My wife and I are highly disappointed at Ana and then staff at Malden Nails. My wife have dip powder and pedicure for $95 and I have shellac manicure and pedicure for $65. We dont mind the price if we get the quality of product/service. The next day my wifes toes were hurting her and have an infection that lasted several days. Her dip powder nails have open margins all around to the point that when she brushed her hair her nails were getting stuck and was awful to do her hair. My shellac manicure was coming off on the third day compare to shellac done before at other places lasted 3 weeks minimum. I also found out that the lavender tablet that is used for pedicure with the cream and scrub is the cheapest product in the market. Ana is good charging people gastronomical prices but the quality of product and quality of service are the worse we experienced ever. We wont come back to this place and are leaving this review to avoid you for getting an infection and overcharged for services.

How do i ask for a gel manicure and i get the most awful service? How do i pay 20$ for some nails with no color and just a clean up that was done in the most unprofessional way listen i will never switch my nail tech ever for anybody no matter if i dont have time like today. Its was awful and i do feel bad making this review but it gatta be done because this is unacceptable! Unprofessional

Not great. Communication was as painful as my pedicure. The woman attending to me was not paying attention and didn’t even realise that she cut my nail more than necessary causing it to bleed. Decent for eyebrows waxing though. Definitely not going back.

I’ve had my nails done all over the US and by far Tee is an artist, I’ve NEVER been so happy with my manicure... I get compliments everywhere!

Service is amazing!! They pay close Attention to detail, I am so happy I came to this place!! I got the dip powder on my own nails!! I will be back to this place soon, they also do a very good job with eyebrow waxing and I can’t wait to try!

Couldnt even make it there. Women rushed me off the phone after speaking without my responses before i could even try to find available time or day to get nails done. Hung up on me so fast right after asking question we have next week then saying uh okay without my answer. Then a click followed

This place is great. Super laid back. The prices are affordable and they do a great job. If youre looking for a high end spa experience this probably isnt what you want though.

The lady that does the nails on Monday is the sweetest and she does very nice and clean work, shes fast but is careful and my nails always look great when I get it done there. I go back whenever I can.

Awful! Awful customer service! This lady cut my cuticles so badly I ended up bleeding!! They say they do UV gel but its a lie! I waited more than 1 hour to get my nails done and after waiting they said no we cant do it because i have to go home!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a very boring setting! I will NEVER step foot in there!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

I originally gave 3 stars. Now its 1. I woke up with scars on the top of my feet. The lady scrubbed them so hard then had the nerve to say i have sensitive feet. No salon scrubs the top. But i figured she knew something i didnt. I was wrong. Also scars on my ancle bones. She kept bashing into them by mistake. We (me and my daughter) left there after 3 hours, for just a mani pedi. Why did my daughter get cut twice? Cause the first lady stopped the mani half way to go to someone else. Then the second lady came and started filing and cutting her cuticles again, because they didnt bother telling her what was already done. I feel bad for anyone that goes back there.

Pedicure was alright. Then proceeded to get a full set white tip. It took forever. She didnt clean up my nails. Didnt cut them, take the previous nail polish off fully, over used acrylic so i have ecxess and its sticking to my skin and hurts. The tips are all uneven in length and width wise. Will never ever go back again.

If you have 3 hours to squander at the nail salon for a simple pedi, this is the place for you. If not, I would suggest finding a place with apt nail technicians.
