If I could rate a 0 star rating I would. I was charged for a manicure but only had my nails filed and painted. The worst paint job I have ever had might I add. No oil, no lotion, my hands were dry and flaky when she was finished. These photos were 8hrs after I got my “manicure”. The only activity I did was shower before bed. I let my nails dry for 20 minutes under the dryer to be sure they were completely dry but The nail tech rushed and I had to clean paint off my cuticles when I got home. I’m so disappointed. My baby shower is tomorrow and I will be there with chipped nails. I will never return here and feel as if I deserve a refund. Unacceptable service.

I love the salon. It took ne 3 different nail salon before I found this place. And my tech Ann is the bomb. Never had any complains about her. You should check them out.

My first time here. Taylor did an amazing job on my nails (Full set and pedi). I love how she shaped them and the color she chosen to match my idea. She is Amazing! I will be back to see her again. Thank you Taylor.

First time experience with this salon. Got a pedicure with gel polish. No one asked me what package I wanted or if there were any add ons for packages. I would have done more for my pedicure. I felt like she was a bit rushed even though no one else was waiting for service. For the price I paid, i feel like more could have been done but the results were good.

Absolutely amazing experience here! Got started out with a pedicure which was super soothing and relaxing. After this I got my manicure and it turned out very beautiful, I’m happy with the results!

I received a pedicure with gel nail. My feet are very soft ans my nails look great. The service was excellent.

My nails are great just once I got home the paint on one nail started peeling back.

Horrible place!! Do not recommend at all!! My nails look like a 7 year old painted them ! I paid $83 for a gel manicure and pedicure !!! They are insane. Will never go back!

I usually get great service from nail tech, however last time i went one of the techs glued my skin to my nail and when he tried to separate them it ripped my skin. Definitely hurt.

First time there. Been looking for a new nail place. I get dip. Called and was quoted one price. Did not change services and when all done they added $20 to quoted price. When I questioned they suddenly did not speak English. They did a decent job on my nails and the place was quiet and clean but I don’t like the bait and switch when you are there. I will not go back. There are too many places.

I love Nail Tech!!! The owners and workers are super nice. They treat you like friends, asking about your day at work and keeping you laughing. You can revisit their establishment 3 months later and they will remember you. They make sure that the time you are in their establishment, you feel welcomed and comfortable.After 10 years of asking, my mother went to Nail Tech for her first time at a salon. They opened 30 minutes early because she was uncomfortable with people seeing her feet. They relaxed my mother and took good care of her. They made her fall in love with her feet again. Now, all she keeps taking about is going back and taking my grandmother.

Been a loyal customer for 4 years and I’ve never felt so disrespected until today! Each time I asked a question the young lady repeatedly rolled her eyes, huffed, even became rude when she spoke! I felt very uncomfortable, I felt rushed, I felt as if I was an inconvenience when I was the one who was paying for a service. I’ve never had an issue with anyone in the shop, the other ladies are all great (Taylor & Autum)! However the married couple are just too disrespectful and should never make paying customers feel as if they’ve made a bad decision as far as coming to this shop! You lost a loyal one guys. $55 bucks was not well spent today due to the horrible service I was provided.

I was just at Nail Tech Today the ladies there are wonderful the new guy however is extremely rude. This is the second time I’ve been in there And he has either said something rude to me out of the blue or he walks past and lauggs that you in your face for no reason. I have now come to terms I will no longer step foot in this establishment.

Not a pleasant atmosphere. Harsh costumer service. Prices and advertising very misleading. They pretending not to speak English in order to confuse their own costumers into giving up in requesting clear pricing in their services. Have your eyes real open and your wallet near.

Not hardly satisfied with my nails, she did not take her time at all. I am satisfied with the pedicure. She took her time and we had small talk but Im not sure if I will be returning.

Very pricy! Not customer oriented. I will not go back there after paying $45 for a gel manicure. The color wheel was not conducive to the actual colors. When I stated I did not like the color and it did not match what I chose on the color wheel they charged me $5 to remove it. Very poor customer service.
