Worst nail experience of my life. Got in there & my nails sat in a bowl of acetone for 45 minutes while the nail tech did my friends nails. She cut both of us multiple times with the drill. My nails are uneven, have specks of glitter on one nail when there shouldn’t be glitter at all. Had to come home & remove 2 of the nail immediately because the dip was pushing into my skin. I work in the beauty industry & will never recommend this place to any of my clients

I’ve been needing a pedicure for a while but I had no idea where to go, I chose this place cause it was close to home.The actual experience wasn’t bad, but the polish on my toes is terrible. It looks like I painted my nails ( and I’m terrible at painting)I don’t think I would ever go back. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who need my nails she was nice she just can’t paint nails.

Patrick was awesome quick and good quality. I came in for a polish change since the last place I went to was awful...and left a happy first time customer!! Very nice and friendly family!

I hate that I spent 50$ on a service that I could have done a better job on. My feet were rough when I left the salon. That should never happen freshly out of a nail salon. My nail color looked uneven and as if a student did them. When I asked for a discount I was offered only $5 off. Poor customer service and even worse finished result. Would never recommend.

Excellent place to stop by and have a great day relaxing and enjoying the view. Close to several shops and stores in the area. Reasonable price, plenty of parking and plenty of area. Very clean and nice store employees are wonderful. Location is in Fern Creek area. Easy access to the store and parking is excellent.

Nail polish was all around me nails the lady cut my moms skin under her finger and the feet bowls had hair all around and inn them and the bathroom had poop all on the toilet seat and floor also the workers were ruff and the workers kept picking out everything for me and my mom like nail polish how we want our nails like my mom don’t want fake nails but they kept asking don’t go here or you will regret spending your money

Pricing is very reasonable. The wait was not long at all. There were 4 of us, but only one getting the service as she was going to prom. They offered to let us all sit beside and watch since they had room, which was nice.

Ive been going to Pretty Nails for 18+ years. Molly and Patrick have a wonderful nail salon, and all the girls who work there are fantastic.

Arrived at opening. One lady unlocked the door. Two of us waiting. She had to call other employees to come in said that it would be 15 minutes for them to get there, waited 20 then left. Prior visits were not very good either. Very weary of cleanliness. Use same tools that are used on others. Only reason I went there was because I had a gift certificate

Nice employees. But they dont inform you that if an appointment comes in. You have to wait longer. They also dont give you any idea how long you will wait. I sat with my feet soaking for over 1 hr . While I watched apts. Come in.

Wonderful experience with Molly, she made time for me within her schedule and took the time to do the SNS nails right. My first experience here was wonderful and will likely be back.

My nails look great

Sloppy and not worth the price..This nail salon is 2min from my house, the employees and the owner are such nice friendly people. Unfortunately, letting their older daughter do my nails isn’t the best option- but neither one does my nail ever good enough. I pay $50-75 every two weeks just for a full set dip and the nails either brake in a day or two or if I get French they are never even or just looks sloppy. Also, they always get my ring nail crooked. I got away from them for a month and went back because of the distance to give them a chance and let’s just say this was the last time they will be seen me. This is just my opinion and I been doing my nails since I can remember.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to give this place a try. It was very nice and clean on the inside. My appointment was scheduled at 3pm for two pedicures. We arrived at 2:55 and all of their technicians were in the middle of working on pedicures. At 3:10 we were told it would be 10 more minutes. At 3:20 we were still waiting and were told it would be 5 more minutes. Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting, but it’s my birthday today and I have plans for the rest of the day. The wait would have made me late and stressed for the remainder of the day. Although they did apologize for the wait, I am disappointed as I was looking forward to relaxing on my birthday. They shouldn’t have took other clients for pedicures or it would have put their already booked appointments behind, that’s the purpose of making an appointment.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I paid $63 for a full in and a pedi. Since when do salons not trim the cuticle on your toes? I am very picky about my nails and was crunched for time. My nails are two toned, the polish so thick it is peeling off, my fingers have cuts from the sanders, polish on my skin. I called back after I left to complain and the witch who I guess is the salon owner would not hear my complaints and hung up on me. My nails are cut uneven and look awful. I will never go back to this place!! Lesson learned....

I got my nails done and within 24 hours two of them had polish that bubbled up and peeled off. I went back and they fixed them, then another 24 hours before the acrylic came off a finger. I appreciate their trying to fix the mistake, but I am not impressed.

If you go here, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS (Husband & Wife) to do ya Pedi nor Shellac! Cut your toenails down to none; barely able to polish so the end results look a mess!! Shellac has absolutely no shine at all! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Gave price for service then added 5 dollars. Also have sores on nail beds from drill

Friendly people but crappy service by SOME of the employees. I went here for a bridal appointment. They said they would provide a bottle of champagne and treat us great. When we arrived none of the people working were the people I saw the first time. I mentioned the champagne and one lady went next door and bought a bottle of cheap white zin from the liquor store 😂 We had a party of 6 getting manicures AND pedicures. First off, the lady talked me into a”deluxe” pedicure in which I agreed to... there is no massage, no parafin wax treatment etc. she rubbed lotion on me for an extra $20! Second, the only man working did my (the bride) Nails... all I wanted was French tip. I have what looks like sand all throughout the clear parts I guess from the powder dip spreading, I also have red streaks throughout the clear parts from my last dip nail they didn’t fully buff off. Third, one of the girls I was with wanted long nails, the man cut them all off short before she could stop him (she just went with it because she didn’t want to make a scene) and then he cut the heck out of her poor cuticles had her bleeding and got shellac paint all over them. It looked so messy and the next day was chipping. And last, after paying a butt load for all the extras. I was told by 3 of my girls that they got full manicures and didn’t get a hand massage or lotion or anything which is something they always do. I’m not sure what happened but the “A” team definitely was not working that day and although they were friendly and we were trying to have fun, I need my nails redone and don’t want to pay again when they should’ve been done right the first time. Will not return to this location ever again... unless it’s for a refund and apology!

Literally my nails look like a child did them. Nancy did my nails, and she was terrible. TERRIBLE. I have paint all over my fingers, she tried to talk me out of the color I wanted, she cant do any designs, and she didnt get paint on the sides of my nail, only the top. I will NEVER go back. TERRIBLE service.

My first and probably my last time going here. The staff was very friendly. But I felt like she rushed through my nails. I know she missed a couple of steps which made me uneasy in it self. I also got my eyebrows done....ummmm they are ok but I know from my previous services it could be better. I also got my daughters nails and toes done, she is only 7 and she was complaining that she didnt like it either. All in all if you are in a rush and value time over quality I would suggest this place.

One of the worst salons Ive been to. Pedicures dont last more than a few days.
