Everyone here is extremely nice. Every so often I get a bug and go daring with my hair. Ive had plenty of bad experiences but Deloris is knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. My hair is softer than its ever been after having my hair done. I had a great day at the salon! See you again soon.

I have been going to Escapade for many years. I get my nails done by Kay Marie. Not once have I had trouble with my nails. She is professional. I know she makes sure her implements are clean and sterilized. Not only is she excellent at what she does but she is friendly and personable. I also get my hair done at Escapade, first by David and when he retired by Tera. I love how my hair looks when they highlight, cut and style it. I have never been disappointed. Julie the receptionist and Teresa the owner always welcoming. Having any time of service done at Escapade is a pleasurable experience.

Today was my first appointment ever at Escapade. I had a great experience. I have very long thick hair and Deb did a great job. She cut, colored, and highlighted my hair. I love how it turned out. The first photo was my hair when I came in and the next two are after photos at home!

My daughter and I have been going to Renee at Escapade since my daughters first haircut. Its always a special girls day for us, and its something we look forward to every time. Renee is just wonderful, and we always love our haircuts when we leave and also as they grow out - thats hair magic! The salon is beautiful and fun to visit and everything is run very professionally and on-time. And we always enjoy looking through the fun extra stuff available for sale, although they always call our names so fast we dont see it all! We highly recommend Escapade Salon!

Update: Was offered nail services for refund, and while not nearly what i paid, i enjoyed kay Wolfgangs work thoroughly so took said offer.Still would not return for hair.A nightmare.I went to have an ombre brown to green transition for my first salon experience and left looking like a groupie reject.They used no skin barrier cream and as a result my hair line on my face had green splotches, there was no toner used which left my hair a brassy blonde prior to coloring, the tech didnt lift me far enough as you can clearly see where she lifted me properly in places because the color stayed better.The owner, Theresa, insisted they only used paul mitchell coloring, but i saw the brand Marissa (the tech that did my hair) put in my hair and it was PULP RIOT, which i researched and did not see anywhere where it was stated it was a mitchell brand.This was my first ever professional salon experience because i was so scared of ruining my hair as my self esteem has always been bad, and this salon made my fears come to life. After this experience i feel taken advantage of.Escapades owner is only offering me services on my now ruined hair and refusing to refund me so i can go elsewhere, despite everything Ive expressed.I will NEVER attend a Paul mitchell salon again. They do not know how to operate when it comes to colors and designs on ethnic hair (Im mixed european asian.) and they not only refused to admit that instead of referring me elsewhere, they now are refusing to be understanding and made me feel obligated to come back for repair while uncomfortable and anxiety ridden that im going to have to be bald, or my other option is to leave 120 dollars and a head of decent hair short.I called off of work to get it redone by someone else as i cannot attend my job looking like this, as per company policy.Please, do not come here for anything beyond basic with high expectations.

The hair stylist, Deloris, did a really good job on my curly hair. She got started right away; I did not have to wait. She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and got it exactly how I imagined it to be. The hair products there are really good too.

**Updated, I had the salon owner reach out to me personally and apologize and offer to fix my cut herself. I appreciate her calling and decided to keep her specifically in mind if I decide to go back, she was genuine and seemed overall concerned I was unhappy and wanted to help. **I hate having to write a negative review and I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it didnt work out for me. A little back story before I say what exactly happened, this year had been rough for so many. I was out of work for over 6 months this year, no unemployment and really let things go physically and mentally. I started working at the end of the year and treated myself to a hair color which left my roots purple and hair slightly orange. Upset with that I needed to get a hair cut and have some of the orange cut off and trimmed to be healthier. December came and my father passed to Covid and it really took a toll on me and I out my hair in hold. I finally decided to get out of the house and get my hair cut and have a deep conditioning treatment done to soften up some of the damage done by another salon. I went in to Escapade with hopes of coming out feeling better about myself and really it went the opposite direction. Marissa seemed really nice but definitely rushed through alot of the process. I went home with an uneven cut and heavy/sticky/itchy hair from the conditioning treatment (or it was the conditioner she put in after thats actually not leave in) I went home let my hair dry and brushed it out hoping that maybe I just needed to see it brushed out dry. Well it was even worse brushed out dry. I called and told them I wasnt happen and them made me another appt with Marissa. I called back the next day to talk to the salon manager because I felt uneasy going back to her since I wasnt happy the first time and Renee told me to give her another chance. Slightly nervous as I dont want any more length taken off I just need layers and it to be even I go in today.. will update when Im done.Update.. my hair was fixed for the most part but still not what I asked for and my bangs are a mess. Im Disappointed in the salon manager for having me go back to someone that I wasnt comfortable with. Definitely wont be back here and I wouldnt recommend.

I love coming to the Escapade Salon! My stylist, Julie, is kind, thoughtful, and always listens to me about what I am looking for in a haircut. She is also great at putting just the right amount of color in my highlights. The staff at Escapade are all warm and welcoming, and I never feel rushed to get in and out. They take their time, and seem to really value their customers.

