Granted it was 4th of July and there was only 2 drivers working but AAA and the towing companies they deal with need to have better communication amongst all of them and dont tell someone who is taking care of someone like I am and you tell them your going to be there in a hour be there in an hour. Dont sit there and lie to us about it be honest we the consumer will greatly appreciated.

I called later on a Saturday night I knew for sure everywhere was closed, however They picked up and were able to get me scheduled. Guys called promptly to go pickup my truck. They were super nice and professional considering I wasn’t sure if my truck was a 2 wheel or all wheel drive the guys were understanding. I am super grateful.

After breaking down on 64 and on hold for 2 hours with AAA never getting to talk to a person and other tow service having 2- 2. 1/2 hour wait I called AJs. He answered !! Said an hour to an hour and a half was there in a little over an hour got me home after setting 5 hours on 64 never so glad to see a tow truck very polite and reasonable. Thank you AJ and helper

Called around 11:30am to schedule a pick up for 2:30pm - was told no problem. Heard nothing until 2:50pm when I followed up to check he was still on his way (although already twenty minutes late). Said he was on his way, would be here in ten minutes. Called back thirty minutes later to see how much longer Id be waiting and he told me there was another job he had before coming to me. Instead of simply telling me what time hed be available, I was strung alone for over an hour waiting when I couldve just called someone else. Extremely unprofessional.

Called, then texted, and set up a tow. Tried texting and calling when I hadnt heard from them. They ghosted me and I ended up paying another company for a tow. Simpsonville towing came through for me with no problem. Not sure if they were overbooked or what because they never reached back out.

Needed to have my car towed to a repair shop. I called the shop to see who they recommended and they gave me a name and price that I considered too high. I called AJs service and within an hour and a half, my car was at the repair shop. The service was prompt and courteous. He took his time loading my car so as not to cause any damage. The box truck from my work shredded a tire on the interstate. Ajs towing was the only company I could find that had a truck to come handle the job. The people in the office were pleasant and efficient, as was the driver. Our truck was picked up within the time frame given and was at the repair shop promptly. He was also very understanding when he had to take the truck to another shop that could handle a vehicle of that size. To top it off, the towing charge was very reasonable. If we need anything again,Ajs towing will be the first company

Fantastic Customer Service! The gentlemen who picked up and delivered my car were friendly and professional. I had a very negative experience with another towing company in Louisville & AJs Towing took great care loading and unloading my vehicle. I hope I dont require a tow anytime soon but if I do, I will absolutely call AJs Towing again!

I called the towing service and he answered right away. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later, I still had not heard from him. I tried calling several times and he did not answer. Thankfully, I found another way to get my car to a service center. I understand people are busy and he might be just having a bad day like me. I just wish that I could have gotten a call around the hour and half mark to let me know he was running later than he thought.After reading the response from the owner, I am even more frustrated. I didnt make up taking to someone and them telling me they were on their way. Why would I sit abandoned at a gas station for 2 hours if I didnt believe a towing company was on the way? It is easier to blame the phone system than to just admit that the company clearly made a mistake and left me waiting for 2 hours. Im just glad I finally decided called another company. They were able to get to me within an hour (making my wait time a total of 3 hours) and actually came as they said they would.

I couldnt have asked for a better towing experience. I got of the phone with them at 11:32, and by 12:10, the driver had met me at the gas station where I had to leave my car, loaded it up, and was already driving it away. The price was good, and the service was fast and professional.
