HORRIBLE!!! This is not where you would want to live especially with children, there are needles laying around, homeless sleeping in the laundry room, trash everywhere, we were on the bottom floor and our bathroom ceiling came in on us, bugs everywhere and our neighbor across the hall from us ended up being stabbed in the back of the neck. Landlord is awful, these apartments and area are just awful. I would never recommend someone to live here EVER.

This apartment complex is poorly manage. Apon my over night stay no longer than a few hours my car gets repoed for not having a visitor pass costing me up to $107.00 dollars. There are no signs posted stating you should have a pass nor parking spaces marked for visitor or residential parking. This will make it hard for residents to have family and friends over while having only two visitor parking passes to hand out. The complex it self is very dated, run down and shady and in need of remodeling or demolition. You dont have to take my word for it just go take a look yourself very disappointing.

This apartment complex is poorly VERY poorly managed. If you are looking to move here look else where and I will tell you why. The landlord is not on site there is not a office or rent box. You have to travel 10 miles to pay rent or have stamps handy to mail in. The complexs are infested with roaches and bettles inside and outside and it is not being taken care of. The premises are ALWAYS dirty outside and inside the buildings. You may find trash, bugs or prostitutes in your hallways. The parking is not managed at all. There are people who have guest and leave the residents with no where to park but in the grass. This site is not being kept up in the slightest bit. At times it takes multiple calls to maintaince to even get things fixed which is always breaking down or in bad condition. If you are foreign the landlord will not be poilet and try to communicate with professional curiosity. She will cut you off and speak for you as if she know what your talking about and doesnt instead of giving you the chance to make it clear. It is not worth the trouble, the money or accommodations if you want a nice place to call home this is NOT it!!!!!!!!
