Ive tried to find many places that cut curly hair, none of which did a decent job. Every time I come in, the service is friendly, and the cuts are great. Alyssa pays attention to detail and always does a fantastic job. I would Highly recommend trying them out!

Abby does a great job. She takes the time to be sure she knows what I need and is very precise. Its tricky cutting a bob around a mask and she nails it. Shes also a fun person to work with.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been lucky enough to have Thomas as my self care guru for years and happily followed them to Midwest Beauty house when they started working here. Thomas is welcoming, overwhelmingly kind, and has fabulous color/cut/(insert any service) skills that are unmatched! The salon itself is warm, unique, and so comforting! All of the staff are kind and conversational. Products and the variety of services offered here are top notch. 10/10. Im hooked forever!

Had my first appointment there, was recommended by a friend. Miss Robyn cut my hair, and took the time to help me figure out what I wanted, and together we came up with a plan. She did a great job, true artist! I left giddy and very happy with the results. I highly recommend!

Alice is amazing. I usually hate the expectation of making conversation during hair appointments, I always feel like I can’t keep up with the convo or that I don’t have enough to say. Alice literally became an old friend during my appointment. She is so fun and easy to talk to I was fully entertained my entire visit. I usually skip shop to shop but I want to make Alice my permanent stylist. She fully explained the entire process. I had an idea of what I wanted the cut to be but felt comfortable giving her the reins to do what she thought worked best. This is my best haircut ever. I can’t wait to go back for coloring. She had particular products that she loves working with but at no point did I feel pressured to buy them. I bought them because they did exactly what I’ve wanted so many other products to do. The shop is so beautiful with all of the wood accents and vintage frames and artwork. You can tell that this shop is her baby. I can’t recommend Midwest Beauty House and Alice enough. I think I finally found my place!

I went to Midwest Beauty House for my bridal partys hair & makeup, and they were wonderful to work with! I not only booked sort of last minute, but I also made changes and added more people and Brooke worked with me to make it happen! Then Alice and Alyssa did such a great job on our hair and makeup, smiles all around! Would definitely use them in the future! Plus the Atwood location is just super cute!

I have been going to Midwest Beauty House on Atwood for a few months now and love it. The staff are incredibly nice and great at what they do. I never had my nails done consistently before, but the amazing work that Alyssa does has changed that. Robyn is also awesome, and did a fantastic job with my hair color. The actual salon is super cute and a very inviting space and the prices are super reasonable.

I have been fortunate to have Karlijn cut my curls for almost 3 years! She does such a marvelous job with styling my hair via a fabulous cut & makes things compatible with my (low) maintenance routine at home. I would recommend Karlijn to anyone who is (or wants to be) proud of their curls! Midwest Beauty House is also a beautiful and cozy space, and I feel calm as soon as I enter. I definitely look forward to my haircuts here!

Truly professional and thoughtful haircut.

I’ve been seeing Miss Robyn since I was a teenager! She’s always so sweet and comforting to be around and always does a great job on my hair wether it’s long or short. I’ve also seen Karlijn as well and she also did a great job cleaning up my grown out buzz cut. And lastly I’ve seen both Ashley and Alyssa for nails and then both do amazing nail art!

I was in a wedding where we got our make up done here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and talented, we all looked great and loved the vibe, and theres a coffee shop right next door. Loved the space and staff, will definitely be back!

Took a friend there to get facials for a bachelorette spa date, and they were amazing! Beth was wonderful and nice, and helped us feel so relaxed. The facials were all organic and soooo reasonably priced. I couldnt recommend enough!
