My new Commercial vehicle stopped on the way to get a couple of minor things fixed. When he got there we realized that the truck was still in Drive. 😆. He laughed with us, and didnt charge us. Wouldnt even take a tip. Awesome Customer Service

I hardly ever write a review. But after the experience I had, I just have to tell the world! I called many places trying to find someone to tow my car. Every company that I called, was just rude. Acted as if I was a bother and interrupting them. Then I called you guys and let me say WOW! Stacy was the great girl I spoke with and let me tell you, she has a great personality and is a real asset to your company. I had several questions and she took her time to explain to me how towing works, broke down the price to me and not once did she ever sound like I was keeping her from something else. You can tell alot by how a company is ran, just by speaking to the first employee that comes along. She is a person who enjoys helping others and that is a rarity now a days. Stacy sent Paul out to tow my car and he was so very polite and very careful on handling my car. This will definitely be my go to towing company if I need one in the future, and one that I will always recommend.

After calling several tow companies all day this was by far the best choice we made. I needed a tow from my house to a mechanic...not an emergency by any means, but when I was told a specific time, the young man showed up very promptly at that specific time. Awesome towing service! Super polite and prompt with pick-up. Am from out of town, so I asked Tim if he knew a good mechanic and turns out hes an excellent mechanic! My dog and I were out of the shop with plenty of time to hit the Bourbon trail. Cheers to these guys and their awesome business!

Mike came in and towed me back home he has only been with the company for 5 days he stated and he did an amazing job. Backed his truck up and got my car up there on the first shot and when he dropped my car off he got it placed down perfectly . All American Towing is a great towing service, I had my tire blow-out on the side of an expressway, and after calling, Jamie arrived within minutes. He was exceptionally friendly and was one of the more genuine people I have ever met. Shortly after my tire was fixed, and I was on my way. Id rate Jamie, and this company higher if I could.

After breaking down on the side of the expressway, with a very sleepy 1 y/o, I was so stressed out! I called multiple tow companies and had absolutely no luck in securing tow service. Most companies didn’t answer and other companies wasn’t accepting any more runs. I was at my wits end, until I called you guys. I do believe that Stacey was my guardian angel! After she heard about the day I was having, then heard my son screaming, she moved things around and sent Paul to me. He was there in less than an hour! I’m so happy to have found you guys, and I have you number programmed on my speed dial, and I will highly recommend you to everyone I know! Again, thank you soooo much!

My Prius died after I arrived at the U of Louisville from Ohio for a conference. An unsettling situation. All American was great. Very responsive, trying first to see if they could replace the battery and when that wasnt the answer, towed the car to Toyota dealer. I picked All American because of their 5 star rating --- which they deserve!

Submitted request through USAA Roadside assistance. Was sent an ETA for nearly 4hrs. Called to question and see if it would be possible to expedite the service as my children and I were sitting on the side of a busy interstate and did not feel safe doing so for 4hrs. Spoke to Stacey. She was extremely rude and had zero sympathy for my familys situation. She only asked if I wanted to cancel. I CLEARLY stated that I did not and that instead I would call and see if I could find anything that might be able to reach us sooner and that if I did, I would call her back and let her know. After calling USAA back to inquire about anothet option I was told that Stacey had cancelled my tow service. This was done simply out of spite and meanness. Not to mention that it directly endangered my family. Children. I would not reccomend using this company.
