My boyfriend and I just recently moved to Louisville from Michigan and out of all the apartments we toured, Maple Brook was the first and only place we looked at and LOVED so much it felt just like home! Any issues that we have are taken care of ASAP and is solved immediately with no questions asked or any complaints!! Kelly and Elizabeth are absolutely amazing and so easy to work with and communicate with! Definitely recommend living here! And VERY PET FRIENDLY!!!

The management team is what makes this place so great. In the three years I have been here Kelly and Elizabeth have been the best by far. Always there to listen and quick to respond. Kelly you will be missed!

I love living here!! Kelly and Elizabeth along with the maintenance team are all amazing and really care about you and your needs. If i ever have an issue with something breaking, it’s taken care of right away, it’s awesome. The floor plans are huge and the rent is super affordable.

When they said huge floor plans, they truly mean it.I love my apartment, very spacious and the layout is perfect.What make Maple Brook better is the staff. They care about us the residents. Maintenance request is taking care of very fast and efficiently. The only thing missing is a playground for the little ones.

Rented out my home after 27years decided to move in a one bedroom apartment. Best decision I made. Kelly and Elizabeth are two young jewels. Maintenance is fast quick and very friendly Same day fix. (Thanks)Grounds/ property very well kept no problem parking. My apartment complex very quiet and peaceful just what I wanted. Something facing the woods. I can truly say that living here gives me joy every time I sit out listening to the sound of nature. I got a double blessing moving here and Im greatful. I do wish the guy below me could stop smoking because the smoke creeps in my living and bedroom.. Cigarettes that is😷🤣 but... He is a quiet neighbor. Maybe there should be a smoking section. If I had one wish. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤞

I lived in the Maple Brook Apartments for four years. The only reason that I moved out was because I got a new job in another state. The apartments are in a nice part of town that is close to food, shopping, parks, and other entertainment. Rent did not jump unreasonably when its time for a lease renewal. The maintenance guys are awesome. I also cant say enough good things about property manager Kelly and leasing manager Elizabeth. They are always looking for new ways to have events for the residents. They also did everything they could to make my move out experience as easy as possible.

I have lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say it has been one of the best places I have ever live. Great community and super office and maintenance team to help whenever necessary.

Moved in 2 months ago and have found the property management to be the epitome of professional. They stay in constant communication, issues are addressed timely, questions are answered thoughtfully. The grounds and apartments are clean, well maintained and they feel very safe (Well lit parking, double deadbolts on all apartments).Ran into some Internet issues and other run of the mill problems that come with pretty much any property from time to time. It got addressed and fixed ASAP. Definitely have recommended to friends and family.PS. These are not brand new apartments but they might as well be. The floor plans are massive and if you have any issues at all? The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful and prompt.

Great place to live. Ive been in my apt for close to 6yrs now. Mgt has always worked with me on any issue or repair needed in a timely manner. They have always respected me and vice versa. The property staff is great, and super nice.The property itself is nice and clean (as long as pet parents clean up after their pets, which isnt always, but it is in the lease we sign).If you decide to live here you wont regret it.

Maple Brook is the best community I’ve ever lived in! Kelly and Elizabeth are by far the most professional, caring, understanding people to be in the forefront of this community. Every interaction has been pleasant. Every concern addressed within wonderful timing. They invite food trucks 😀 and that has been a great way to bring the community together. The apartments are very spacious. The closet space and balcony is what amazed me but they have made our stay perfect! The maintenance tech is prompt, professional and very sweet. If you are looking for a spacious, inviting and caring community to call home, this is definitely the place. Thanks for all you do!

Great looking place in a good quiet area. The apartments were spacious and the complex has a lot of amenities and great features. But the best thing about the place is the office staff Kelly was so helpful and answered every question. She even check in on us after the tour for updates, thats way more than any other apartment manager has done for us. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Going on 3 years living here and planning on staying. I only have one concern but its ok because the positives outweigh the negatives. I also love the location, its minutes from work and from my childrens school. Close to everything. Kelly is very nice. Elizabeth is helpful and the maintenance guys are really good too.

