I went to Lynn’s today for the first time. It was very clean and well organized. I had a pedicure done by Audrey. She did an excellent job. She wore gloves and a face covering. Each station had a plexiglass divider for social distancing. I will be going back.

This place is an absolute joke. Took my niece here to get her nails done for the first time and the quality of the manicure is beyond poor. In less than 24 hours after she had gotten her nails done, one fell completely off and then less than 24 hours after that another fell off. In addition, the nails are crooked, way longer than she asked (after telling them multiple times to cut them down), and the paint job is not great either. Would not recommend. A waste of time and money.

Went and got nails done paid $40 for gel full set and the next day the nails came off. Not to mention I asked for square tips and the charged me 10 for coffen which I didn’t want, the girl cut my skin on my finger. And then they didn’t resolve the issue

Was able to call and go right in. They have Redone the entire inside to follow pandemic guidelines and Staff is Amazing

Wish I could give this place zero stars! My nails are lumpy gel polish didnt even last 24 hrs, I just called and they hung up on me, save your money dont go here. My nails are mishaped and index finger is crooked not even sure how this place is still in business, they should be embarrassed about the service they provide.

Totally messed my nails AND toes up. Insisted I get a shape I didnt want! All the nails were different lengths and shapes. Nails were lumpy from barely being buffed. Nail polish was also clumpy. After being dissatisfied they refused me a refund!!!!! Said I need to pay for product and labor! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I asked for stiletto shape and had to pull out my phone to show them a picture. Nails are bumpy, lumpy, different sizes and awkward shapes. I had to insist that he polish my entire nail 2-3 times as the edges and sides were left unpolished. He then told me he was trying but nothing is coming out.. Hmm, well thats not my problem.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they new and just opened but after seeing the dead roaches on the sink were we wash our hands I realized this place need to be shut down completely. Needless to say theyll NEVER get my money again. Dont Go Here!

This was the first and last experience ... First they used napkins to put in between each one of my toes to separate them to keep the polish From spreading to each toe, but than 5 hours later the shallic just peeled off Completely...I could have scrubbed my feet better and giving a better paint job, but thought I would get it prefessonially done especially for $38! Way to expensive, yet cheaply done..

Anytime Im in the Louisville area and my lady wants her nails done, this is our go to shop. The prices are reasonable and the detail they put into their work is great. If you plan to get your nails done or your wifes or gfs nails done bring them here.

Terrible job. He cant even do one of his sampling feom the shop. Waste of time and money. Will not go there again.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done! Charged me $5 extra to polish my FULL SET nails. Wth?? I thought polishing them came with that! Nails were uneven, different lengths and he didnt even ask what shape I wanted! He messed my pinky nail up by applying the airbrush and glitter to quickly before the polish dried and was gonna leave it that way until I demanded it be redone!!! Very dissatisfied! Never again!!! 😡😡

Not really happy with how my set of nails look. Polish is very sloppy. Also I heard the guy say dont come back because I gave him a 5 dollar tip. Unprofessional. Thats not how you do business. I shouldnt have gave him a tip at all.

I got a full set done on the 23rd its the 30th and my nails are coming off they didnt glue the tips down right and my girlfriend got gel nails they chunky and the girl took way too long never again
