE LOVE our girls Mary & Rosie! They have practically seen me grown up since I was a teenager. A lot of the reviews ive been reading talk about the cattiness at this salon.... but seriously its a bunch of woman gossiping. Its just what woman do. This place is amazing-- and i go there with my mother to enjoy myself. I only TRUST Mary & Rosie with my wellbeing, as well as the awesome gossip.

Owner is very rude. Children are not welcomed...they should hang that sign! Lady who did my nails was way too slow and didnt give me anything I wanted and I made that clear but she didnt care. That place is pretty and all but not friendly ...the technicians were obviously talking about their boss because anytime she came aroind, theyd whisper extra low. Stupid lady...Ill never forget how rude she was with my kids that were sitting next to me being extra good...if they stood up to stretch their legs cause they were sitting there for too long, here she comes a running and giving me lame excuses as to why they need to sit down ..GFY! BAHAHAA
