I had the worst pedicure ever. I paid $45 just to soak my feet, lotion application and gel polish. The tech was super nosy and asked so many questions. I would NOT recommend this dump for services

I loved it, me and my mom came here and got full sets with designs. They were quick with it and paid attention to detail. They didnt cut me once like other salons. Plus they were easy with my nails. Very friendly people! ❤️❤️

My friend and I were in there for 4 hours. The man working was very rude to another customer that was there and literally ignored her when she asked him if she could add a jewel to her nail. She asked twice. The woman was very rude to my friend who only got a fill in. She charged my friend $38 for a fill in and $5 extra just for cutting her nails shorter from where they had grown out previously. If you’re looking for good and fast service I wouldn’t recommend.

This is my place. My regular go-to for nails. It is husband and wife owned. No other staff, so their customer base is strictly from quality and word of mouth. It also doesnt help that the prices are very affordable.

I left this salon feeling belittled & discriminated against. I typically frequent another salon bi weekly. Unfortunately they were super busy on a Friday. So I decided to give Victoria a try. They were not busy at all. Johnny the owner begins belittling my nails which barely needed a fill in. Secondly, he requested payment before completing my nails or starting my pedi. I paid him & added a tip. I asked if this was the process for all of his clients. He said it was. However, the wife began to attempt to argue with me because I asked. I then canceled the pedi, requested for my pedi payment & tip as nicely as I could muster. I thanked them & left w/ plans NEVER to return. Now it makes complete sense why they were not busy on a Friday evening.

I recently started going here. I love that the shop is small and I never wait long when I go. They do a great job and are friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I tried several salons after moving to Louisville and this one is where I stayed! It is a quaint salon; feels like you are in the owners’ home. A husband and wife team own the salon. Appointments are highly recommended, as it’s just the two of them, and they are almost always busy. I’ve been getting acrylic nails with gel polish and they last more than four weeks. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

First off I have to say the service here is outstanding and very nice and clean .the staff definitely follows all COVID guideline restrictions.I’ve recently moved to the area and couldn’t find a nice reasonable location to go to where I could trust the person doing my nails.These days it isn’t cheap to have a manicure and receive good quantity products as well but here at Victoria’s they honestly care and are willing to explain different services and the benefits of different types of nails to the polish style . This was my first time here and because of that and my nail technician Victoria service she provided I will be returning and recommending this place,I’m so glad I found a nail salon to call “HOME” !:) So ladies y’all need to seriously check this place out and give it a try for yourself I promise you won’t regret going here.

I went here 4 days ago and not only did my nails break off but the women cut to far with the nail drill so now my natural nails are completely ruined while also causing me to bleed. She was nice though bythat doesn’t make up for the poor quality sadly.

They are always amazing I travel just to go here evertime.

The staff was so very friendly and so accommodating to this single momma of 3. My eldestst daughter and i got pedicures while my younger 2 daughters played quietly at the chairs my middle for her fingers and toes polishedThey were very kind of made me feel very welcome

A man made me a 3:30 appointment and at 4:00 he still had not showed up. One lady in there with a customer. Just rude really, no consideration for others time.

The husband a wife who own and operate this nail salon are fantastic. I went in at 5pm and although they were super busy they made me feel comfortable. Johnnys work is exceptional and he made sure to educate me on the nail process and how to strengthen my natural nail.

No wait today. Massage chairs felt good. They did a wonderful job on my pedicure.

Ive been going there since they opened. When I enter, they always greet me and make me feel welcome. My favorite service is a pedicure and Im always happy with both their service and work. Very skilled, very clean and very happy. They are my go to for nails.

Today was my first time here, I was looking for a new nail salon that was closer to home and found this place. I asked for my dip to be soaked off and a shellac manicure, the guy was rude to me towards the end of getting my nails done and then walked off to another client without telling me to put my hand in the uv light one more time on each hand and acted aggravated that I didn’t know to do that, when he got up I thought my nails were finished. He also never clipped my cuticles or my hang nails which I’ve never been to a nail salon that doesn’t do that during a manicure. Their uv lights are very outdated compared to the other nail salons around Louisville. Definitely won’t be back.

Wait time was a bit long being that today was its first day opening since the pandemic, but it was worth it. They did an amazing job on my feet and nails. First time going there, would definitely be back for my two week fillin

I went to Victoria Nails in my search for a place where I would love the finished product and would want to return routinely. I finally found that place! Johnny and his wife took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left with nails that I was 100% happy with, something that has never quite happened at other nail salons. Ill be returning today for a fill-in and will continue to return to them. I highly recommend this salon!

Over the past few months I have been to numerous nail salons around the city. Every other week I frequent yet another salon to be mildy impressed at best. NOT THIS TIME! Johnny started fresh with a whole new set, he took his time, and he perfected them! I am so happy to end my journey here. See yall in two weeks.

Very nice, clean not over crowded

I have been going here for forever now. They didnt quite put my acrylics on all the way back this time which was disappointing, and she cut me a couple times. Their kids run around which is okay I guess but sometimes they wont leave you alone😅 you cant exactly play with baby dolls while trying to dry your nails. The daughter likes to touch your wet nails also to see if they are dry, and if they arent dry, of course your nails get messed up. But i guess they are the best ones around I have found someone far.

I always love getting my nails done here. The married couple that own it are so sweet and they do quality work at an amazing price. I will never go anywhere else.

I will never go back here again. I only wanted a manicure but the owner used a drill on my nails. He ruined my healthy natural nails. He used his own nail to split and peel the end of my nails. He cut my skin when he was supposedly cutting my cuticles. My fingers are still sore. I’ve had many manicures before and I have never bled because of them. Please don’t use this salon.

Worst experience ever at a nail salon! The woman was obviously having a bad day and rushed through my full set. I will invest my money at another salon for a professional result. I have never posted a consumer review online (good or bad) but felt strongly compelled to do so in this case. Very discouraged considering all the great reviews otherwise.

Worst pedicure of my life! Waited for an hour and she took 5 phone calls while doing my nails. Cut my nails worst than my 6 year old would, absolutely awful. Put the color on incorrectly and it looks smeared. She may be nice but not worth the service. They never have pretty nude colors and I have to bring my own. For past few times I brought my own color and trimmed my nails at home first. I shouldnt have to do that at a nail SALON!

Had a great experience. This was our first visit here. They were a bit busy, but acknowledged us right away. Both got mani and pedis with gel, very happy with the end product. Nails are painted cleanly and throughly. Took time to make sure we were happy with our nails. Pedi was great! Will be back!
