I really like this place. Ive been to a couple of nail salons in Lubbock and this one has been my favorite. The service is great, all of the ladies are very friendly and can be chatty or give you peace and quiet (up to you), the establishment is clean, and my nails always look great. Very affordable too.Appointments are strongly suggested because of how busy and popular they are!

They deserve a 1 star. I went to this business visiting from out of town, needed to get me a fill, I walked in only two customers, both getting serviced.. no one else waiting for service#1. They didnt acknowledge me#2. When she finally ask me what I needed I told her she said they were booked up, mind you its 11:45 am, and youre booked up👀? So now Im curious, I ask what about tomorrow she said they are booked until Wednesday🙄🙄 but okay.Ive been getting my nails done for a very long time have never seen a nail salon thats booked up....This is why I stop going to Asian nail salons.Dont want to play the race card but it sounds like color plays a part. Let me wait on my personal nail tech by the way is African American

The lady that worked on me she didnt do a good job. Even removing of the hair I had so much hair left on my face. But I didnt noticed it until I went home. I didnt see it in the salon I hate I didnt cause I would have had it redone.

This is literally the best place I’ve ever gone. Have left to try others and have always returned.They are a family business and are wonderful in my opinion.

Julie is amazing ! The best dip nails Ive ever had done!! Shes fast, and over the top with her perfection. Plus, she is such a sweetheart and fun!

This place is a joke!! They are never busy and refuse to take walk ins. The employees roll their eyes and act like children. I would not suggest coming here ever!!

Not the best place to go get facial wax. Ill admit the lady did a good job on my eyebrows, but she was on facetime with someone the entire time and I felt like I had to interrupt her every time I needed to tell her something. Also I told her I wanted her to sanitize the tweezers in front of me and all she did was wipe it with some white sheet. Last thing is, on the bed, there was no wax paper to lay on, so Im assuming every person that gets waxed there lies on the same dirty towels. GROSS!!!! will NOT be returning.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they were very nice. But as for my nails my 5 year old could have done better. My nails looked like the technician had never done the process in life!!!! He was nice but absolutely terrible. I went and asked for a refund and they refused but clearly saw my nails were terrible. I asked yo speak to a manager or the owner he refused to let me speak to one. A women came and fix my nails and they look 1000xs better but the refusal for a refund was ridiculous especially when there are no signs posted stating no refunds. I will never return to the salon and I dont suggest anyone to do so as well

My nail tech was awesome! She went above and beyond with my visit but I didnt get her name, I wish I did because I will be back. :) I got the gel nail polish and it is flawless! I got a mani-pedi. Very reasonable prices.

I have been coming to Sky Nails for a little more than 6 years. Julie does an excellent job, I havent had a nail break in years
