Lovely and professional staffs and the environment is also clean. Try the design but comes out so so. Fix by myself. Will go back for pedicure definitely and the basic manicure!

I always go to Diane for coffin acrylics. The shape always comes out so nice and she takes her time with you. I highly recommend her !

2 pedicure 1 refill : Place overbooked 11am appointments, asked some appointments to come back after 2pm. Very aggressive manicure w/ jagged filing, had to ask her to completely remove prior gel color (still visible on sides of my nails), absolutely no leg or foot massage provided with pedicures. Will not return ... EVER. 2 1/2 hour process for 1 hour type of work. This place is a disgrace for a busy industry !

Amazing place. The workers engage with the customers. They start a conversation so it wouldn’t be awkward for 2 straight hours. Great work

Not going there any more. When I was getting a full nail set, I asked: how much $$ for refill? She goes: you never do refill. I repeated the question and she goes again you never do refill. I felt unwelcome, didn’t think the answer was professional. This is a side from not having many colors to choose from. Everytime I go it’s the same colors. Again never going there anymore to a place where they don’t respect me/ respect their customers— there are plenty salons in the surrounding areas.

The worse customer service ever, i had an appointment scheduled and when i got there the gentleman at the counter is going to tell me that their busy I should come back and when I asked why schedule an appointment if youre not going to honor it, his reply was i dont care. Absolutely the worse!!!

All are very efficient, the place is super clean and the result is wonderful. I highly recommend this place. I am very annoying with details and the strength of their service is the detail is really impeccable.
