I have been a client of RPM Midwest since May/Jun 2017. Jackie has been my property manager the entire time. She has been absolutely wonderful and has worked extremely hard for me to always get a quality tenant. Jackie has always sent me any information on potential tenants that is pertinent to whether or not they would be a reliable tenant. If I have ever been unsure of anything, she has walked me through the process or given me her thoughts, they have proved for the past year and a half to be reliable and in my best interest. She will ensure your home is listed at fair market value and bring the most she can for you. She always answers my calls, even though I can be kind of tough to deal with and she is always professional. If she for some reason isnt able to answer the phone when you call, she always gets back to me within 1-2 hrs.RPM is also an extremely great partner with my home. If anything happens that requires what would be considered a substantial repair, they inform me immediately before work begins. They have also been timely with required tax documents, monthly statements, and payment. The best part for me is their bundle guarantees. If for some reason the tenant doesnt pay the rent, they ensure I am paid. Thankfully I havent had to use that guarantee, but I love having the piece of mind that I will be taken care of by them. I hope that you do choose Jackie to be your property manager, she will work tirelessly to ensure you get the most for your home, that it is taken care of, and that your tenants will be the very best.

About 3 months ago, I started looking for my first rental home. Other companies that I have tried to contact did not return my phone calls. I found Real Property Management online and was able to speak with Bonnie (a leasing agent) immediately. The very next day, she was able to show me a few different houses in the area that I was hoping to live in. We ending up finding one that I loved! She walked me through the application process, and I was even able to sign my lease via e-mail! Thank you, Bonnie, for making this all so easy!

Ive have been using RPM for a year now. I do not see anything proprietary about using this company.Communication has always been an issue. Tenants were trying to inquire about my home and could not get in touch with anyone in the office.I do not like the fact that I have to submit an email rather than actually speak with someone regarding concerns.Additionally, I originally requested quarterly inspections on my home and they were never done. I had to send an email to request for an inspection to be done.Lastly, I do not like the fact that anyone can go into my home. The self-guided tour is lazy in my opinion. As the property manager you should make sure your customers home is being treated fairly. I did not experience that with RPM.

The house was nice. The neighbors are questionable as far as upkeep to their property. Wandering if there is possible asbestos in the attic. Otherwise the home itself is lovely!

Terrible experience as owner thus far. The tenant they supposedly vetted was very late on first months rent and has yet to pay his second. The statements they have posted double charged me for the $800 leasing fee and other charges. I have tried for two weeks to get corrected statements. Not only have they not corrected the statements so that I may receive the little rent I have been paid, but they havent returned my call after many emails and voicemails requesting them to do so. I decided to use them due to their attentiveness prior to contract and these reviews, but it has been a truly frustrating experience so far. It makes me wonder if these reviews are real customers or put up by the company. My inability to get anyone on the phone causes me to feel utterly helpless in this situation. The rent due me is being held to pay false fees.

You all have been so helpful though out the RPM rental management time with me. I cannot thank you enough!

I signed up with RPM Midwest for them to find me a tenant for my 2-bedroom condo, after I previously was able to find a tenant before moving away from Louisville. After 6 months, they never found my a tenant.Now, seven years later I find out they sent an almost $300 charge to collections and hurt my credit report without even notifying me that I had an outstanding bill. That was after they said they do not charge if they cant find me a tenant.Beware. Rotten and unprofessional.
