Overpriced, my niece’s nail broke off two days after,and she got a very short full set. Unfortunately, she made my niece’s cuticles bleed heavily and I could tell she was uncomfortable it was a bad first manicure for her. It was a birthday gift, she recently lost her mother and of all the years her birthday fell on Mother’s Day this year. When we asked about designs she told us that she was no good at them. They charge $15 more than most places in Louisville, and my pedicure chipped the next day. I feel bad for this woman because she was the only one there and get that business is rough right now for SBO’s, but until things get better, I would not go back. Sorry.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at Jeanines getting our nails done. They are always attentive and kind. Their store is very clean. I wouldnt want to go elsewhere for my nails.

Staff service is not good at all, they be very rude to their customers if the customer requests for any modifications. Don’t waste your time and money going there.
