Every time I go they always do a wonderful job. The place is clean and very nice on the inside. Plus the prices are amazing, they do not over charge like some places do at all!!

Great salon, the staff is very friendly and attentive. clean and wasn’t too busy, we got seated immediately and they let my friend and me sit next to each other. also have a good color selection, i couldn’t find the green i got anywhere else.

I am usually not the one to write bad reviews but this was the absolute worst service Ive ever experienced. Not only did I not greeted by the person doing my nails, but he seemed rather frustrated just by being there. He was so rude and didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was there. Ive been to Time 4 nails plenty of times and never had a time quite like this. I had my nails done previously somewhere else and took them off. I had a PIECE of nail stuck on one of my fingers, that Im sure would only take about 30 seconds for them to take off using the proper tools. I sat down and he didnt even say hello nor look at me. He grabbed my hand it told me it would be $5 for him to take off . I looked at him kind of confused because Ive came there before and have never been charged for them to take off all my nails never the less one. I then told him that its okay and i would take it off myself, so i did. When i came back to the seat, he started putting on my nails so carelessly.. not even pressing the nail to secure the glue. Afterwards he asked me the length i wanted. He made them so short that it was close to my actual finger. I asked him to make it longer and he seemed upset once again. I said never mind as i didnt want the services anymore. Why pay someone that didnt even want to do theyre job. I mean it was crazy. After I had let it be known that I didn’t want them done anymore, ( he hadnt even did anything yet so we werent far along in the process) he said “ ya dont want it anymore.. alright bye” and walked away and started talking in a different language so that I couldn’t comprehend what was being said. I used to love coming here, however I am so disappointed in how this place has changed.. not for the good but for the worse. A bunch of money hungry people who over charge for absolutely no reason. I will never come back here again and will be glad to take my money elsewhere.

Got a pedi and the didnt offer design on your toes i would think thatd be a selling point.. other than that they were ok

This place is a joke.1. Employees not friendly and constantly engage in conversations among themselves, leaving the customer to just sit there and listen to their chatter (in another language).2. They are very rough; my fingers were bleeding by the time I left.3. All I wanted was a quick manicure. They were very pushy for me to get the gel (shellac). I politely said no and ever since, they treated me like garbage.4. I believe that, because I did not get the more expensive treatment done, they did the crappiest job of polishing my nails. My 2-year old couldve done a better job.5. They had to take the polish off twice because it kept bubbling and looked very, very bad.YOU CAN GET BETTER SERVICE FOR A BETTER PRICE ELSEWHERE PEOPLE - DO NOT COME HERE!!

They rush through your services and then wanna over charge you! They have really went down I used to love this place! Then they talk about you in their language in your face and it’s very obvious, they just need to close their doors!!

This is one of those nail salons where they treat acrylic like its not worth their energy to put much effort into. Will press you to get gel or shellac then proceed to rush through your nails if you dont give in. If you like being overcharged for shape, length, poor quality, & getting yelled at when trying to tell the nail tech why you dont like the way theyre doing your nails, then this is the perfect place for you to go. Oh and if you love having to get a fill-in a week later instead of the general 2 weeks, I would definitely recommend. 😒 The workers here Dont care about customers or quality at all just focused on keeping the salon as empty as possible. Can genuinely say it was the Worst nail salon experience ever.

When I go for a manicure and pedicure its supposed to be relaxing, I shouldnt have to sit and twist in odd positions for them to rush and do them at the same time. Just once I want to find a nail salon that is customer centered

Please dont let the older lady touch your eyebrows!! I told her specifically than i didnt want them very thing and she pushed me to lay down ans said to not worry. Left there almost crying. My eyebrow were terrible! Different sizes, shapes and she cut half of one eyebrow. Very dissapointed and infuriated!! Not only was it waste of money, time but also my eyebrow had to suffer... :( rather spend more for better quality. You get for what you pay guys.

Did a great job on my nails, I wanted yellow which they didnt have a lot of but he (steven) went through boxes to make sure i got the shade i wanted. Only thing is they are pricey, ended up paying $50 for long coffin shape nails, extra for shape, extra for length, extra because i got one letter D on my ring finger.

A girl I work with came here to get her nails done and when she removed the acrylics she had fungus under her nail. They clearly don’t sanitize their tools. Don’t risk it!!

I signed in for a mani, pedi and wax (shellac on my nails and regular on my toes). They told me to pick out any color of shellac and they would be able to match it with regular nail polish. When it was all said and done, I had pink toe nails and beige (rose gold) fingernails. They’ve done this before... I asked for black nails and I got dark brown. Anyways, the lady took 2 hours for mani and pedi, and the results were messy (she wasn’t new). I felt bad because she was really nice, but it was only 4 days before my shellac started chipping and lifting.I have to say my eyebrow wax was really good... it’s the main reason why I even visit this salon. Everything else is extremely mediocre and not worth the $60.

Worst nail place ever. I came in and did the nail dipping 40 dollars. I left and same day I broke a nail. Went back the next day to fix nail and get a pedicure. Pedicure was supposed to be 28 dollars, well to my surprise my card was charged 48 dollars. When I asked the lady there said that since I did gel nails it was 48. 20 dollars extra for gel nails. So dipping is cheaper than a pedicure? Doesn’t make sense nor they communicate things. How can gel nails be 20 extra dollars? Oh and the nail fixed had polish on border which o had to take off with my mouth. Gross! And pedicure was a boot wash and massage, lady never took off dead skin. I’m disappointed and will never go back to the place. I should have known better as the lady that came before me was charged 20 dollars for nail polish only.

They charge extra for everything even the air you breathe and its just new customer and my cousin told me they do not charge extra for her because she is a regular. Also they charge extra for men for pedi mines was 25 men is 30 I asked the lady and she said something about hot towels and she couldnt give me a direct answer. I just think 75 dollars is ridiculous for what I got. Never will again go in my life also the lady that did my pedi was rushing and very rough.

Did not have a good experience the last 3 times that I went, its now younger ladies that might be their daughters, or whoever that has not ever been seen there and is very inexperienced in doing nails, my nail broke within 2 days after letting one of the younger unknown ladies did them, after having three different ppl doing my nails that day, I went back to get it fixed and once again within a cpl of days my nail broke again, I went back and one of the younger ladies could not seem to get the nail on my nail and said to me, she dont know why the nail wont stay on, well obviously you dont have enough glue on it lady! Therefore several ppl was doing my nails again, the third time I had my nails done on a Saturday what do you know today is Sunday and one is broke, Im so done with that place and every time I go back ofcourse I have to pay. New nail shop I will be going to from now on!

I hated it! All three times! Never let the older lady do your eye brows or your nails! I really dont think she has a state license to do nails either! None of their license are posted up and both girls hurt me w the drimel tool in the same visit! I showed them pictures of art on my phone before starting. The guy lied to me saying they could do it and after my fill in they said no we cant do art. So they lied to get my fill in!! Very disrespectful to pawn your customer off on another employee because you get busy! An employee that dont know what shes doing! She messed my friends eye brows up extremly bad! I will never go back!!
