I went here the day before my wedding, had a pedicure done and the lady bruised my legs from scrubbing them to hard. She didn’t like the color I had picked for my own nails and so she went off and picked a color herself after I told her not to. Painted all of my nails that color, it was glittery pink! I waited so long to get acrylics done I just paid for the pedicure and walked out. I ended up with press ons from Walmart and repainted my toenails. Never again.

I was going to elite nails to get a fill well had a lot of them that had came off like some of them was down to the skin well the guy who own the place said that he couldn’t do them because they were in to bad of shape. So I left and went to Madison Nails they had know problem doing them let me tell u this lady was awesome I’m so glad I went there they were perfect beautiful I love them❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

After having a horrendous experience at happy nails, yesterday. This morning I went to get my nails fixed and they did amazing. If you go ask for jay! He was really patient with the process and wasn’t trying to rush it. He made sure i was happy with the length before continuing. He made my day a lot better and I’m glad I went there to get them fixed! Thank you, jay!

I do not recommend this place if you want nails of quality. No one at this nail salon is very good at design or knowing how to do anything beyond basic nails. Even basic things end up looking iffy. Jay tried to rip me off several times by not filling my nails all the way. You have to watch him. He is not a quality nail tech, more of a hustler that will rip you off if he thinks he can get away with it. You have to set and wait forever to get nails that are not up to par.

My feet feel great

They were super packed (which made me feel good about it from go) and I was hesitant about waiting bc I had to work that night. They got me in within 30 min and did a fabulous job. I also met some very nice locals while I was there as well.

I really love this place. Its the best i have ever been to and the only one i will ever go to. Great ppl and great nails. Last a lot longer then others. They was in Wal-Mart here in Madison and when they moved i tryed other places but never liked the other places i want to and when i fined them a few years a go thats where i will always go and i will take my friends and family to and i tell everyone that wants the nails done go here. They get a 5 star one here but i will give them a 100. Thanks for your hard work and the love and care in your work and geting to know all the ppl that comes in. Thanks again

The lady who did my pedicure was very good she took her time and even went as far as matching the original color I picked out with a new one because the other was empty instead of having me pick a different color

Don and Tracy do a great job on mine and my daughters nails, however, I cannot give five stars due to the very long wait times, and lack of enough nail techs...they need to hire people specifically for pedis, and one or two more nail techs..Just way too busy for 3-4 staff..

I went again today and am so was my third time and I do have to say Erika is one of my favorite people to go to . My nails always look great when she does them!Thank you for making time for me !

I’ve been here twice and both times was not good. I got acrylics the first time and they were too thick and poorly done. It was quite a while before I went back and then I thought I’d try one more time. I got a new set of acrylics and by the end of the day, they had already started peeling up. They seem to rush thru. I won’t go back.

I hate coming to this place. I wish Madison had a decent nail salon !!I sit for 45 minutes soaking in water for a pedicure. ALL OF THE WORKERS JUST WALKED PAST ME!!! It was ridiculous!!! The only one thats good is Nicole. I will drive to Caseys in scottsburg from now on!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Have been going there for 5 years Tracie is awesome. But I have been going to Nicole for some time. For some reason she must think its OK to gossip like at the beauty shop. I have only gave her money I guess thats not good enough. My advice know whos in ear shot before you gossip about their family. Will not return. I have had acrylics for 30 years and I dont expect to quit now.

I was waiting to get my nails done for my graduation for 1 hours going on 2 while everybody else as soon as they walked in they got to get them done. So I just put my color up and walked out.

When I walk in it takes several minutes before anyone speaks to me. I say I just want to get a pedi with gel and white tips. I sit and wait for a short time before Im directed to go sit back there but not given any indication on where exactly that is. I just pick a seat and sit down and wait again before anyone comes back to assist me. I tell her Id like to have a pedi and get my toes done in gel just like they look now (I still had paint on that looked perfect from the place I was going to in Alabama but my nails had gotten too long). Instead of thoroughly and quickly removing the old polish Im told to sit for 10 minutes while the remover is on. 28 minutes later they work on removing it but fail to take it all off and then sloppily put on shellac instead. The lines are not even or straight and the finish is not a pretty shine at all and there is white dust under the paint. Im told Im good to leave after some drying time and when I get home the polish looks lumpy like it wasnt actually dry at all. I feel extremely irritated because there was a perfect example on my toes of what I wanted and it looks like i did them myself.

Highly dont recommend them. Rude people to customer. Went there on 12-28-18 and the guy did my nails was disrespectful to my neice cause she was by me and kept laying on my chair she knows not to do it but she just scared of others! Never will i be back again.

Do not go here. Unless you don’t want a Medicure. They do not take care of the cuticles, or lotion your hand or anything. They literally just paint them. When they “shaped” the nails some are round, some square.

Just got my nails done by Nicole at madison nails for halloween. She did the nightmare before christmas theme, Frankenstein, frankensteins wife, spiders, webs, dracula etc. And let me just say, this woman is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! if you ever want amazing designs with flawless detail, you must go see her :)

I got a pedicure here on may 9th afterward my toes were red inflamed and sore. Today my toes are still sore around the nail and are painful to touch. The skin around the nail is also peeling off. This was the first and last time I will visit.

Very unprofessional. Sat and waited for well over 30 mins along with two other ladies. A woman walks in an is taken straight back ahead of all of us. Very disrespectful and unprofessional
