This business is closed apparently. A few months ago my car battery died. They came to my house, replaced it. It was excellent. When my brother in law had the same issue, I recommended the company and they were great for him as well. Now the battery is dead, Ive been trying to get ahold of them for the last 24+ hours with no response. I finally get someone on the business chat through Google and Im told the company is closed. So now Im out a battery thats supposed to be under warranty.

My car broke down earlier today and I called AAA because I am a member and they sent me a guy named Oliver from the Rescue Rangers. Let me just say he was AMAZING! Right when he arrived, my mother had an accident and fell and she hit her head hard on the pavement. Oliver was very attentive to her and I. He waited patiently with us for the ambulance to arrive and helped hold pressure on my mothers head until they got there. He truly was a blessing for us today! He did a great job with my tow as well, he was there within 10 mins of me calling it in. He was very kind and nice as well! Thank you so much Mr. Oliver. I can only hope he will see this and know how much he really did help us today! :)

Car wouldnt start, so I expected a battery issue. The battery in the car is under warranty so if the battery is bad after jumping I can get it replaced for free. Call directly because the AAA member wasnt present at the time. Explained the situation and paid for getting my battery jumped. Technician comes and I explain the situation again and that the battery is under warranty. Technician jumps the battery but says based on his readings that it looks like I have an alternator issues and that Ill probably need a tow. Attempting to drive the car seem to back up that claim, Im not expert on cars so I took his word. So going off what he said, I got my car towed via Firestone at a cost of 102 and put in for a alternator check when they had time available. The next day I get a call from Firestone saying that they need to replace the battery in order to check the alternator at a cost of 220 dollars. The warranty didnt mean much since my car was already in the process of being worked on. So I approved it. Get a call later that day saying that my alternator is fine and that it was only my battery causing the issue. Meaning I was given bad advice from the start and I could have saved 322 dollars if the rescue rangers technician had replaced the battery. Call today and they couldnt even find the transcript of the call I made. They directed me to call AAA. I may get some of the cost of the battery replacement reimbursed but thats it. Im very annoyed that both my time and money was wasted

Usually I have great service with them. But this time nobody ever answered the phone. I left a messege to be called back and nobody ever called me back. I was lucky I had someone else that could come to fix my problem.

I called for A tow truck when I was stranded and they came very quickly. The customer service was great and also they dispatch. Chris did a wonderful job at taking care of me and getting me back home safely. I highly recommend this toast service if you want fast and courteous service. I will definitely use them again in the future when needed👍🤗

Used them recently to haul a Lexus all-wheel drive. The driver was very patient and used precautions to pick up the vehicle properly. He was on time hand a careful driver when hauling the vehicle.

They towed my car to the wrong place and when I called trying to locate my vehicle they hung up multiple times. Complete Trash! Lisa or whatever her name is at dispatch. Totally unprofessional. At the time of this review I’m thinking of reporting my car stolen. I literally don’t know where my is & they don’t feel obligated to help. Smh

My wife accidentally locked her keys in her car right before a family trip. Through my insurance, Rescue Rangers arrived in a timely manner and quickly unlocked the car.

I have never used any towing service before . Today when I was driving with my two little kids my car suddenly stops . I was scared but I google towing services and I call them. They are very nice . I was connected through my insurance. I had a dead battery 70 miles from home. The service agent called me to confirm the address I was at and then again when he arrived (I was in a parking garage). He got my car restarted and I was back on the road within 5 minutes. I recommend their services!

Its simple. I called around for a tow, they gave me THE BEST price and quoted 30 minutes. Only complaint is that theyre driver got there, picked me and my car up, dropped me off at my apartment and towed my car all within’ about 30 minutes. Goatedd

My sister woke up to her car not starting and got frustrated as this isn’t the first time she’s had a problem with it. Fortunately, it was at home and not on the side of the road somewhere. We called to have it towed to our dads car shop the next morning and they arrived right on time. But that’s not even the best part. The gentleman that came, sorry I forget his name, actually fixed it for us so we didn’t have to tow it and even showed us how to do it in the future until we get the part replaced. Very impressed with the professionalism and 10/10 will use again in the future. Thank you!

Called during bad weather needing battery jumpstart service, said they were too busy to handle private calls.

I called them to get a service. first, they sent the wrong truck, and then the second truck showed up at the wrong address “30 minutes away”. When I told the driver not to come anymore and hung up, he called me back and made racial comments and also dropped the F-bomb. Would not recommend them.

The tow truck driver did an excellent job

So glad I called these guys. They were very nice professional, quick and answered my questions and did what they said they would do and for the price they said they would. I had one tow company that I had called before Rescue Rangers and they drove right be me on the emergency lane of interstate and called me and said yeah it’s not safe to help you we aren’t even stopping you need to call someone else, so I called Rescue Rangers and they were wonderful. Will definitely use them again if need be and will recommend them anytime I can.

On 1/18/2020, my son was stuck in a ditch behind Southeast Christian Church. After calling AAA, the local towing company Rescue Rangers were dispatched. With prompt service, the tow truck driver(didn’t get his name), arrived. He took special care and time to get the car out of the ditch thus causing no damage to the car. It’s drivers like him who make bad experiences better.

