First time I went, the lady did a decent enough job. The second time I went, the lady (different from before) demanded payment before she finished and didn’t do a good job. My nails were a bit sloppy and just two days after, one nail chipped and I have dip so it should last much longer.

The lady was very nice and took her time with my manicure. The end result was beautiful. The reason for my 2 star rating is because of the price! They charged 65$$$ for just a manicure set of fakes with gel polish! Sure, theyre pretty but not almost $100 pretty with tip! Its been a week and theyre already chipping. So while the work is good, it is incredibly overpriced.

Lucky Nails is under new management and Im so happy about that. Jimmy and Rachel are the new owners are very nice and friendly. Rachel is a wonderful nail tech and person. Look at my nails arent they gorgeous. Please give Lucky Nails a try you will not be disappointed.

Since there under new management, they have gotten a lot better. They do everything I love.

The staff here are great!I also hated dip powder before coming here; this shop knows how to smooth it out and keep it from feeling as if you have something sitting on top of your nails. Its amazing the difference their process for it makes. I cant recommend them enough!

I had an awful day and thought getting my nails done would make it better but unfortunately, no. You can see in the picture where there’s white showing still. I paid $36 not including tip which is more than any other place I’ve gone in Louisville for a gel fill in and one nail fix. Seemed rushing when it came to putting polish on at the end. I know he had an appt but that doesn’t mean you slack on the most important part which is making sure the color looks good. $42 loss and definitely won’t return!

I am beyond thrilled that Lucky Nails is under new management. Rachel is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She does exactly what I want every time I’m in there. My mother and I are glad to have such a friendly and reliable nail salon to go to. We will be life long customers as long as Rachel is there!

I have been going to Lucky Nails for about 10 months and I couldnt be happier. Leon is an amazing nail tech. Everything is very well priced. Low prices but a high quality finish. This nail salon is under new management & i couldnt be more excited...Rachel & Timmy are fabulous & i love their service. Rachel has been doing my nails for about 6 years & her work is excellent. You will be more than satisfied to come over & get your nails taken care of. They offer a wide range of services from nails - pedicures & waxing. It is a very realaxing & fun environment.

My first time here. My massage chair made loud noises during massage. My technician was just OK. Someone must of been smoking in the back because the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. I wont be coming back.

Been going here for years, Kevin and Kim are the best! Updated: I should have known better but I went back a second time after Jimmy took over and all he did was trash talk Kevin and Kim and their business. Not only that but my nails have lasted less than a week. For the raised prices, I would think the nails would last forever! (Like Kevin’s did) don’t waste your money.

Jimmy and Rachel are by far the best! You will not be disappointed with the treatment & service from this dynamic duo!! Both are very professional and personable. They have a nice variety of colors to select from (including OPI for the OPI lovers)! I typically get shellac which last at least 2 weeks. I recently tried the dip technique and absolutely love it!!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good quality nail care!! They are FANTABULOUS

Very slow and not enough nail techs. Appointment times are not acknowledged. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time until I gave up. Save yourself the annoyance and go somewhere else.

Didnt get serviced. I called ahead checked the prices asked if I needed to make an appointment was told no they take walk in, I caught a bus got there at 2:30 was told they are busy got appointments coming in & lunch asked me to come navk tomorrow. My daughter was sleeping from surgery & my grandmothers wake is later tonight & I am trying to get serviced for the first time in a new place, NEVER AGAIN! So unprofessional

The only place I will go to get my nails done.

I went there a few weeks ago for the first time for a pedi. I asked for the water to be a little warmer, and was told it was fine. Finally I just said ok because i didnt want to debate over water. When I asked for the nails to be cut shorter, I was told they are ok. He barely filed them but would not trim them shorter. I told him two more times I would like them shorter, but he would not do it. I will not be back.

Unless you have an appointment, your business isnt wanted even though there door sign clearly says WALK-INS WELCOME. I sat for 5 minutes, then was asked to come back another day because her next appointment came in. Very rude.
