Great tow company and great price compared to others I called. Honest and very upfront, took pictures of the car before putting it on the truck and offered to compare them when dropping it off. Car is lowered and was very careful about not letting it scrape. Will be using him again anytime I need another tow truck! Was very pleasant and professional.

Worst service ever. They scheduled a pickup, told my daughter to leave the keys in the car, door unlocked and they will pick up the car. An hour later, I get a call, they will not pick it up until the morning but it will be the first one they get. I was told it would be around 8-9am. I was disappointed because the car was unlocked all night. The next day, I called around 8:30am and spoke with James, and he was rude right off the start. He told me it wont be till around 11am and he doesnt care what was told to me the night before. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager and hung up the phone. I tried to call several times and someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called Daves Towing and was charged 115.00 less than what they were going to charge me. Dave picked up my car and towed it to me with no problem. The next day Cheyenne texted me asking to set up a appointment to get my car. I explained to her, James was rude and my car is home and then she got rude and said I was annoying. DO NOT DO business with this company. There are others around that appreciate your money far better especially during times as this. Whoever owns that business would not be happy at losing 200.00 for a tow. I would have fired them both if it was my business. Anywho, Daves Towing is now in my phone for any future business. Thank you.

24-7 Towing Louisville was recommended to me by a garage near my home. Their job was to pick up my dead auto and bring it to said garage for repair. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They helped me out of a jam early in the morning and got my car safely into the garage; taking a load off of my mind. A true professional. I hope this company knows how lucky hey are to have him as an employee.

I had a great experience with 24-7 Towing Louisville today. I needed to have my car towed to the repair shop, but it was in a tight garage space on a narrow street. He was prompt and professional despite the obstacles (the engine wouldnt turn over and the tires were flat). Once delivered, the repair shop owner hadnt seen it and I thought maybe the car was dropped off at the wrong place. I highly recommend this company!

A very interesting experience. I have never had a car transported so when my car was in the truck, I thought it might fall off. There were several steep hills and bumps on the way. Hes also super chill with a cool truck and nice tow assembly. Cant recommend him higher. No wonder he has all 5 star reviews.

Locked my keys inside my car on my first day of work. Flores came within the time frame given by AAA and unlocked my car in a few minutes. He was very friendly, fast and even educated me about car security alarms. I was frustrated and Flores assured me he will take of everything and he did.

Best towing service you can get. When I called they were busy but gave me a wait time and tow truck arrived promptly. You are quickly notified when tow truck is near location similar to uber you can track tow truck from pick up to destination. Company sends you a text for survey so they definitely care about quality and good service. I was helped by Dan overall my experience was very streamline and quick

Flores is friendly, helpful, patient and very good at what he does. He kept me informed about his ETA from the moment I first contacted him, got my car out of a tough spot, dropped me off at home and then took my car to my mechanic - all with a great attitude. Its not easy being a tow truck driver, but Flores makes it look like sledding on a snow day.