Unfortunately, over the years, I’ve needed Rescue Rangers far to many times for numerous vehicles with various issues. The Rangers haven’t been around for all of the 52 years I’ve been a member of Louisville AAA, but while they’ve been on the job, I’ve appreciated their professional attitude & attention to detail. They’re a good lot, the whole of them. They work long hours in all kinds of weather to be available when needed. Today was simply a jump start for my truck. My fault, left an accessory running! I request a Service Towing today 7.14.2020 at 6PM, they ETA 2 hours . They show up at 11PM. Due to this result, they cut my catalytic converter side of the road on plain day light ! This have never happen to me, is very wierd that i told the dispatch to call me 20-30 minute before the tow show up, ( and this happen in 2-3 hours just like that ). I will found more about this issue if someone had the same problem and will take action against this company.

Dallas came to help me with a flat tire outside the Doctors office in the rain. He determined that airing up the tire would be sufficient for me to get to the tire store where it could get repaired. He was thoughtful, kind and did a great job. Thanks Rescue Ranger Dallas.

Worst experience of my life. I was told they’d be here in two hours and it took three hours for the first truck to get here. He tells me he can’t take it on his flatbed because it won’t go into neutral and a different truck will be here in 20 minutes. Another 45 minutes passed and the second truck shows up. He tells me some bs about how he can’t take it without causing damage to my tires and axle and I need to sign a damage waiver. I sign the waiver and then he tells me he needs to call his boss first. 15 minutes later he tells me his boss says it’s okay but any damages are completely on me. I say “fine” and then he starts making more excuses about how he can’t tow me and then starts ranting about how the first truck should have taken me because he had skates on his truck and just didn’t want to do the work. Then he tells me he can have a third truck come do it instead but I’ll have to wait a while. It’s now the next day and my car is in the same spot. This place is awful and very unprofessional. Save yourself a migraine and hours of waiting and don’t bother calling them.

Didnt take long to arrive and very knowledgeable

Mike wasnt able to unlock my Jeep but he stayed with me and kept on trying until my daughter went to pick up spare key and return. That in itself took almost an hour. He finally did kill the engine and reconnected the battery once she got there. Mike didnt have to stay but he did, and as flustered as I was, I am very thankful for that extra bit of kindness and for not giving up. Thanks Mike!!!

I lost my keys and had no spare, so I had to have my truck towed to the dealership. I was told they would arrive around 5pm and they didnt end showing up until after 7. The driver himself was not very friendly at all and honestly treated me like a dumb woman before he realized by boyfriend was standing on the other side of the car. After we explained everything. he told us to go ahead and leave and he would deliver the truck. 3 hours later, I decided to drive by to see if it had been delivered to the correct place alright. At that time he was still attempting to unload the truck. We watched as he kept opening the hood and getting under the truck along with a few other questionable actions. Fast forward to the next day and the reason I would recommend and use this company any time. I received a call from the company making me aware that the driver had damaged my truck. They explained that they had already contacted the service manager at the dealership and told them to make the repairs. They also helped me with a rental car as it was the day before Thanksgiving and I wouldnt be getting the truck back until the Friday after. My point... things happen, mistakes happen, but their honesty and integrity makes this company one of best Ive seen. I truly appreciate how everything was handled!

What a great towing service! I needed my car picked up by a certain time, they arrived an hour early, the service was amazing very friendly & helpful! They were patient with me and all-around The best towing experiences I have had.

It was great to actually speak to a dispatcher, who asked enough questions to calm me during that which was a very stressful situation. The driver arrived quickly, and was very professional. David and I also joked around while I rode with him to the auto repair shop. The flat rate and in-cab electronic payment also made things quick and easy. If you have these guys in your area and you need a tow, call them first.

Called AAA to tow my car because of a dropped transmission. They sent these guys. Got there in about 30 minutes. Super polite and extremely helpful.

Our van had a passegener front wheel fly off on I-64 on the far side of Shelby county on Christmas eve. 3 broken and 2 bent studs. Chris and Troy from Rescue Rangers showed up within the hour. With no wheel they had to use their expertise in order to raise and tow vehicle. Rode with them to take truck to repair shop that was closed. They suggested Little Charlie mobile repair service, and contacted him. So we took it to a private residence instead, and went on to Christmas activities. The vehicle was completely repaired for an incrediblely low price and I was able to drive it home that evening. It felt like a Christmas miracle. Not only are these highly competent employees, they are great people with a genuine concern for their clients.

I was very pleased with the towing service. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the service was quick and professional.

Car decided not to start in the middle of nowhere at 9pm on a Sat. I called AAA and they set me up with Rescue Rangers in Louisville KY. I was in town for an event, and had no way to get my car fixed; the steering wheel was locked, the key wouldnt turn, and the shifter was stuck in P. I had to get my car back home (200+ miles away), and figure out how to rent a car at that time. Initially they told me they could not take it back to Ohio, but then called me back a short time later saying they could. In the time I was waiting, I was able to get a one-way rental back to Ohio. The driver (Conroy), showed up loaded the car promptly. I asked the driver if he could drop me at the airport to pick my rental car, and he said he would. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (Mark), wax also very professional, and kept me abreast as to what was happening.Although this was set up through AAA, Rescue Rangers took charge and got business handled. This company drove my car to Ohio 200+ miles away, in the middle of the night, and dropped me at the airport so I can get my rental car. A+ guys keep it up.

I had a dead car battery today. I called Rescue Rangers but they left me waiting in the cold and for three hours and never showed up. Finally, the security guard and and employee from Harmons Gracery store came out to the rescue. Rescue Rangers are liars.

My alternator went out around 4 in the morning.Called AAA and they sent Rescue Rangers.The were to my car in less than 30 minutes!They had my car on the truck and I was back home at 4:45!Excellent and polite driver!Awesome Service!I definitely recommend!
