Hi! I loved this place at first, they looked super good. I got a full set of acrylics and they literally just started popping off for no reason! You can get the same quality from a $5 box at the dollar store since I have to glue them all back on myself daily just 1 to 2 days after getting them done. I’m not too sure if dip or their other services will do the same but acrylics will do this!

Very clean, staff is very friendly and prices are affordable BUT I went in and got a full set with gel polish.. First problem is she place to many thick coats on. Now 4 days later the polish is peeling completely off. Gel polish does not suppose to peel. I’m so upset because they were so nice!

My experience at Hollywood Nails was so awesome! My friend and I went late, around 7:30pm. We wanted pedicures but thought it was a little late. Tracy and Lisa graciously took us and gave us the best pedis weve ever had! We both highly recommend Hollywood Nails for your next pedicure! They will treat you like the Queens you are!

Got a gel mani and pedi on Aug 6th and the day after my polish started lifting. Gel is not supposed to do that. I have gotten gel polish on my nails several times before and never has this happened. They usually last at the very least 3 weeks. As of Aug 14th all of my gel polish has completely peeled off. I wasnt going to write this review but I mean as much as they charge my nails should have lasted for 3 weeks to a month with gel polish. Save your time and money and go somewhere that does a better job for half the price.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU COME HERE. I never left a bad review but i was told it would be a 30 minute wait AFTER I was already waiting 20 mins. Ended up waiting an hour and 30 mins total. At this point they had already been closed for 30 mins now and my nails were RUSHED. Was a little pricey but usually don’t mind the price if my nails look good in the end. However, my nail tech was rude and my nails are not worth what I paid. I paid $30 for an acrylic fill in, had medium square nails then was charged $5 to repair one broken nail. My nail tech was also complaining about the last customer before me which is not professional. I was told I cannot let my nails dry bc they were already closed so I HAD TO WALK OUT OF THE MALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHE PUT THE TOP COAT ON. Overall poor customer service from my nail tech but still left a $2 tip bc I’m too nice of a person 🙄will gladly not be returning..

The tech got my feet together and the massage was great my polish smeared though.

They dont know how to do nails. Over priced because over convince. The lady who works the first chair is suppose to be one of the best. Yet she is the one who did this garbage job on my nails. I will never be back. If I didnt have to go to work I would have left with my nails in finished. The reviews on here are true. Dont go to them

This place was awful. Not worth the wait or your money. They have no manners as they don’t even speak or acknowledge you when you come in. I got dip on my real nails and within 2 days the dip on FOUR of my nails was cracked. I hadn’t done any work with my nails or anything. If only I could post the pictures of my nails. I went back to get them fixed and they wanted to charge me $16. Then had the audacity to ask me to pay ahead of time, and I refused and said I would pay after my nails were redone. Very unprofessional place. I’ll never go back again.

I came here with my two sisters to get my nails done for the holidays and we were gonna get designs but they wanted to charge us almost 70 dollars for one set with designs and they werent extreme designs either. We couldnt even get gel polish because they were to expensive. I can go to any other salon and get my gel nails and gel polish with the tips for 45-50 dollars and they wont take as long and look good this place is a RIP off!!!!

Place isnt bad, prices are decent, but the lady my girlfriend had this time around did not listen to what she wanted. Didnt get the shape she wanted on her nails or how she wanted her colors. I do not recommend the lady that sits at table 5

Dude did my nails he was rushing . plus polish was already coming off when i was leaving . then they charge you extra!! more chemicals or not. then nails broke about next week or so . plus it would look like you needed a fill in already. but shi i had rock em.

I got a gel polish 2 days ago. yesterday one pf my nails chipped, i specifically got gel so that would not happen. i went back today to get it fixed and told them that it chipped and that it clearly was not supposed to do that, they fixed it no problem. i went about my day until 30 minutes ago when a totally different nail chipped. i’m not doing anything to my nails for them to chip 2 days after i got them done. the polish was 20$ witch isn’t bad for gel, but then again they didnt do a very good job. sad to say, i probably will never go to hollywood nails again :(

I was just in there last Saturday and requested a very simple style with a few jewels. The male tech gave me a set price but later adding charges and in the end, I was charged 50.00 bucks for a 30.00 dollar job. Not to mention, one of the main female techs was yelling at and being rude to other customers in the store. After my nails were paid for, I was told to pay again because no one remembered that my nails were already paid for, plus the day after, most of my jewels randomly fell off! Never again, will I go back.

