Today was my first time going there they did my nails perfectly tom is the nail tech that did my nails very friendly people and great service its hard to find a nail salon that does nails perfectly he took his time I will be going back for a fill in 2 weeks great place to get your nails done highly recommend

They do not get close to the cuticle so it looks like it’s been a few days. Otherwise he did a good job. They also don’t respect appointment times, and it makes no difference whether you call or not, you will always wait. But it’s cheap Mon-Wed if you pay cash so, you get what you pay for.

I repeatedly pulled away from them because I was being nicked during my pedicure and refill from the drill. My original set was straight, smooth and not bulky, now they’re bumpy and one of them is noticeably crooked. I was told they could do a design that I wanted and it looks so bad. My toes are supposed to be squared and they face out now. They overcharged me. They also tried to charge me for length again which makes no sense because I was charged for it already at my other nail place

Im a man who bit his nails all 34 years of my life, until I went to Tip Top nails. The lady put a set of manly-looking acrylic nails with matte polish on my hands, and I havent bitten my nails in months!Ive grown out my natural nail, and the acrylic is getting smaller and smaller. Each few weeks I go back, she buffs my nails and adds a coat of matte polish to make them look like clean, natural and masculine nails. One day, I will finally cut off the acrylic completely and go back to my natural nail.After 34 years, I no longer bite my nails!

Its okay! Mostly have to wait even if you get an appointment here.Noisy environment.Very friendly staff.They also provide discount when paid in cash, Carry cash!

Always polite. They dont rush. I like to do both manicure and pedicure . i can relax to my music on my earbuds.

The service overall was good but what I don’t like is one of the men who was painting my nails kept making weird remarks saying “beautiful” while stroking my fingers in an odd way. I felt super uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Lisa is still my favorite nail tech I don’t live close by anymore but I miss her. She’s so neat and careful I was always happy with my nails. I also appreciate the fact that she keeps up to date with the current trends and polishes.

Edited: They still haven’t solved the problem 6 months ago! I came for a Padi Mani and the lady who was doing my nails insulted me because I asked her to do it slowly because she was working fast and kept telling me to relax. I wasn’t relaxed because she was aggressive and I found out she had to go to the airport AND THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB WITH MY NAILS!!!! I paid the full price and I am holding on to my receipt till I speak with the owner of this Salon. Their staff say their owner is never around and is on vacation overseas and it’s been 3 months since he got back. I don’t like to pay for a service and get insulted. She doesn’t know who I am and they need to respect their customers and make them feel comfortable. The manager was there and he did NOTHING to solve the problem OR FIX MY NAILS. Many customers witnessed and were upset with the tech and the manager and told me I need to complain to the Owner (Tom) to hire a different and new manager. I am a calm and decent person and this is why I have to write and make a report for others to be aware of how they treat their customers. The manager didn’t apologize for the nail tech, who may happen to be in a relationship which is why the manager didn’t do anything to solve the problem. I hope the owner Tom, reaches out to me personally and NOT the manager because the manager was not helpful and isn’t doing his job.

I have been going here consistently for the last 3 months. Never a long wait. Staff is nice. Great color choices, plus they even offer waxing. Few times the gel cracked my nail, but I think it is my fault since Im rough with my hands. Definitely recommend!!

I used to come here as a teen... not sure why I stopped but I love my nails!! Mani and pedi was amazing. However the really close at 7:30 not at 8 like Google is saying.

First time and definitely last!Stopped by there Sunday for just a color change, although after taking a look around the place I wouldn’t risk coming in contact with their equipment and it was a joke. I don’t do nail salons often but they rushed and did such a poor job, it looks like I did it myself, in the dark! Their policy of charging extra for credit card payments is just pure greed!Update: so my review was responded to by this “business” by accusing me of paying for a color change yet wanting a manicure! I am shocked because I was on my way to church and pressed for time so getting a full job was out of the question. Also, I was commenting about the job on my FEET so that right there shows their response is a LIE. But this speaks volume and further proves my point about how shady this place is. I’m done. So done. LOL!

FIRST AND LAST! Not only the place is rotten but they have the worst customer service and they did a terrible job with my nails. This salon is a complete lost cause and I wont be surprise if they end up shutting down.The manager was disrespectful... they dont let you to request on how you want my nails to be done. It is not OK to be disrespectful towards others. It should not happened to anyone. They need to learn to start treating their clients with respect... The place is simply trash and they just lost a client.

