First time going and I was able to be seen right away. Lucy is gentle, thorough and very sweet. She gave one of the best pedicures and manicures I’ve ever had. Usually my polish starts chipping within a day (from other salons) but it’s day two and it still looks perfect. The price was great for both. She and two other employees offered me water or something to drink too.

I never write reviews, but had to share my recent experience. I had fairly nice and even toenails and finger nails. They chopped them down so low that they hurt. My nails were uneven (some much longer than others) and we not straight. They left a gap between the nails and the cuticle so four days later they look grown out. The water for my finger nails was cold. The nail polish was old and thick, do it didn’t go on well. To top it all off, they have a very limited amount of colors and up their prices. Only give you good service if your a regular. I only go once every few months. I guess that’s not enough for them to do a quality job on my nails.

The owner cares very much about your experience. Not very high turn over of staff. They all do an excellent job, but you can also request a certain person. There is a good package for every budget. A clean environment.

Will write more soon but I cannot say enough great things about my acrylic nails and the amazing service. They treated me like a princess. :) the second photo is the repair job they did from the first and job I got at Famous Nails and spa in Land O lAkes. I cannot day enough good things about MY and Lucy.

Been going there for ages and even when I moved, I now travels to get my nails done there. Looooove the quality and service. 5 stars!!

Sooooo.... I cant say much for their services because I was so turned off by the way I was spoken to when I was greeted. “Walk-in’s Welcome” but when I walked in I could see there were more customers than nail techs. I figured there be a wait. The person at the front desk immediately stated “how may I help you?” No “hello”... no eye contact. When I asked if I could have a pedicure she sighed, rolled her eyes and stated “there are three pedicures ahead of you and they have appointments “. I said thank you and left.Anyway there is a lot of competition in the area and someone else can get my business.

One of my favorite place to do nails.. My is super nice and always goes above and beyond to accommodate everybody .. all the nail techs are experienced and do a great job..

Mys Nail Salon is awesome! The place is always clean, they are friendly and do their best to service the customer well. They always offer you something to drink, and their prices are great.

The staff is super nice and always remember who I am. The pedicures are to die for. The instruments are clean and the whole environment is awesome.

Poor hygiene. There are too many nail salons in the area to go hereReasons why I will never return1. Nail tech flat out lied about prices. After starting my pedicure, she shows me the salon menu with her thumb covering the basic spa pedicure. I asked is the delux the most basic option and she ensures me yes (but $40 for your most basic pedicure? Really?)I ask to hold the menu, she ignores me, I ask louder and she finally shows me, giggles as if shes confused, then finally says, yes, the spa pedicure is the most basic2. After my pedicure, she used the water from my feet to rinse the basin. Then wipes down the basin using the towel used to wrap my legs in.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon I have ever been to! Family run My, Tina and her entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! Not to mention it is always clean and very sanitary. The offer refreshments, it always smells good and my nails and toes come out looking FABULOUS! I have been to 20 or more nail places in the area and I have Never been so happy! On top of all that the prices are also AMAZING. I loved getting my pedicure. However when it came to getting a full set of pink and whites. I wish I didnt. First of all the young man doing my nails was rude to me and wouldnt listen to what I had to say about how I liked my nails. I said short very short because of my job. Well I didnt get that at all. Then they were all uneven and I would point that out and he would then tell me they match. Which they didnt. I am very unsatisfed with my nails to the point I want to take them off after only one day.

I went here for a full set of acrylic nails and the the guy I had was rather rude and didnt listen to me at all. I left with less then mediocre nails and not at all what I wanted. It seemed like a really great place but my experience was not the best. I think it would depend on who you get doing your nails at this place.

The people are so nice and I always get the best service.

DONT GO HERE!!! They hired the lady who did my pedicure straight from the boat. Barely spoke any English and burnt my foot with a hot stone. I couldnt even put my shoe on when o just left. Now I have to go to a Drs appt shoeless.😡😡😡😡😡
