Very nice. Whoever designed these Apts used the space and storage wisely. It feels bigger than it is, and very safe quiet place to live. Love how the property is also smoke free!

We moved in when these apartments were brand new in 2017 and loved living here.. we only recently moved because our family outgrew their 2 bedroom and we needed to buy. We never had any issues while living here, property grounds were always clean and maintenance was fast the few times we needed something. The office manager, Kelly is the best & always super kind! Definitely recommend River Breeze South!

Been living here, for over a year now, and its hands down one of the best places Ive lived!!! The owner, and maintenance, are Johnny on the spot about everything. The property grounds is always taken care off and they are all cool individuals! Kelly, who runs the office, is the best landlord Ive ever had! She is a sweetheart! She is always smiling and making sure all needs are met! I just absolutely love this place and people!!! Definitely one of the best places to live!!

Moved in 4 months ago. Very quiet, nice apartments. The manager Kelly is awesome, kind and very helpful, never met the owner personally but seen him, he seems very nice and humble, always speak.
