We absolutely love Springs at Hurstbourne! The apartment is very luxury and spacious for entertaining. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. All the residents are very friendly and look out for each other. The office staff Casey & Emily are friendly and make living here seem like we are all family. The maintenance team are always going above and beyond to fix any needs or help in any way.

We have lived here for about three years and we love it here. Buildings are nice and clean. I like that it is gated.Great amenities. We enjoy cozy and kids friendly swimming pool every summer. Casey the property manager is always very helpful. She’s very professional and quick to reply. Special shout-out to the super friendly, and helpful maintenance team(Hank!!)

I’ve lived at springs at Hurstbourne for two years and I be truly enjoyed being a resident here, from the gated community down to the amenities they have to offer. But the reason for this review is due to the maintence men we have that take care of us and make sure everything works properly in our living spaces. Just last night I submitted a request for my light bulb to be switched out and I already had Mr.Hank at my door at 11:30 am. Not only did he fix my light bulb but i as well wanted to change my shower head and my faucet. Mr. Hank went above and beyond and had a solution for me within minutes. I highly recommend living at springs at Hurstbourne, they truly care for their residents.

The apartments are nice, clean and cozy . The community is peaceful and safe as it is gated . It could have had a kid’s play area . We had a wonderful time until we moved out . We were told not to paint/touch up during the pre-move out and charged to paint the whole house in my move out . Similarly, though the carpets were left clean and spotless(3 years of usage), they kind of rip the carpet and find stains at the back of the carpet and add penalties for that. There is no way of checking this during move-in. This is the only bad experience I had with the management. Otherwise the place is awesome and the staff are very friendly. If asked whether I would rent again- I would have to think .

Jen and Casey are fantastic to work with - they were super quick to answer any questions we had and very helpful throughout the whole leasing and moving process! The property itself is nicely maintained and the finishes in the apartments look great - granite countertops and large kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer and dryer, and a really nice touch of a built-in wine rack in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this community!

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment complex. From top to bottom, they take care of their residents. Maintenance is beyond helpful and nice, the leasing office is always available for any questions or concerns, and the apartment itself is everything you need. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next place to call home.

Worst staff ever. Friends car was towed and we were never informed of which spots people can park in. The staff was not helpful and it is ridiculous that they are towing in times with money is so tight. Do not rent from them, give your money to someone else.

Amazing, super-quick and friendly staff! We had an issue with our fan in our apartment and our maintenance crew was prompt and efficient. They fixed our fan in five minutes, maintained great social distance, and were super fun to talk with throughout. Just one of the many reasons my roommate and I love living here!

No one could ask for a better maintenance staff! Any issue i have had since Hank has been here has been resolved in no time at all! He and his team are extremely friendly and courteous and it’s nice to know i can trust them to help with anything i need at any time! The office staff is pretty awesome too. I have lived at Springs for 3 years now. I could not be any happier! I love the community, my neighbors have become family to me. Everyone is so friendly, I’ve never had any issues. Any maitnance issues I have, Hank is always going out of his way to fix them. Best maitnance staff by far! Always willing to go the extra mile. Casey the property manager is also so friendly, anything you need she’s always been so helpful. I highly recommend living at Springs at Hurstbourne!!

I lived at Springs at Hurstbourne between selling and buying a new house so I only did a short term lease but I loved it!!! If I was ever to live in an apartment again I would 100% choose a Springs Community. I loved the two dogs parks and dog wash, I also utilized the car wash on several occasions. Its super conveniently located, it only took me like 15 minutes to get to EVERYWHERE I was going. My apartment also had an attached yard which I thought was a very unique feature that I appreciated having for my dogs. Definitely recommend!

The Springs at Hurstbourne is a great place to live! My girlfriend and I have a 1 bed apartment here along with a detached garage and have plenty of room! Wonderful neighbors, great environment and the fact that it’s gated makes me feel safe when I’m away. The staff here is great, from the maintenance crew to everyone at the front office. Overall, this an excellent place to live! I recommend it to all of my friends.

I have lived here for 2 years. I have always had great experiences here. The neighbors are all friendly and the people who work here are great. Everyone here is courteous, professional and quick to reply. The other day I needed help with replacing a lightbulb in a high fixture. I put in a maintenance request online and friendly and professional Stephon was here within the hour. Today, I used their Handyperson services for extra odd jobs outside of normal maintenance. I live in a beautiful studio apartment and wanted help with installing a tv and wall mount. Stephon and Terry completed the job, were friendly and a great help! -one more reason to love living at the Springs at Hurstbuorne!

