KO Towing made a bad situation seamless and stressless! The lady that answered our call was kind, friendly and extremely prompt on getting a tire truck out. Brian, the driver, was super friendly and respectful!! I can’t speak highly enough of this company. They other 4 I tried to call before getting KO wouldn’t answer their phone or let me on hold forever.

I cannot say enough great things about KO Towing. I called and couldn’t get through. They called me back and said can we help you? I scheduled a tow from dealership to home because my extended warranty didn’t want to cover my truck. Brian the tow truck driver was there before I was. Brian is very professional, definitely top notch. He told me if I wanted to start heading home he would take care of it. I went home and he was there in no time. They seem like really down to earth people. This will be the only tow truck company I use from now on period. If you need a tow truck this is the company to call. Don’t even think about calling another tow truck company just call KO Towing. They also have other services. Again KO Towing should be your only choice.

My daughter was in KY for a vacation and her car broke down. We called our insurance for a tow the night before and had everything all set up. The insurance company called us at 6:30 the following morning to let us know they couldn’t find anyone to do the tow, that we would have to find someone, um no, we pay extra for towing. As expected I had to handle it myself. I called KO and spoke with Amber. What a sweetheart! She was able to have my daughters car picked up and the driver took my daughter to the repair shop along with the car. She assured me that my daughter would be taken care of. What a relief it was, we live in Michigan. There’s something to be said about southern hospitality! She was beyond helpful and made me feel a little more at ease. Although we do not live I Louisville, I would highly recommend KO Towing.

Brian came out to tow my vehicle and was the most kind and professional person. The rates were better than anyone else, (believe me I called about 10 places). Best Towing service in the 40229 area. They even do lock outs, jump starts and motorcycles. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Brian called to let me know when he was on his way and when he was a few minutes out. He was very professional and helped lift my spirits. He was smiling, friendly, and offered some encouragement which was really appreciated because I wasn’t having the best day. Awesome job!

Car had major electrical problems on my way to work. Called K O towing and got it towed back to my house for an incredibly affordable price. David was very helpful over the phone and made it easy to give him info by just texting him. And Brian the driver was very polite and showed great patience when he arrived at my house to drop of the car and my girlfriends car was in his way. And allowed to pay with card over the phone. These guys are fantastic. I called them to move my tool box and roll cart and was given a very fair price which was very affordable. I asked when could this get done and was told an hour. It was actually less than an hour which was amazing for me. When Brian got to the location he was very professional and efficient. He has a super cool personality and made the transition from one location to the next very relaxing. I would definitely recommend KO towing and if you use them, ask for Brian. My car wound up in a ditch on top of several logs. Brian came out to recover the car. He was so ifriendly and professional. He was able to pull my car out with no damage done to my vehicle. Hopefully I am never in this situation again but if I am I am KO towing will be the first people I call!

Brian from KO Towing came to the rescue of my two young daughters and I when we were at the Louisville Zoo last night! A silly thing happened with our vehicle and roadside assistance only provided the solution of towing my SUV. Roadside assistance hired KO, but Brian treated me like I was his best customer! He arrived early, called 10 minutes out, came with a great attitude and on top of it all--he FIXED my issue on the spot within a minute flat! No need to be towed at all. Before he fixed it, he expressed concern that my daughters and I wouldnt have transportation, seemed vested in helping us figure that out, and was very happy to do so.If I ever have the need to hire a tow truck, I will call KO without hesitation!

They were so friendly!! Quoted me a tow that was $40 - $75 lower than the other 11 tow companies I called. They called me to tell me when my car was deliveries to the auto shop, conveniently took my payment over the phone, then knocked off another $5 for being patient!!! They didnt even deliver late!! I was told it would be later afternoon, they were on time. Melissa if a great customer service Rep!! She was great in the phone, friendly, competent, and genuinely aimed to please me as a customer. After calling multiple wrecker servicer providers K O, not only answered the call, but also provided a reasonable time frame to pick up a vehicle. I was with the non starting stranded vehicle, they arrived before the stated time frame, which was greatly appreciated in the freezing morning weather. The driver was curitious and efficient in loading, transporting, and unloading my vehicle. They accept credit card payment, with paperless receipt, billing was simple. Everyone I spoke with, over the phone or in person was respectful, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this company!

Steven Jones was my towing guy. AWESOME is not near enough praise. He insisted that I get out of the heat and was hydrated. He also called frequently to give me ETAs on his arrival time. His customer service was just amazing on what was an incredibly crappy day.

My insurance company contacted KO to tow my vehicle after an accident. I was told they would be there in 45 min to an hour. It took three hours. THREE! They took it to their location and were supposed to tow it to the dealer in the morning. They do not answer when you call, and have no voice mail option to leave a message. They have my car and I cannot get a hold of them to see when they will take it to the dealership. Very unprofessional and will never get my business again.
