I came here this afternoon as a walk-in after seeing many 5 star reviews. I needed a full set and pedicure. There was a wait to begin my service, as all the techs were busy with other clients. I have no problem waiting as a walk in, but the 45 minutes I waited was longer than I’d expected when I was initially asked to wait. I don’t know her name but the lady who did my full set first was very nice and did a great job. This is the only reason I would even be willing to give this place 1 star. But the visit only went downhill from there. I was brought to the pedicure chairs and was left there for another 20 minutes before the next girl came over to begin the service. I had a hard time understanding her when I asked for her name, but I believe it was Kay. Not only did it take her half an hour just to remove my previous polish, but what should have been only a 45 minute service took over 2 hours. My pedicure began just after 7pm. At 8, I was asked to pay as the salon was closing. Little did I know it would be another hour and a half before I would leave. There was no communication, no apology for how long it took, no option to stretch my (quickly turning aching) joints, nothing. I finally left at 9:30, stiff, stressed out, and quite frankly, very upset. I’m not usually one to complain at all, but this was completely unacceptable and will absolutely not be returning under any circumstances and will be sure to make sure everyone I know is aware of the absolute disregard towards clients time.

I love nails is the so nice and Nancy is terrific. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. I really enjoy going there to get my dip nails done.

BEAUTIFUL, mom friendly SET of french....the right length!!they are very CLEAN..SANITARY..SWEET! COVID19 SANITARYTHE PRICES ARE WAYYYYYY CHEAPER THAN AVERAGE!!! GIVE THEM AGO!YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Most of the time they can get you right in or they are honest about the wait of time. Work is great 95% of the time some of the older ladies just need to practice on they’re shaping and designs! But love when I get Nancy, Tom is good too but a little slower

I’ve been going to them for a year. I never have any problem with my nails. Tom and Nancy both are excellent. Please go visit them. I always make an appointment and take me in time.Marie

Got a random day off and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in. Tom is amazing when it comes to acrylics. He’s a perfectionist and takes his time to ensure you’re leaving satisfied. Won’t be going anywhere else, that’s for sure!

I was a walk in client. Close to closing time I was worried they wouldnt have time to take me. Sure enough the were happy to take care of me! I came in for a gel mani. Van was my very friendly and professional nail tech! I am sure I found my new nail spot!! Thanks Van! See you in 2 weeks 😁

Good job on nails but customer service isnt great

Love them. I have fragile nails and broke a nail after my appointment. They for me in right before they closed and fixed it. Super nice 👍

As a man, Ive never had a pedicure until today. Didnt know you sat in a Shiatsu massage chair while someone took care of your feet. Fabulous. I will be backSecond visit. Im hooked.

Nancy did both my mani and pedi and she was wonderful. She took her time to make sure that your nails look neat. I would recommend anybody there. Also its very clean adn stylish. Im on day 2 with my nails and so far so good. I got compliments on how neat my toes were.

I went in as a last minute client i called ahead and they accepted . I was seated right away wich eas nice . But was not treated for at leady 20 -30 minutes. I came in fot a fill ..and the nail tech was extremely rude .. rolled her eyes at me constantly .. and took acrylic off my nails that couldve clearly been filled just to make extra money . She tried to have her boss come over and explain to me why i needed a new set . And her boss was nice and explained to her, taught her how to properly fix my nails . The price was high for a fill granted i did need two nails repaired. The nail tech also burned me with the acrylic bur several times and the more aggrevated she got she squeezed my fingers harder and yanked on my arms to reposition them . I would not recomend.

Took 3 hours for full set pedi and eyebrow wax. Never been in a salon this long in my life. Especially wearing a mask.

I went here a month ago. I got a pedicure and it still looks nice and isnt chipped. The person I had was really professional and clean. I had been on my feet all day so I really just went for the foot rub part of the pedicure. They also gave me a shoulder rub while my nails were drying. This was really nice and I didnt even know they offered it. Would recommend.

Got a refill on a full set that I had gotten somewhere else that wasnt great. The guy that did the fill was great, filled and reshaped my acrylics, and left my entire manicure looking so much better than before. I will be coming back for sure.

Went there got dip powder for the first time. The technician barely understood me. She did my nails too thin and theyre breaking. Went back to get them done again and they refused service 2 hours before closing. Because I didnt call first.

The crew is very knowledgeable and polite, and their work is beyond anything you can expect. You don’t have a good staff member or a bad one, they are all excellent in what they do. BUT don’t waste your time booking an appointment. If you have other things going on, just make sure to get there early and go with the flow. I don’t know how it works, but I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, my niece and I, and they interrupted my daughter’s service TWICE to take care of other customers who arrived there AFTER us. My niece had her mani/pedi started after mine, in spite of me having booked the appointments all for the same time. The nails still looked great, but I wish they were a little more organized and had a little more consideration for the customers.

Visited them for the first time on 10/9/2018 and did gel nail polish which is supposed to last longer sad that it lasted 3 days and I dont work in construction or any job where my fingernails would be chipped or anything. I am so so disappointed. Wont be coming back

When you have the first time the other day and it was very clean everything was new its only been there a couple weeks but they were very accommodating for me and my ten-year-old daughter and I was very pleased with overall result I would definitely go back!!

I only been there three time mainly because it’s close to where I live. The place is fairly new and clean but I got small cuts almost every time I went except for the time the owner did my nails

I found this nail salon on my way home from work ! Friendly staff, extremely sanitary I opted for a delux pedicure it was relaxing not rushed like some of the other nail salons I have gone to and prices were reasonable !💅

On a card that they gave me it says walk-ins welcome however, that’s not the case. I walked in at 10am they asked if I can come back at 11am when I came back they asked if I can came back at a later time. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