We love our 3 Bd 2 bath Apt home . 2 adults, 4 teen girls and we are not on top of each other and have space to get away. There are very many reasons that I would highly recommend NOT to move into this complex. I had so many issues while I was living here that I cannot even begin to go into detail. The management is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and heartless. They are strictly concerned with policies and covering their own butts. Lets not forget about the hidden fees especially the greater that $500 I was charged at move out when the apartment was left in great condition.

We moved in April 2019 and couldnt be happier! We love all the amenities, community activities and the security we feel living in a gated community. I cannot praise the management team enough! Kasey Wells youre wonderful and always willing to go that extra step which reflects back to the company! Cassandra in Maintenance is on top of every issue you may have. 1. Very BAD in SOUNDPROOF. You can hear every footstep, every cabinet slam, toilet flush, and snoring!2. Parcel is lost easily!3. SHARE WATER & SEWER BILL WITH OTHER TENANTS in the same building. We extended our lease because my due date was so close to the last day of lease. We were afraid that we couldnt move out of apartment and delivered a baby at the same time. We did not have any choice but extended the lease with $1890 monthly rent for 3 months. However, we did not live in the apartment for 2 months. Now Springs at Hurstbourne charges us billing fee $6.05, pest control $2, sewer $64.9, trash $16.52, and water $79.06.4. If you should extend your lease, you would pay ridiculous monthly rent.5. Even though you move out, you still have to pay billing fee, pest control, sewer, trash, and water until your lease ends.

Buildings are nice and clean. Maintenance staff are friendly and super helpful. Some restaurants within walking distance. I personally like the fact that it is gated. Needs more parking, or to actually monitor who is parking where. They say they will tow those who do not have a parking sticker, but they dont. Being right by 64 can be a nightmare during rush hours. There are tons of rules for the community, but rules dont seem to apply to everyone. A lot of people dont pick up after their pet(s), so there is excrement laying all over the place. There are tenants who repeatedly dont leash their dogs. Typical apartment life in that if you have loud neighbors you will most definitely hear them.

Just moved into Springs at Hurstbourne a couple of weeks ago, Complex and apartment are a great place to live. Had a little problem with the ice maker in the fridge. Troubleshooting indicated a bad ice maker. New ice maker promptly ordered and installed! All is well!

Beautiful place but the lack of parking is a headache. I get anxiety almost every time I am pulling into the lot, anticipating the possibility of not being able to find a spot remotely close to my unit. I have experienced great customer service involving maintenance but the parking seems to continue to be an issue. I also notice numerous extra charges on my bill that I didn’t anticipate. I pay approximately $935 monthly for a studio apartment and rarely have parking close to my unit. I pay way too much money to have to walk quite a hike to get to my front door. I doubt that I will renew my lease.

Beware of Move-Out Policies - Excessive Fees (hundreds of dollars in hidden charges!)I had a pleasant experience while living at Springs at Hurstbourne, however I had a horrible experience upon move-out. They billed me $505 - cleaning ($200), painting & wall damage ($225) and a carpet clean($80). I lived in this apartment for 1 year - no pets, non-smoking. I hung pictures and 2 TVs, nothing out of the ordinary. Now I didnt scrub the apartment spotless when I moved out, but left it decent condition to have a crew come in and turn it around for the next tenants. I have rented many apartments and have found it customary apartment complexes to clean the apartments, carpets and paint between each tenant as a cost of doing business and NOT pass along those fees to the renters to incur.They tried to make me feel to blame for not opting to do a final walk through with someone on site. They told me many people hire cleaners and have their carpets professionally cleaned before moving out… Are you kidding?! They sent me pictures of screws in the wall from where I hung pictures, a carpet lifted up with a stain on the bottom of the carpet (with no visible stain on top), the inside of my oven, etc. All proof to them that this was above normal wear and tear. Renters arent allowed to paint the walls so even if I wanted to, I couldnt. I tried to talk to management multiple times and they were unwilling to work with me at all on these fees and have canned responses. I moved out expecting to receive my deposit back, but instead I am expected to come out of pocket over $500 or they will take me to collections. Mind you when I upgraded apartments after 8 months of living there, I had no such fees moving out of my studio and into this 2 bedroom apartment.I was appalled at their move-out practices and fees for their subjective above normal wear and tear cleaning and painting. They basically expect the tenants who are moving out, to cover THEIR expenses for getting the apartment ready for the new tenant. This is a simple cost of doing business in the apartment rental industry, and renters should NOT be responsible for. I left the apartment in great condition, and very clean…if they decide to do further cleaning, I shouldnt be charged for that decision. Its easy to have all types of unnecessary work done to the apartment when you know someone else will is going to have to pay for it. * Do not rent here unless youre NOT going to hang anything on your walls and are prepared to hire a cleaning crew before you leave.**UPDATE: In response to property manager Casey, I tried to have several phone and email conversations with you and other members of your staff. If you really wanted to turn things around for me, you would have already done so. I received no report from your pre-move out inspection. You were unwilling to work with me and a walk through wouldnt change most if not all of the fees you charged. Its easy to try to leave a friendly response online, but unfortunately I had not choice but to post reviews and warn people after I attempted to work with you multiple times.