Ive been going there for a year and they do a wonderful job on my nails.

I had a pedicure with shellac (gel as she calls it) French Tips a Manicure with shellac/gel and also brought my son in for a pedicure. I spent $135 that day. 2 days later while I was on vacation the shellac on my fingernails started chipping. I was on a cruise and when I got home, I went in and showed Tracy the manager who did my manicure & pedicure how it was chipping off and she would not do anything about it. I had photos with the date on them and she said that it happens. I know better, I have had shellac/gel many times and this is not normal. She said she could redo them but I would have to pay for half. I will not go back and I suggest you not go there either.

If I could give them no stars at all I definitely would. Today was my first time getting my nails done by them and will definitely be my last i wasted my money with them. Horrible! Clipped a piece of my skin instead of my toe nail. Was very rude when I said something. Acrylic started chipping days later! Never go here!

So she put the nails on than went to cut them which they were cut so short you wouldnt even know I had on nails. And I mean short she said that was the 24.00 dollar length. So I said well when you file them their only going to get shorter. At that point I asked her how much is she going to charge me to take them off? She grab my money and said 5.00 dollars. Than she went to talking in her language with her husband. She gave me back 15.00 dollars. Cut the nails short and left them on. { At this point im looking CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!! }. She charge me 5.00 to cut my nails with the nail clippers REALLY???? she didnt even soak them off. I just got on up I didnt feel like going to jail for slapping her. It is the Holidays. In the process of leaving the mall I had to bite the nails off. Before I went to the nail shop I should have went to in the 1st place. By the time I got to the next nail shop my real nails were sore. However, my nails looks and feels GREAT!!!!!! TIME 4 NAILS by Kroger hooked me up. Painted my nails and everything all for 25.00. Please dont waste your time going here. Tracey, Tory whatever her name is does not offer quality service!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst experience I have had. I feel like standing beside her door handing out Time 4 Nail business cards. I have never posted a review before but my experience was so bad that I had to let people know so they dont waste their money. I got the Shellac/Gel nails. One day after getting them they peeled right off without me even touching them. My sister also got Acryllic and they were bendy and fell right off after 2 days. They are known for messing up peoples nails and not refunding the money. The manager shouldnt even have her position, both times I went in there she was extremely rude to the customers. Plays on her phone while in the middle of doing nails. Leaves paint all over your finger and doesnt freshen it up. Please take your money elsewhere its worth the trip somewhere else.

This use to be my 1st choice salon but...the last couple times I was in there Tracy did a horrible rush job on my nails an once again over charged me all because it was a busy day...so now this is my 3rd choice nail shop its only if I cant find a new 3rd place I really like that Id come back...Ive been coming here for about 5yrs so Im sure its no loss to them. I just dont like being treated any kinda way an having my nails thrown together.

Im visiting from out of town and thought if its in a mall it would have to be somewhat decent. I walked in and everyone looked up and not one person greeted me or welcomed me. I stood there for another few minutes and NOTHING. They just looked at me blankly and I walked out. No wonder the reviews are so bad. I would have ended up with botched nails and terrible service.

I got a mani pedi with white tip on my finger nails. Didnt even last 24 hours before chipping. Although i was swimming the day after they shouldnt chip that soon.

Dont waste your money here. my nails are already chipping and looks like i need a fill in after 2 days. one of my nails are very loose. the lady didnt even polish the powder on correctly and i have several gaps where the powder should be. i got a white tip for 30 dollars and an additional 5 dollars for the gel that is supposed to make your nails last longer. my friend and i had to wait a good 30 minutes before getting our nails done while there were two women who worked there laughing and talking about whatever. im so pissed and im never coming back.

My nails look like crap. The black colored nail polish I wore in to the shop is STILL on my nails, and that wouldnt be an issue if it werent for me getting a french tip full set. When I mentioned the black outline to the lady, she told me, soap and water will take care if it. Not that I believed that, but its been 3 days and the outline is STILL there. The pedicure I received was TERRIBLE. I left out of there with worse looking feet than when I came in. VERY unhappy.

Sad job they did in my daughters nails! 1 week after getting them done they didnt look good at all! Came to place in the mall and we kept telling them how we thought they did a bad job and they finally said that they looked awful when we walked in here!

They put the smallest nails of the ones I carry, they filled them wrong, they did not file well, they do not have any shape, they painted them badly, the treatment was terrible, they made fun of me because I could not understand the english they speak in order to pay and I left there before they will finish because from the beginning the work was badly done, you could tell they were doing it without wishes.