I just love Escapade Salon. Theresa is the best. The place is always extremely clean, very neat. Everyone one is so polite and professional. My family and I have been going to Escapade Salon since it opened and we couldn’t be happier with our stylist, Renee Olson. She cuts and styles my hair, does highlights and does amazing updo’s for special occasions. Renee also cuts both my son and daughter’s hair too and we are all impressed with our haircuts along with the unique braids she does for my daughter after her haircut. 😊 Renee is over-the-top amazing! Also, I have gotten several pedicures at Escapade too and all of their nail technicians have done a fabulous job! Escapade Salon is a happening salon that my family can’t live without. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Before visiting Escapade Salon, I had never had my hair colored! The staff was so supportive, fun, knowledgeable, and engaging! Every time I leave the salon, I am so thrilled with my hair! Marisa does a FANTASTIC job!

Went in as a first time customer because i saw a deal for color style and condition for 75$. Showed photo of nearly white silver hair. Came out with grey hair. Even stylist admitted it was darker than she wanted. Did offer for me to come back in later but that would be more money. Was also told i was charged for each extra bowl they had to mix. Which to me should mean they should mix more at a time because in general im sure people use more than one. Stylist didnt make any attempt at conversation. Was pretty awkward the whole time. Also had My undercut shaved to come home and see there are long pieces of hair that were missed. Very patchy. When checking out lady told me the deal didnt count for what i had done. And my total was 185$. 110$ more than i expected. No discount for misunderstanding or anything. Considering my hair wasnt what i even wanted and there are apparently specificities to what coloring hair apparently means..( toner doesnt count i learned) i am very disappointed and wont be returning to this salon. My stylist was Deloris, and she did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted but also made some great recommendations based on my hair type (fine, thin, wavy/curly) and I really like my haircut! I will be going back.

I had a massage with Tracy and she was awesome!! Found some “sore” spots and she worked through them to the best of my tolerance. Yes people have stated that the salon is a little bit on the expensive side but if you want a good massage it is well worth it!!

Outstanding! Marissa is a phenomenal stylist. This place may not look like some trendy downtown salons, but the customer care and the stylist were super. I was going for a significant change, from long to short hair, and Marissa did my cut exactly the way I explained. She also has some cool tricks up her sleeves, and she gave my fine hair voluminous look I only was able to get back in Europe a decade ago. Definitely coming back!

This salon is fantastic! I’ve been going here for a long time. Rene is an amazing hair stylist and the owner runs an excellent business. She’s been getting in to retail and has fabulous taste, be prepared to look at some awesome gear - don’t just go for a hair cut this place has a lot to offer!

I had a Mani and Pedi with Delores today. She is a lovely young lady, kind, and gentle. Im beyond happy with her and her services, highly recommend her and the salon in general . I have very dry cuticles so it usually hurts a bit but Delores did not hurt me a bit. The pedi also comes with a masque treatment that is usually additional. I also love their boutique. They have many really cool, hard to find, and all around neat items. Check them out!!!Thank you Delores and team!!

I went in for my bridal hair/makeup trial and I could not be more happy with the staff and service as Escapade Salon! I was instantly greeted with big smiles from every one and saw that they had included my name on a welcome sheet displayed on their reception desk. That touch alone made my visit very special. I got to work with Ashley who was a rock star! She listened to what I wanted and was very helpful with other suggestions for my hair. She was a lot of fun to talk with and she really nailed the hair and makeup down. The up do looked very romantic and it only took 37 bobby pins! Believe me when I say thats not a lot for my hair. I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist, Julie! She was very excited to hear about my wedding and was able to help my book 9 slots for myself, all of my bridesmaids, and the mothers flawlessly! I will definitely be returning for more of their services!

She even helped me with a bit of a different cut.Im beyond pleased with my experience here and cant see myself going anywhere else.

Absolutely excellent service, very friendly staff. They were more than willing to accommodate me as a walk in, the stylist took their time cutting my hair with great attention to detail, and fixed every minor complain I had along the way.

Renee is a wonderful person but Julie needs not to talk about customers when they are sitting there waiting for appointments. I had waited for mother and it was not pleasant listening to her chatter. The desk is customer service not googling people and false gossiping. Other than that I would recommend place.

I cant say enough good things about this salon! Everyone is so nice and friendly and they all seem to really love and take pride in their work and it shows. The facility is clean, well kept, modern and offer reasonably priced services. Even though it is small, the spa area is a wonderful, pamper-filled paradise! Julie the receptionist has been very cheerful and professional each time I have called and come in. Renee is both my stylist and esthetician and she is just phenomenal at everything she does and she may very well be the most genuinely nice person I have ever met! I will never go anywhere else - highly recommended!

Love Escapade Salon! Ive seen Brooke Miller there as she is a color specialist & does amazing color. She got me out of a color disaster and Ive never left. She is also talented in cuts and willing to go with whatever you want or give you ideas on what is current & what would look best with your face shape/color. The one thing I would say is it is a little pricey. I dont think its more than most salons, but it always shocks me when I check out as I always add an extra 20% for a great job!! They do not run any specials that Ive seen or remember.

Poor waxing experience with one of their workers. Didnt have me look for any missing areas or to see if she had donr what I wanted. Came out sore for days after and very red the day of. This is very unusual for me as I have had at least a dozen of these same waxing services with other places and no issues.

Just cut my hair with Julie, hate my hair . I asked for side bang, and showed her a picture, and instead she started to ask me wierd question about how do I brush my hair and ... and she started to cut the bangs, at first it was ok, but then she kept cutting, or making layers in my bangs??!!!(what does it mean???!!) now I am really unhappy