Charged $25 for valet garbage and then another $9 for garbage, give me the option to take my own garbage, I dont need valet. $6 to $7 service charge? For what..

These people do not answer the phone!! It’s 9:30 and I’ve called 2 times between 930-957 A.M. And it’s not just today, it’s since I’ve been living here with the issue of them not answering their phones.First there was a bug issue when I moved in where the apartment OBVIOUSLY wasn’t cleaned out before I moved in (without looking first because the move happened so quickly) but now This!? Cmon people! I pay way too much money in rent for this. Fix this constant bug issue and answer the phone sometimes.Strike 2.

2 years ago my Wife and I looked at a dozen or more apartments. We were moving south to Kentucky and wanted a place that would remind us of home as much as possible. After Visting with Casey and staff we knew immediately we found our new home. We did continue looking, but when we walked out of Springs I told my Wife ‘This is the place we are moving to Babe’. We came back a few days later and slapped all the brochures we had collected on Caseys desk and said ‘we are done looking, where do we sign up’. Lol We decide we wanted to live here for many reasons, but the main reasons were the garages which allowed us to walk right into our apartment just like our house, the additional detached garages, gated community, and the Staff. I have to admit had Casey and staff been at one of the other nicer Apartments we looked at we might have ended up there. We, literally, spent several hours with Casey looking at the apartments and she was a blast to work with. Casey, you have single handily, caused us to be Springs at Hurstbourne fans for life. We will always recommend any place you represent and continue to spread the word as much as we can.Thank you for a flawless 2 years and be blessed as we know you deserve it.Steve and Carrie

Been here almost a year.I highly recommend viewing the apartments at hours that other tenants are usually home ( 5-6pm) so you can hear just how Sound proof the apartments are NOT. Low level floor you hear EVERY single foot step, ever cabinet slamming and every single door slam from side neighbors and upstairs ones.If they have a bird, be prepared to hear it at all hours.And kids will jump from beds and run all over the apartments upstairs at all hours ( from other friends we have hear)If you work nights— i suggest renting an upstairs apartment!!All issues are handled by a “security guard” who tends to bring his pitbull dog with him when he handles tenants issues. You have to call him about your issues. ( noises ect)On top of rent fees which for a one bedroom is just under a $1000.. then you add their fees and your water and a non optional “valet trash” fee of 25 a mo both for 2 ppl to pick up your trash 5 days a week but not guaranteed they pick it up( times they pickup vary from 8pm-4am) now your 1 bedroom becomes roughly under 1200$If you want a pet add a non refundable 300!!!! Deposit plus 20 additional a monthOutrageous prices for a pet on. On refundable apartments with easily cleaned vinyl “wood” flooring.Maintenance is good. And the manager Casey is amazing but you definitely do not get what you “pay for”Parking is awful. They have a sticker for those who are on the lease to get parking by their apartment with “reserved” slots. You rarely ever get near your apartment so they were suppose to enforce towing and ticketing to those who park without stickers but never seen that much.Buy a collapsible wagon for groceries if you can’t carry them all at once.Only one grill at the pool. Can’t have your own. Grill is now locked and only one key gets issued to responsible people as someone left the gas onLuxury is all you pay for.You’d assume nice and quite place button truly are paying for that nice vinyl good floor and granite kitchen counter. Better sound proof in cheaper apartments near by with same amenities.
