Audra is a wonderful manager, anytime we did have any concerns she was always so helpful and kind. The apartments themselves were updated, and not a cheap quick fix. Our building had families, everyone seemed nice, but also kept to themselves. I’d recommend these apartments, we only moved because we decided a home would be best for our family.
Roaches and the crime is bad
We have lived here for over 5 years and thru all the renovations and the apartments are some of the nicest! We have recently just looked around at other apartments and none compare to not only our apartment but the property manager Audra is beyond words how she has treated me and my wife, she has always addressed any problems and fixed them no matter what they were in an awesome professional manner!We have a new property manager and she is a boss! She will take care of you and you won’t find a safer,cleaner well taken care of an apartment complex in okolona!
It’s a nice place but it bad with roaches I moved in April 17th n the first week I seen like 10+ all in that first week I shouldn’t have problems already wen I just moved in

Don’t live here. Very bad roach problem towards the end of my lease from a previous neighbor. Extremely rude neighbor, had mail stolen from my front door area, could add more but you get the point.

The lady who is in the office is very rude I got 2 bedrooms, she told me get for me for your last years income iam owner operator ( truck driver ) I gave her for last year income and the income for my new job she said everything I gave her is fake, she is very bad lady
