My nails look great, but i did not leave with the nails i walked in to get. My nail tec told me some off the wall prices. So i ended up getting reg acrylic, gel polish and coffin shape, and i paid $70! A full set on there price poster is $40! The vibe in the shop seemed off also. Im not sure i will get my nails done there again...

I had intended to do my daughters nails for Prom myself, but a last minute baseball tournament came up for my son that was in Louisville. Were from Indiana. After spending all day trying to figure out how I was going to have time to do her hair and nails both, since we had to wait until after we got back from the tournament, I decided to take her with me so we could stop at a walk-in place on the way home.We found out we had 2 hrs and 15 mins between games, so I called New York Nails. It seemed like a good place to go based off the photos people shared online. When I called, I asked of they had availability for a full set acrylics right at that moment. They said yes and to come now. It took me not even 5 minutes to get there because it was the closest one to the baseball field.When we walked in, there was 1 lady getting her nails done and 1 lady waiting. Another lady walked in the door at the same time as us. There were 3 employees in the room and more in the back. We waited for over an hour to be seated. Before I knew it, all of the pedicure chairs were full and all of the employees were doing pedicures on people that came in way after we did! We waited another hour before someone brought the polish over and sat it on the table and walked away. No one ever even started on her nails.We got up and told them we had to leave and one man said (as hes actively doing a pedicure) Im done! Im doing her next. Sit down. I said, Weve been waiting for 2 hours and we have another game starting in 20 minutes. He still tried to get us to stay and I said, This is why I called and asked if you had an immediate opening. They shouldnt have said they could get her in if they couldnt do it. So, we waisted 2 hours for nothing.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done!! Being from NJ, I naturally wanted to try them out (2 years ago) and they did not disappoint!! Super friendly, pedicures are super relaxing, nails are always done perfectly; I always gain compliments and direct people to this nail shop!!

I went in for a simple full in and was greeted nice until I watched as the lady put on my base color one hand barely has color and pigment while the other hand was done properly when I address the problem everyone who is there starts yelling at me mind you 4 techs and one customer which had their pet running around the store drinking pedicure water . So as a end result my nails looked horrible the tech was brutal with grabbing my wrist to the point of pain. My nails look bad and I was horribly beside myself. These people need to listen to paying customers. SIMPLE.

Ran in to get my toes painted today and the ladies were super sweet and my toes look great !!!!

I have not had my nails done in at least a decade and I have never in my life had a pedicure but yesterday a friend and I ventured in here. Every thing was very clean. The staff was very polite. They made sure they were asking relevant questions for our services as well as chit chatting with us. They offered us refreshments and everything. I will be going back.

I have been coming here for 10 years and is the best place you can go to get your nails done. Kelly is my favorite is so paciente and attends all my requests every time. If something goes wrong they don’t hesitate to start over and do it again to make you leave the nails salon happy. Just go and you will see for yourself. Get pampered!

My sister and I had our nails done here today; we were able to make an appointment yesterday (but probably could have walked in as well). Friendly but not overbearing staff, not overpriced, very clean procedure and equipment, and pleasant conversation with the ladies working with us. Will definitely return.

Loved my nails and the staff here. Have been going to them for years and always satisfied with the job they do!

They are great but they are never open at the time posted on the door. 10am means 10am not 1020 on Tuesday or 1030 on Saturday. This isnt an isolated thing. I live close by which is the only reason Im still using them. On more than a handful of occasions Ive arrived at 955 and waited til well after 10 for someone to show up.

Came into the shop as a walk in. The staff was extremely friendly and did an amazing job fixing my nails after they had been poorly done at another salon. Prices were fair and they had a wide variety of colors in shellac, gel, and dips. I definitely will make it a point to come back.

They take time to do your nails and make you feel like family. Finally found a nail salon I love

Older nail tech woman did a terrible job both times she did my nails. She wasnt friendly or professional. I had rounded tips and I asked for coffin nails. She wanted me to settle for crooked jacked up nails. She made the shape worse. I told her they were crooked and she said thats how my nails grow when I clearly watched her file them at different angles. I left after she insisted that she was right. Shame on me for going back over there!!!

I have been going here for several years. I have brought many family and friends who still come here. They always recognise me by my name. Its a family owned business so theres no national hype. They dont pressure me buy something I dont want but always keep me up to date on the latest trends. I give their gift certificates to my girls every Christmas and we make a girls day of it after Christmas.

They were nice but really busy. I feel like quality suffered a bit because of it but still a good experience.

Ive been to several different places around town and can fairly say ny nails is the best. I got a spa pedicure and manicure. It wasnt rushed, I felt pampered, and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back.

Ive got my nails done here and there and I was looking for a place to settle down in. Was going to go to Florida with some friends, all I wanted was short, white, and all the same colors .The job was extremely poor and I felt super rushed .The lady who did my nails missed sides on all of my nails, the brushwork was ridged, and the nails were crooked. The staff was awesome, just the one lady I had was basically more focused on getting it done.
