Kim does good work and she us fast. Place is clean and she is very careful covid was as well. She is a bit high for a fill. 40 + tip - full set was 45. But I always say you get what you pay for. My nails look great.

I have been getting my nails done here for about 5 years. It is a very clean and comfortable place to relax. Their towels always smell so good when Im getting a pedicure. There are plenty of colors to choose from, but I always bring my own. I consistently get a good pedicure here! They also offer facial waxing & hair removal. I always feel welcomed here when I walk in the door.

This was my first time visiting Kim’s Nail Spa. From the time I walked in the door, both Kim and John made me feel welcome. The salon was extremely clean, the service was top notch, and the prices are the best I’ve seen in town. Love this place!!! Kim and John always do such a great job! Went to Legacy and had to come to Kim yo fix my nails after less than 2 weeks!! She did amazing and John made me feel relaxed while getting a pedicure. Never going anywhere else again!

I really liked my pedicure at Kims. The staff are friendly and not at all pushy. They have a nice selection of polishes and also of types of pedicure. I opted for the milk and honey one, which was $45. They did a very good job, particularly on my right big toe, which is different than my other toes and gives me fits (hence the reason I pay a professional to give me a proper pedicure). I will definitely go back.

First time at this salon and I will be back! Kim was awesome and did a fantastic job on my nails. I told her about issues I’d experienced at other salons, where the person doing my nails would be distracted and not give me their full attention and she was sure to concentrate on me and gave me a great manicure and dip nail color. I have found a new nail salon!

John & Kim excellent work on manicure and pedicures- I have ingrown nails and John can always get it without a lot of pain. Which is really nice! I love the Pearl spa pedicure- it’s great for my dry skin. Kim does my nails & waxing- she is very gentle! Nails are always well done! Having RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) like I do the paraffin wax really helps keep my joints from hurting. Great place to go and they will give you a drink (water or soda - your choice).

Kim and John have been taking care of me for years! They are the absolute BEST at what they do! LOVE them and the customer service they provide. You will not be disappointed!

Im not impressed AT ALL. So i was trying to find a new salon being that im new to Lubbock i was reccomended to this place. First of all i was passed around from nail tech to nail tech and there was only ONE other person in the salon. Second not only did the nail tech cut me but then proceeded to put super glue in the wound without even looking at me or asking if it was ok or apologizing. So i pay for the horrible looking nails and then about 4 days later they start breaking off!! Im beyond unhappy and wasted 70 dollars on the worst acrylic nails ive ever had. I wont be coming back here.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Kim and Tracy are the best. They are often busy when I drop in, so Ive started making an appointment to have them do my nails. Perfection! And they dont get carried away and hurt me (cuticles) while working on me. Their prices are in line with what Ive paid in other places, but the quality of their work is far better than anywhere else Ive been in Lubbock. I completely recommend!

Holy Moly. I got the super deluxe tropical pedicure ($55) and It was worth every penny and more. Best pedicure (and most relaxing) I’ve ever had. Jon was great! Highly, highly recommend.
