I am a student here and I can’t express enough how much I love it! The teachers are amazing. If you don’t understand something they will help you and break it down so you can understand it better. We are like a little family! Everyone gets along very good and the communication is outstanding! If you are looking to go to school for cosmetology I highly recommend empire beauty in Malden! They are very clean and sanitary as well! Very fun learning environment! I added pictures of an updo, curls, roller set and a blow dry!

This school is amazing! My daughter loves it here! The lady Jackie who enrolled her was so helpful! When I had some concerns about my daughter coming into this industry, I spoke to the director Ms Daigle, and she put my mind at ease. In fact, she helped my daughter get into a salon already! Thank you Empire! Highly recommend!!

I’m soooo happy I enrolled! Ended up making an inquiry and got a call back from my rep (Ms. Jackie). Idk why i was nervous because just off that one call i knew id feel comfortable meeting with her. we scheduled my first appointment and i automatically felt at home, my rep and the teachers were super nice. My rep was very helpful and was even willing to talk to my mom to make sure all her questions were answered. i had no doubt i wanted to enroll. i’ve been here now for about 4 weeks and i feel like ive learned so much. Just finished nail module, up next is hair cutting!! Best decision ever! Love ny Rep! 💜

Empire Beauty School has reopened and still a wonderful place, just as they were before. Everyone is welcoming and students are excited! Always enjoy my time there!

What an amazing school and staff, I’m so glad I get to form part of this team. This is my first week and all I have to say is I’m loving it since the first day I came. Ms. Jacqueline Sierra has been so special and helpful to me since I called the first time for a tour date. Then I met two wonderful ladies; Ms Lisa Suzor and Ms. Daigle and that’s when I realized this was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. They gave me all the confidence I needed! I just love being part of the Malden Empire family. I’m so exited to see what I’m about to become!CL.

I requested information about the program because my friend told me this was a good school. I ended up getting a call back within minutes and the girl that called was super sweet. She told me everything I needed to know about the classes and made me feel super comfortable talking with her, not like other places where the PUSH you to enroll. I feel comfortable with my choice to be a part of the school. Can’t wait to start! High key recommend!

Through all my years as an educator, my students who either graduated in 2020 or 2021 have my full respect. They have had the most challenges of any class I’ve ever taught.Fellow hairstylists... if you have the opportunity to hire a student who graduated between 20-21, hire them. They will need training to gain their confidence, but, you’re hiring the ones who were determined enough to achieve their goals in spite of the craziest year ever. You’re hiring the strongest & the best.

This is a hidden gem! The school has a salon as part of it were the students provide services while getting hours towards their certification. They are amazing! The teachers obviously are exceptional because the students are amazing. The prices for services are extremely reasonable given the top quality the the services provided. I’ve even brought my young girls here for days of beauty” we’re they go5 their hair cut and nails done. A great place and highly recommend it. I’d gladly give it 10 stars if I could.

I didnt know what to do but I loved hair. The conversation I had with the Admissions person was amazing, she was so friendly and charismatic she really cared about my future and was relatable that was the best part she wasnt trying to sell something faulty to me. The phone call and info session I had with her was very informative and she kept it real. She told me about all I could do and answered all my questions she also offered to help me with my financial aid too. I was worried about this but she laid everything out and it was super easy to understand. I look forward to starting at Empire.

I have been waiting a long time to start on this journey in discovering who I am and who I want to be in this world. I am very passionate about helping other people feel good about themselves and paired with my interest in beauty I already feel like empire is the place to be for me. From my first conversation with Jackie to my first day of orientation I received such a warm welcome from the staff and felt so much positive energy from the new students. The staff give you a sense of family, comfortability and a safe space to be yourself. They also seem so student driven to the point you know they will keep you motivated and will not allow you to fail. I’m super excited about going to school and I’m so glad that I chose empire in Malden.

I had the best interaction with the Malden staff. They went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. I highly recommend this campus!

I love this school and the teachers that work here, I hope to stay in touch with a few of them after I graduate. Ms. Daigle, the executive director, is super sweet and understanding, shes always uplifting me when I need it the most. 😊

Have been here a few times and it is not worth the long wait. Students are still learning and do not give good haircuts. The worst is the waiting period. Even if you have an appointment they dont get you a student on time. I have waited for over 1.5 hours and the student I got was simply horrible. The other time I have it a shot they wouldnt take me in. I would rather spend the extra money to get someone to work on my hair and give me a better cut. This place is really bad.

Ive been going to them for years for simple wash and gos for the past 2years Ive been out the state. I returned home in the fall of 2018 and came for a wash and straighten. I informed the girl and instructor that my plan was to dread my hair and thats why i chose not to do any treatments. To begin The girl doing my hair didnt know what she was doing, my hair ia full and thick, she processed to wash amd blow dry my hair. She didnt even do that right her instructor continuesly watched over her and even blowdried half of my head correctly. After blowdrying you could tell the difference. It was soon closing time so all hands on deck, she had two other students help straighten my hair only two used the heat protection spray while straightening my hair. The Spanish girl keep saying you dont have to spray just go over the hair repeatedly and look how it falls literally it was bone straight but it was only in the corner that shed done the rest of my hair had a sort of puff still. We all talked about my ends bring clipped but due to the fact that i was dreading my hair it was unnecessary. So I left and attended an event which i wanted to wear my hair down but it looked stupid bone straight in the front corner and puffy everywhere else. In the beginning of October I kept my hair braided and in protective styles and each time i washed my hair that one side of my hair would not curl, it would remain straight. I got a wash and go done and my hair didnt take and was told i have bad heat damage which i knew but the second opinion confirmed. From that day 10/25 I had my hair in crochet dreads to get a feel of myself with the dreads i wanted i took them out the end of December and still as i took my hair out that front portion was straight !! It was bad ! I had done 2 treatments and never returned, I was told to call the school. Inform them of whats happened you have it time and its not i needed to see what they were going to do because of course its at your own risk but they need to know what happened to my hair ! I called in and got nothing but attitude & I dont appreciate it at alll because Ive come for years and recommended many friends and family here & for this to happen I dont feel comfortable sending anyone there!

Got the worst hair cut Ive ever received. I know these are students but the teacher didnt even do a review when the student was finished. The haircut was completely uneven, and she even missed few spots. Went home and fixed it myself using my own clippers. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

The worst customer service on EARTH. Im from Ga and I needed to come to Boston for a wedding and stopped by the front desk was extremely rude I will see how thw hair do turns out but right now im pissed

This location does not do makeup, students are extremely limited. Boston Empire, over this school anyday.

Walking into empire I was scared honestly not going to lie cuz I’m like this is something new for me I’m super anti social, but as soon as I walked in I was super welcomed by The Most amazing Rep Jackie, She was her self which you don’t see in most places Very presentable and Welcoming and Funny and here you can be your self, she made my process so smooth like within a week I got everything together all thanks to her . 1st day of school she called me to make sure I was On my way and ready 🤣, honestly amazing teachers and staff, I’m so glad to be apart of empire.
