I paid $105 for my nails & feet. First off, my toes are cut up.. and my nails are very sloppily done. I went to get my nails fixed & they still look terrible. 3 of them have air bubbles and are about to fall off. I was recommended to go to this place, i will NEVER come back.

Look at their version of ombre dip. I will NEVER walk back in the doors of this place. This really is a zero star review.

Dont waste your time! I sat in the pedicure chair for 30 min and was never seen. One lady came by and asked me what I wanted. When I told her regular she keeps it moving and I was never seen. This wad very unprofessional to make someone wait 30 minutes. My feet were like raisins when I left. I will never go back!!!!!

Cindy did an amazing job. Absolutely love their service and the rates are way cheaper. 30 for a fill in with gel polish. I will be using this place for a permanent service now.

I didn’t expect to wait on them to take care of everyone else while I waited over and hour with an unfinished set of nails. It’s over an hour now and I’m still waiting. I’ll never come back.

I have been here a couple times me and my daughters lee was nice but the head lady rude my daughter showed her a picture of how she wanted her nails it did not look like the picture at all. She gave me a 5 dollars off coupon because we waited so long i tried to use it on my next visit and she act like she had amnesia horrible customer service will not go back

Very clean salon! They put plastic covers over their pedicure bowls and remove after each client. Also, the tools they use on you are in a sterile pack which I like! They did a very good job!

I had a very bad experience. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure. My water was freezing cold, 2 of the workers kept telling me that it was maximum heat (making me think I was crazy) when all reality they didn’t have any hot water. I didn’t get a pedicure, I asked for a polish change instead. The lady was very rude. She didn’t polish my whole toenail, my daughter got her toes painted and 2 other people were serviced before she got her nails painted. I had excess polish left on my skin.. I asked her to remove it she stared me in my eyes for about a minute as if she was trying to intimidate me. She snatched my credit card from me, after I paid in full I was walking out and she asked me to sign and leave a tip. I refused to sign and leave a tip, she pulled my 4 year old back in the salon trying to keep her in because I wouldn’t sign the receipt. I then grabbed my child and left.

Cindy always does a fabulous job for me! One time another guy polished my acrylics and they were terrible but Cindy knew I didn’t love them so she redid them and they were beautiful! Love her work!!! Wish they weren’t so damn high though $$

I attempted a walk in today. They didn’t seem that busy. I was the only one waiting. I waited for thirty minutes for a nail tech to finish up on another person. A woman and her daughter came in for a walk in appointment after me; they waited maybe 5 minutes and the next available nail tech took them back before I was seen. I left. Thought I’d give this place a shot because they have decent reviews. Guess I’ll try Walmart 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wanted to come since I found them on FB.. wanted to give them a try from another good nail salon.. both my pedicure & dip nail set looked AMAZING! Great staff & the price isnt too bad either.. one of the ladies told me they do facial waxing, too.. I guess its safe to say that Ive found my new spot for nails & waxing! Will DEFINITELY be back & tell my peeps about them, too! 😍💅🏾👏🏾👣💞

Theyre good, but often you may have to wait a while for service. They usually only have 2 or 3 techs working they need more techs!!! But they most often do a good job! Lee is hilarious!

I was very nervous and tried this place on a whim due to the good reviews. The man that helped me was very nice and took the time to explain to me how to get a good look out of my nails. I enjoyed them very much.

I recently moved to area and was looking for a new nail shop. I had been with my previous nail guy for over 7 yrs. Mr Lee listened to what I wanted & did EXACTLY that. He took his time with me and it was much appreciated.The prices are right in line with what I had been paying( even a little cheaper), not to mention the shop was very clean & neat. Before I left my 1st appt I had already set up my next one. I would definitely recommend.

Jennifer Hall, Id have to totally agree with you. I had my nails done for the very first time at Royal Nails and I will not be back. I believe Leah may have been my nail tech, I did not get her name. The nail tech I had didnt have very good customer service. She seemed to be more concerned with her phone. Throughout getting my nails done she stopped to answer various calls and texts. This would have not been so bad if I thought she did a good job on my nails. However, I was very disappointed. There was a nice nail tech there that greeted me and was polite. Im sure he would have done a good job.

My husband and I went to get pedicures and the woman that run the salon has HORRIBLE customer service skills and on top of that she put some kind of creme on his feet that caused him severe burns on his feet. We ended up going to the ER He had 1st degree burns on his toes. I REFERRED A LOT OF PEOPLE HERE AND IM SORRY FOR THAT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER GO TO ROYAL NAIL SHOP AGAIN! Leah needs to go back to cosmetology school and learn ethics all over again she failed that part of the class. She acts like she just lost her best friend by the way she treats her customers. My hubby is doing better but now we have to see a foot specialist for the burns.

Lee was great, he gave me a manicure shellac, and the other gentleman gave me an awesome pedicure. See youll soon.

I took my daughters with me to get their nails done.. Leah did an Ok job on their nails I had to tell her to fix some things on one of my daughters nails that she should have known needed to be fixed..She sucks!! I will never go back

This was my third visit to Royal Nails. My first visit was ok. I could tell the nail tech was a little irritated because I was being too picky. The 2nd time I went the gentleman did my nails and a pedicure. He was incredible. So very nice and the work was excellent!!! I went back today to get a fill in. Keanu started my nails and things were going good. Then Leah finished them and I was not 100% happy. She told me that I was so picky that she should charge me more. I left in tears.
