I started by looking up hair salons in my area that I could afford and I found Supercuts on route 66 had very good ratings by other people and they were right. I made my appointment online which is very simple and easy. They took me on time as schedule and I found the place to be clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and receptive and my hair cutter Henrietta was just wonderful. She listened to what I had to say and cut my hair the way I wanted it which is hard to find in a good haircut. I will be back and I suggest that anybody whos looking for a simple quick haircut for a good price check out Supercuts on route 66 in Flagstaff.

Supercuts was great. Candice always does a great job for my wife and myself. Appointments are easy to get. Walk-ins ñot so good. Shop is clean. Protocols are enforced.

(For reference, I had long but dead hair) I booked an appointment and the whole transaction was over in about 15-20 minutes, all I wanted was to cut a large amount of my hair off so it could be shoulder length.Alena was amazing!! She did an initial cut and when I told her it was still too long she went ahead and cut it to my desired length and it is PERFECT, I am so in love with my new cut! I haven’t had a go-to stylist in Flag as this is not my home and I usually have to drive six hours to my hometown but wow I’m definitely coming back! Alena is not only a great stylist, she’s also incredibly nice and sweet, I’m so glad I found this gem. Thank you!!

The girls here are kind, polite, play good music, and know how to cut hair.I didn’t know EXACTLY how to describe what I needed so I described it, and relied a lot on my stylist’s judgement. Turned out great.

I love these ladies. I never make an appointment, so just show up at some point thats convenient to me. They will give me an honest estimate of wait time and to be honest, sometimes I have not stayed because the wait was too long. But thats my fault. I didnt call to schedule ahead of time. Other times I stay and wait, the staff is really friendly, and I just need a basic trim, so the price is amazing for that service. They always ask what I want, and at the end if Im happy with what I received. Im always happy, with a professional trim, you cant go wrong.

Ive been here a few times now. Each time I was treated very well, and I have really liked my haircut. Im not always the greatest at explaining how I want my hair cut, but they always seem to know what I mean which makes it easier for the both of us, lol.

It’s hit or miss here, sometimes I get a good haircut other times the work is mediocre at best. I’ve had several times where it looked good after the hair cut when the barber shows you, but after getting home and being close to a mirror the mediocre work is revealed, areas of uneven cuts and areas missed altogether. It’s 25 miles for me round trip, so going back is aggravating. With the prices they charge plus tip, I expect attention to detail and getting it right the first time, not prioritizing quantity over quality.

Mediocre, non professional stylists work here. If youre caucasian theyll do okay, but minority texture hair isnt in their criteria. Had to go to a PROFESSIONAL barber to fix my hair. Plus I felt uncomfortable as one of the childish employees was gossiping. If they have time to lean, they can clean.

This was my second attempt to get a hair cut here. First time they were a little busy, and wanted nothing to do with me when I walked in the door. Okay... I can forgive once. Today I walked in just after 4:30, when they were closing at 5. I understand, I was a little later than I would like to have been. There was one customer paying, and no one else in there. I thought “great”. I just needed a quick buzz cut, it never takes more than 10 minutes so it should be perfect. The employee told me she’s closing for the day and doesn’t have time, but told me I could come back at 8 tomorrow. No thanks. Where I’m from, we work until our shift is over. If a business advertises they’re open till 5 they should probably be open till 5. I would understand if I walked in at 4:55... but she had almost 30 minutes for a buzz cut. Ridiculous.

Like it, it’s quick, professional and reasonable, besides if you get to know someone and they cut your hair on a regular basis it makes it easier and comfortable at least for men who don’t really need so many details but only a quick and clean nice looking haircut.

Went in for a hair cut, i usually just get a very short hair cut so only takes about 5 minutes. the person there was so rude.I have a card that is redeemable for a fee hair cut after 8 hair cuts the 9th one is fee,I was on my number 8 hair cut so the next should be free. I was treated so poorly, even if I get a fee hair cut I will not go back, do not go to this place. I give a some respect to people who had a bad day but the manner I was talked to was total disrespect and not called for, I will just cut my own hair for now on, and I dont have to put up with the bad attitude. At this point I can only give this place 1 star but I really want to give it zero stars.I go there because i really did not care if they messed up my hair cut or not, but the rudeness really was the last I will put up with.

Always Rude hairstylest everytime I come! They always say I have to wait everytime I come. Basically one person cutting hair while the other is just walking around or sitting in the back. When they finally come to cut your hair, they act like you ruined their day. They need to hire some better employees who actually appreciate your business.

Made an appointment on a Thursday for a Saturday, show up to the appointment on time and they tell me they only make appointments for day of, Ive been using super cuts for several YEARS and have never heard of this. Kinda weird somebody would take my appointment Thursday and not say anything about this supposed day of appointments only. Very disappointed. Was also told I was now waiting behind a customer that wasnt ready for their cut because they were running errands. So it would be at least 30 minutes. WOW, is really all I can say. You have lost a customer for ever super cuts!