I come here every other week and I have an amazing experience every time. This is by far the best mani-pedi $25 can buy and it easily compares to the same services Ive paid much more for at other salons. One piece of advice: definitely call ahead and make an appointment or you could be waiting a long time!

Got a fill with changing gel polish for $25. They did a good job and had lots to pick from. Parking is a bit tricky.

The ladies was nice. Felt dirty inside. But I felt like their sanitization was really bad. It seems like they dont sterilized the tools . I saw the lady spray the tools with alcohol and put it back in the blue sterilized bag. Im not sure what the process is but Im sure it isnt just alcohol. I paid 22 for my pedicure.

Never again.I went here to treat myself for a manicure/pedicure. Once I walked inside I decided this was not the type of place to get a pedicure from... So I thought how much damage could they do from a manicure?.My skin around my nails is completely broken from the old man ripping them apart, I didnt see them use any new tools on me which makes me panic about diseases those could of carried... I am absolutely sickened with the thought that I might of left with an infection or something. I would love to see a health inspection report ASAP.

Took a long time to get a fill and I asked for square nails and he did them oval. Dont like them- replying to owners response i have the right salon i went to the one on main street in malden. Also after seeing all the other reviews it seems like they didnt like their experience either. and also they charge you a $1 or $2 if you use your debit card. also crazy. never again.

Paid 50 to have project looking nails and crooked.... never again. Some girls were nice but the job was horrible. Now paying another 30 at City Nails to get it fixed 20minutes later

Wish I could give this place 0 stars because its horrible and complete trash. 1. The place is extremely messy and unsanitary 2. The people are rude as can be 3. The lady doing my nails gave me 6 open wounds and ripped half of my natural nail off I couldnt stop bleeding and everywhere I looked I had another wound my skin was ripped in half in most parts and I was left in so much pain and the lady still expected me to pay like hell no

I just want to corrected most of the clients that said we charge more for credit card or debit card. We dont charge more for credit card our prices is firm. The mani/pedi is $30, but if you pay in cash, we discount $5 off the 30. The gel manicure is 22, if u pay in cash is $2 off the 22. There are no extra fees. It is a discount. We gave the price list shown below. So please dont get confuse, thank you.

Very disappointed. This salon has gone downhill. Had a pedicure on Sunday. The wo.en left scaring scratches on the sides of my feet and ankles from being so rough. Called to report to the owner and was told she wasnt available and did know her return.....really

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A GEL MANICURE. I went on a Saturday to get my toes done as well as a gel manicure for my birthday. The toes still look fine but the gels do not last. I started noticing small chips and on the following Thursday one of my nails dont have any gel on it at all. Horrible. Dont go here. To add on to my discontent, while getting my pedicure the amount of flies flying around the pedicure area is disgusting. They try to lure you in by giving a sale for a mani/pedi being $25 but it is not worth it believe me.

Bad service AND bad work! Paid for hands and feet, the people kept talking to each other in their language, never talked to me, then made me feel like a burden for asking if they had the matte liquid for nails. I was genuinely scared to ask questions. An older lady did mine and was so sloppy, my nails looked HORRIBLE. She didnt even clean it, which i couldnt believe. My dad came to get me, saw my nails and laughed, even he didnt understand why they did that. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Didn’t do a good job, for pedicure nicked toes a bunch of times didn’t trim the nails properly, no massage, water was cold. Man was coughing and sneezing nose was running all over the place as he was doing my mani /pedi had a mask on originally then took it off for manicure nails were the worst I have ever seen!! had none that were even. Had poor command of the English language.Will NEVER be back!!😕

I got a full set yesterday and it literally looks like I painted them myself. Some nails are crooked as well. I only recommend this place for pedicures and pedicures ONLY.

Both Mina and the owner was so rude and disrespectful... I guess at Tip Top Nails i don’t have The right to request on how I want my nails to be done. EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! The nail tech had to use her nails to scrape the cuticle nippers to get the previous clients dead skin and clipped nails off of it. I was horrified. And the pedicures? The foot spas do NOT get sanitized between clients! Just imagine all the filth and potential diseases in those pipes and drains...
