So many nail shops in town now. But I am so happy I chose this place. Emily has done my nails and pedicures the last couple of times. I love her work and they last without any breaks or chips. And all of the nail techs seem to be very good!!! And they do great nail art!!!

I went in yesterday 9-3-21 on my lunch break. (I work at the Pedi UC across the street) I sat with Cindy. My first time at this salon, and it won’t be my last! She was so FAST, gentle and detail oriented. She shaped my nails a beautiful Almond shape and painted them so well and neatly. Thankful I tried this place, because I’ll be back for Cindy to do my nails on my lunch breaks in the future! Thank you so much!

Its was good went with my lady, and younger siblings. The ladies were nice and professional, nice atmosphere. I Will go back!

Came here for my grandmothers birthday with my mom, aunt, & cousin. It IS the BEST in town!!!! They put other salons to shame. This place is top 2 and not 2 !!!!! I will be referring everyone I know here, and I refuse to go anywhere else unless shown otherwise. They’re polite, fluent, and pay attention to detail. Thank you guys for having us and making us feel welcomed! Especially since most salons in Lubbock rush and make you feel not welcomed. I am only visiting town for a while, and I’d love to stop again on the way out to Dallas.

I love Absolute Nails & Spa, and Im a regular with Emily who does a fantastic job with ombre colors and super boujee nails. The owner is also very friendly and charismatic. I drive a long way just to get my nails done here!

Ive been coming here for 19 years,, moved out of Texas,, visited family back here and the nail techs at this location.Absolutely amazing customer service and the work speaks for itself,, nails are flawless and durable... I mean a no brainer!!!!! Love love love this place.

First time going yesterday ! I had a nail snap in half (the original set done somewhere else) and Jesse fixed me right up. He was super friendly and even fixed the shape of the rest of my nails. Very nice place! Will officially start going here from now on!

Charlie and Cindy always take very good care of me and my husband. I always love my finished nails and am complemented frequently. My husbands pedicure is so relaxing he has trouble staying awake. Visit Absolute Nails & Spa for great service, they never disappoint.

This was my first visit to this nail shop and I was serviced by John. It started off very pleasant as John tried to accommodate me because I didnt have an appointment. I take responsibility for my nail ideas Ias I am from New York where they can do every style and lubbock nail techs are not advanced at all and should be retrained. What changed my experience was John tried his MIRCOAGGRESSIONS AS AN ASIAN AGAINST A BLACK WOMAN. Nice try. Your causasian counterparts thought you well. Or did Lubbock teach you how to be micro aggressive? First the same people that could never understand your English sure understand everyword you say when youre not speaking to them, how convenient. I had to call my mother who was parked outside because I was not happy with my nails. He said I picked the color so he is not spending three hrs redoing it. He barely started and the base had not dried so if he wanted to offer good customer service he could have. I told John I would write a review and what did John do next? To a black woman in US when we can be targeted as aggressive and a threat for anything??? He faked called the authorities to say he is trying to work with me but I am not cooperating. HELLOOO THIS SERVICE IS NOT FREE OR DISCOUNTED SO WHY should I be complient. To fake call the cops on a black woman in this climate is beyond vindictive and nasty!! Because you thought you could get me to NOT WRITE A REVIEW. That stunt was pathetic and is the epitome of micro aggressions and trying to silence my dissatisfaction. I have pictures to prove. Ive witnessed this often in Asians nail shops around Lubbock and they should be glad they are in business because lubbock is beyond current affairs. Never Again.

The whole staff is so welcoming and attentive! Emily did my nails and I knew I loved them even before she was finished! You will leave completely satisfied. Definitely my new go to spot for nails and spa.

I tried to go here - made an appointment at 2. my friend was helped around 2:20. They didn’t get to me until 2:55. We didn’t have time to wait so I just left. When I spoke to the owner, he argued with me about how they helped another woman (who walked in after us) before me. We will not be back. 0/10 recommend

This is a new place, it use to be Fancy Nails. John is the owner and he is amazing. They are so friendly and it has been remodeled and its beautiful. Great place to get your nails done!!

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon !I just moved to Lubbock and was searching high and low for a nail salon home, and this salon overachieved all expectations ! I was so satisfied. Even with my toddler throwing a fit they were kind and understanding, Charlie calmed her down and made her feel comfortable enough to get her nails painted and Emily did her Christmas design. Also, she did amazing grinch nails on my cousin, she hand painted and freehanded everything so perfect ! She also did an outstanding job on my Pinterest idea of festive nails and definitely made the Pinterest photo look like a before, and Emily’s was and after ! There was so much detail and she absolutely cared about her clients and puts so much work, time, effort, detail & pride into all of her work ! If there were 10 stars I would select that !(:I definitely suggest this to become your new nail salon home !!!Also, they offer you a beverage, whichever as well as alcoholic beverages.
