While looking for an apartment online one came up that I liked and I went through the pictures the very last picture was a sign with their website on so I went to the website hoping to apply for it but it wasnt even listed couple days later I have said maybe it got rented before they got a chance to take it so I looked it up again and its still posted online but its not on their website so you cant apply for

MPL does not have licensed real estate agents. They aren’t professional and they do not follow the law. They do not have a clear cut policy. If you make of great income, they try to take advantage of that and charge you more fees. Highly disappointed and won’t recommend, definitely filing a formal complaint about this “property management.”

The place is advertised as nonsmoking. This is a lie. They let smokers live in the building and I am severely allergic to smoke. Please be aware. A nonsmoking rental is not nonsmoking if smokers live in the building. Smoke gets on your clothes and is brought into the house regardless if they smoke outside or not.

This place took our money for an application fee for my fiancé and I and was responsive during that time but as soon as you pay they drop off the face of the earth. I called and left messages about a follow-up on our application and they didnt even have the courtesy to call or message back on FB. Im extremely disappointed with lack of professionalism.

All was fine until they shut our water off. It’s included in the rent for our unit, but we paid our rent on time every single month so we were confused. We tried to call them, they didn’t answer but it was fine because it was late. We didn’t think anything about it, so we put in a service report and they said they fixed it. Long story short it wasn’t fixed and we didn’t have water for 5 days with no reasoning why. We found out they they shut the water off in order to change the water heater, we were never notified (which is illegal), and when we called to say “well we would like you to take those days off our rent since water is included”. They called us and said they’d get back to us, but they never have. They don’t respond unless you threaten a lawyer. They’re extremely unprofessional and we’re trying to get out of our lease early because of them breaking it a few months in to us being here.

It’s like a cliche how terrible this company is. Building sold, and they took over managing. I’ve never seen anyone from this company on the property since the walk through with the building owner, it’s been a full year. The very first interaction we had was a threat of eviction if we didn’t contact them within so many hours over a weekend. That being said, GOOD LUCK getting in touch with them. They never answer the phone, the hotline they give you is mostly crickets unless they’re contacting you, and they won’t meet with you if you come to the office (precovid) BUT they’ll threaten you with eviction if you’re one day late on rent. We have been threatened in writing by a neighbor with assault and the company has said “we’ve done all we can” by literally doing nothing. This isn’t a company. It’s literally just a money collecting group that couldnt maintain a building if they were forced. Terrible. Go literally anywhere else. I don’t have a single good thing to say about this place. If I could give less stars, I absolutely would. It’s pathetic that this passes for a business. Any 5 star on this place is probably an employee attempting to raise the level of their employer.

The worst. Never ever rent from these crooks.

I live in one of the buildings now

The people were not there to show me a place I was to be there the 7th. I got there the door was locked and the thing on the door said be back at 9am it was 1pm and no one number on the door was not helpful because they could not get ahold of anyone to show me a place. I drove 30 minutes to sit for 45 minutes and then just go home having got nothing done.

So many better options for finding a place to live. Lived with my mom in one of theyre places years ago. They had a roach problem. When we left they tried to keep my moms deposit. I tried to get a place with them a few months ago, and they gave me the run around and kept changing their answers. Go to PDK, cheaper and wont mess around.

Needed a place to stay in a hurry not just a place a clean place. Got me in to something nice within a matter of an hour!! Thanks Lot

Unprofessional staff that doesnt do proper building management, when I lost my key they had thrown out the extra copy because it was sticking in the door, then told me to call and pay for a locksmith, so many other problems for me and my neighbors I would suggest anywhere else!

The staff is very friendly the properties are very clean and have 24-hour seven-day-a-week video cameras

Calling is pointless. Leaving messages are pointless. Them having a door constantly saying Closed is pointless. Wondering why this place even exist is pointless

Warning ! Do not do business with this so called business ! They are rude, cruel, unapologetic and full of themselves.They will not work with their tenants and will lie to the homeowner to get what they want. They will evict you on the basis of ur color or creed and are extremely racist. I strongly urge anyone attempting to do business with this company to look elsewhere as one will have nothing but trouble . All this company is here for is to make more and more money at any cost and they will screw over anyone. The owner is one of the most racist middle Eastern person that you will ever meet and will do his dirty work behind ones back while smiling at you when he meets you. Stay away !

This place is ridiculous! They refuse to answer questions, refuse to reply when you ask simple questions like, Where should I bring my money? and Why did you tell me you had a home for my family but then ignored my calls for several days?A close friend of mine has been unfortunately involved with these crooks for awhile now, trying to rent to own their first home. They got screwed into paying an application fee, paying for their credit reports and then after they wasted countless hours getting everything together, the owner, Michael Pid decided to block them on Facebook and delete their comments! What a joke of a business

Poor customer service

Gave me the run around for a few days, wouldnt accept my cash, never got my calls returned or a straight answer on anything. The owner blocked me on Facebook for complaining. Would not attempt to do business with again.

I have been with MPL for almost 2 years now. Great customer service and very prompt with any concerns.

Horrible experience. Was with them for two years. They screwed us over with our security deposit, they told us if we didnt get rid of our dog and pay them another one time payment pet fee of 400 dollars then we would need to be moved out within three weeks and we moved out in two weeks and they took us to a hearing and since we didnt have a lawyer, the guy took their side. Even though I had paper proof and proof of pictures and text messages from the landlord of the property that he said its ok for us to keep our dog, etc. When we moved in two years ago I had already paid them a one time only pet fee of 150 dollars. They wanted us to give them 400 dollars that day saying it will all go to the landlords pocket. Its not right and its not fair. We were moved out November 9th and they want us to pay a whole month of November rent plus a late fee. I called mpl and left them voice-mails saying we moved out and stuff and they never responded back to our calls I left for them or emails. They lack communication, they dont come to the property to fix things when we asked them to put weather striping around our doors, after two years they never did so we paid more in heating costs and cooling costs because they didnt do their part. Since we had a hearing I thought we needed to give the keys to them that day but the judge said the day you move out is when u hand in keys. Mpl and the person who owns the property did not tell us to give them the keys back when I texted, emailed and called them. So they screwed us over. So be careful. They dont care if you are nice trusting people and that you have kids and barely making it by . All they care about is money. So be aware.