Looks like a good property, but I came from out of town to tour apartments in Louisville. I scheduled my interview for 3pm on a Tuesday. At 2:30pm I receive call saying, Ive been the only person in the office today. I need to take my lunch. My lunch is a hour long, so can we move your appointment to 4pm? Really unprofessional.

Therefore, I have been a resident for more than eight years; and as long as I remain in Louisville, Maple Brook is the only place I would want to hang my hat.Property manager Kelly is awesome! She leads a terrific staff of employees, including leasing manager Elizabeth, plus Steve and Thomas in the maintenance department, and a super security officer who’s been on hiatus lately but who will be returning soon. While he’s been on special assignment elsewhere, we’ve had an interim officer for awhile, but our longtime security officer DeAris - or “D” as I call him - will be back living on property in no time. And although Maple Brook is always a safe place to live, knowing that D is in the apartment complex makes me feel extra safe as he is an actual police officer with the Louisville Metro Police Department. If you see D on property - whether in uniform or in plain clothes - I encourage you to say hello. He’s a really nice guy and he represents Maple Brook Apartment Homes and the LMPD with dignity and honor.The entire Maple Brook apartment complex is under the direct supervision of the wonderful Kelly, who gets two thumbs-up!! Kelly truly cares about the residents of Maple Brook. She treats everyone with courtesy and respect, as does Elizabeth. Kelly is probably the best property manager you can find out there. She’ll do everything in her power to fulfill your needs and if she cant do something then its probably not in her control.

Lived here for four years now always had friendly staff clean parking lot and friendly neighbors... also the office lady, Kelly, is awesome.

My boyfriend and I just toured on Friday 6/12/2020 and we absolutely loved this place! Elizabeth and Jeff were very nice, and extremely helpful with every question or problem we had (and we had a ton!) The apartment we toured was very nice and spacious. We are so excited to call Maple Brook our home this fall!

I just moved in on 01/04/2020 no complaints at all thus far. I absolutely love it here. Maple Brook is surrounded by tons of restaurants which is awesome for me because I’m such a foodie. My job (depending on how soon i leave in the morning) is only 9-11 minutes away from my apartment!! Can’t beat that. Also the complex is very quiet. Where my apartment is located I am right by the main road but the noise is very minimal and not unbearable. Also, property manager Jeffery was amazing in assisting me with the move in process. He’s very kind and super patient.

We have lived at Maple Brook for about 2 years and have hardly any complaints! The pool is a little small and I wish it stayed open later than 8pm but other than that, we love living here. Our rent is reasonable for the location, the maintenance men are quick and courteous, Jeff and the other two ladies in the front office are awesome and super helpful with whatever we need. Weve never had issues with packages, or noise, or pets.. its a great community to live in, we love it!

Very poor Property Management.. Very rude to say the least. Think twice before renting from this property. Packages stolen when delivered, Will have to ask numerous times to have things fixed, When asked to spray for bugs was never done. do not put emergency contacts for your family and friends they will contact without authorization. Very poor communication skills. Warning, Warning, Warning.

Just moved out of these apartments (lived there for almost seven years). There are several reasons I wouldn’t recommend MB but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them after they contacted me with ridiculous move out charges! As time went on I became more and more disappointed in MB and the surroundings. I will say that I never had an issue with the maintenance crew. They have always been great and timely in any repairs I needed done. I used to love the office staff (especially Angela) but they haven’t been there for a while now. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere!

Good well kept apartment complex. A bit pricey but nice area.

The staff is great. Its pretty quiet for the most part. The pool is pretty small and gets crowded during the summer. I feel like they are a tad over priced but the location is good.

Please make sure you document everything as I did if you move to Maple Brook. You will find out that the property staff will twist everything you say and document false information to make the company Bluestone Properties look good. The noise level was a problem over in the mid morning causing me to only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. It was reported on several occasions. Horrible experience for the last 4 months I was there. I will write a more in depth review once all is resolved. I moved over the weekend and am now able to get proper rest and my blood pressure is back down normal. Annette C
