Have done my nails here a couple of times, every one is very friendly and sweet. I get mine from Kim she’s very nice.Clean and affordable.

Kim did my nails and cut me several times on multiple fingers. This is the damage she did to one of my nails after cutting my cuticle way too low. 2 days later my nail polish is already coming off. Would not recommend this nail technician maybe you will get lucky with a different person.

BLACK WOMEN BEWAREI went to this place to get a manicure and pedicure & received a rushed job my nails are peeling & they’re not even 24 hours old yet. That’s not even the worst part I sat there & watch the heavyset women sitting in the front make facing & smart remarks to her white client about every BLACK women that came in. I urge every BLACK women please don’t go there.

I did waxing in this salon. Horrible experience not at all good. Never go here for waxing. Regular Pedicure and manicure are really good go for it

They are good at doing toes and eye brows but nails ! No! I got acrylic here and it lasted 3 whole days they popped off like press on nails. Do not make the same mistake as me.

I am in love with this place great service, I’m not really the type of person to write reviews on things but I wanted to share my experience because it was awesome.If you want to go there to get your nails done that’s the place to be. I never give things five stars but this salon deserves it the workers are very sweet, caring and nice. The place itself is very cute comfortable and clean! . I give it 5/5 stars y’all should really go there (p.s ask for either Lee,Dorothy to do nails they are sweet caring and take care of your nails) LOVE THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR SURE❤️

Ive gone there a few times to the same person and I felt like what I went today. They had some kind of a problem like an attitude they made me feel very uncomfortable and also the job was not done correctly on my nails and my feet and I had to come home and do it myself I am a licensed nail technician sometimes people just would like to get pampered and thats why I went and got my nails done as a keep up but I had to come home and fix the money way ink care of them even longer hopefully they wont peel off then gel polish only if its cheer in long enough it will stay on and if they do it right and thats for gel polish weather wise if youre not picky and you really dont care if its done properly right then go there

Today was my first time going to the salon. They ran perfectly on time, and I had Cindy who was helpful in choosing my colors and was very good. I would definitely recommend this place

This is my first review since I’m highly upset with my results. I had gone to get my nails done on May 17 for the first time in over a year. I was excited and upon walking in the salon, I was greeted great, everyone was nice, gave me their opinions on colors and services I was deciding between. The nail technician was very sweet, always complementing my skin. I decided on getting dip powder on my nails. I left the salon and was initially in love with my nails for the first 3 days. The price was fair, the service was good. However, the 4th day out i noticed little cracks in each of my nails that looked under the surface, so i though, no big deal. Then the 5th day, my right index finger nail COMPLETELY cracked and the corner fell off. The following day my left side middle finger and thumb did the same thing. Dip powder usually stays on for about 5 weeks depending on how rough you are with your hands, and considering I’m very easy on them you can imagine my frustration. I called other salons asking if this was normal, and got the same answer for every call: not applied the right way. Very upset, won’t be going here again. :(

This place is awful and there is one staff that’s scams people and steals your change I warn you do not come here stole 5 dollars from my boyfriend who paid for my nails and 8 from my mom and claimed she gave me my change back. Do not come here, first class is right in front and has way better service.

Not sure about the other reviews but i have been coming for years and they come out great the owner and Dorothy are also amazing. I recommend it to all my friends and they also love it. One of my friends traveled 45 minutes to malden to get hers done. Very natural and overall great work.

Eyebrows by Jackie! Always good and consistent. She is definitely skilled in what she does!Nails by Daniel! Hes specific with his nail painting and strong with his feet massage! I had the lady next to me asking her technician why she didnt get a massage like I did..... ahahhha. I walked out relaxed from a day of standing on my feet for 6 hours straight!

Some how there are 2 Tip Top nails in Malden… but this is the one located next to the Dockside restaurant in the same Plaza.. just a heads up because the other shows their picture but is not the right location.. service is great and Dorothy or Kim are both the bomb for mani-pedis

My dip manicure started chipping off after 1 week. The workers were friendly, but they seemed rushed. So, the work they didnt wasnt as good as it couldve been.

DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT go here! Nails came out great but I felt like the technician was rushing through the whole thing. Then, I got my eyebrows done and she burned me! I have a nasty scar under and above my eyebrow. ALSO - looked at my receipt, she overcharged me, and then not knowing, I gave her a cash tip. Some scam! First and last time, and I will never go back.

My wife went here to get her nails done. Aside from being in there for almost 2 hours because they did a bad job the first time and had to redo it, the polish began to peel pretty much the same evening, by the third day, some of polish had come off entirely. They did it twice and somehow still managed to do a bad job! We were out of the country, so when we returned a week later and went down there to speak with the manager and ask for a refund, all he said was that the policy is no refunds, period, and only redos within 3 days. Thats convenient, since 3 days seems to be the lifetime of the polish!Unfriendly and unhelpful, wont be seeing us back here.

Worst salon in Malden. The place looks professional, but the workers are horrible. I got acrylic gel nails done 2 weeks ago, and today when I went to get them off... the lady who was taking off my nails today said who did this, because she was having so much trouble taking them off and I said um you did, 2 weeks ago and she didnt even clean off my nails after taking the fell acrylic off. Got charged 10$ for the worst service ever, my nails look terrible that I need to get them done at another salon. Worst experience at a salon Ive had. Shouldve gone to wonder nails or any other salon. Doesnt even deserve the 1 rate.

Got my nails done before vacation powder dip nails with added tips. I’ve gotten these done before but due to short time I decided to try a new place. Place inside was clean and professional but the quality for what I paid for is horrendous. My pedicure nail color is already coming off for less then a week which for me usually last 2.5 weeks. I had to go back to get my nails re done the next day bc two of my nails from the powder dip turned white probably bc she put two different top coats. I called the next day the time they opened informing them I’ll be coming by after work, I showed up was never added to the book and then was upset that I wanted them fixed and suggested I should have done something else and I’m making her lose a paying customer. I’ve never in my life had a manicurist complain about something they screwed up on. I absolutely hate these nails they are all different shapes and in thickness as well. I would not recommend any one here and while I was waiting for over an hour to get my nails fixed another lady showed up upset for her gels coming off the next day. DO NOT COME HERE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY

Worst salon ever! Took my daughter there to get acrylics later that day 3 fell off went back next day got them fixed same day lost 2 more ! Salon is terrible also there very rude! STAY FAR AWAY!

Wifes acrylics fell off after 3 days. They gave her a very hard time when she went to get it fixed, they said she mustve had oil on her nails (how?). Avoid at all costs.

Now under new ownership and horrible service!Had a pedicure and a fill from Kelly .. do not use this tech ! Horrible service .. overcharges .. makes prices up as she goes .. argumentative .. sad to see it go downhill this way .

Probably the worst manicure ive ever gotten, barley cleaned my cuticles, the second day i had it, it already started peeling off, also didnt even paint my entire nail the sides werent done. Never going back.
